We visit Turkey regularly, so there is something to compare it with. We arrived at this hotel on June 21 and are currently here.
Let's start with the beach.
Serves Osman beach, brings mattresses,cleans toilets, moves sun beds... He works quickly, responds instantly to requests, and is very friendly! Well done, very nice!
Now the cleaning.
We live in room 2312. The cleaning is great! I do not know who is serving (I have not seen it once), but the cleaning is of high quality, even the balcony is cleaned (which was not the case in other hotels where I rested). Regular replacement of towels and bed linen..
Restaurant.
At dinner, we always try to sit at the same table. He is served by the waiter Masun (I hope I wrote it correctly). A pleasant young man, very attentive to the guests, literally from the first days remembers who and what prefers drinks. It's nice.
The administration is at the reception.
Our departure was early, we arrived at the hotel at the beginning of 12. I was set up for a two-hour wait for the room, but a pleasant surprise happened, we were checked in immediately!!! True, there were no Russian-speaking administrators at that time (it might have been a weekend), but we quickly overcame all the formalities. When we went to lunch, we met Aliya, a very nice girl, always ready to help, solve any conflict situation, speaks several languages fluently, is very competent. Special thanks to her!!! Hotel.
Believe me, this is not a custom review, I always write objective reviews. In fact, for the first time I didn't find anything negative!!! The territory is well maintained, large, nice to walk around. The beach is big, there are always free sun beds, believe me, you will come to the beach at any time and find yourself a sunbed! Beginners run to take a place on the first day, but then they realize that it's not worth doing, there are a lot of places. The situation is the same near the pools. I didn't believe the reviews myself until I saw them with my own eyes.

We stayed at this hotel in October of this year. In general, I liked the rest!) Of the undoubted advantages:
- the first coastline with a nice beach
- the huge territory of the hotel, there is a place to roam
- friendly staff
- good animation, while unobtrusive (for those who are interested)
- it's clean, there are no complaints about cleaning
-water park, several children's pools
Minuses:
- food (very average in taste, little variety, the first days could not find anything to taste at all. Then they either adapted, or learned to choose something tastier. There are 3 a la carte restaurants, the food is much better there, but still not ideal)
- cold water in the pools (in the children's, on average, 21 degrees)
- lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms (sometimes it is very inconvenient)
- the design solution in the form of the absence of bathroom doors turned out to be incomprehensible to me (there are only translucent doors without a lock separating the toilet and shower)

The hotel is super. Who eats what. My family and I went on vacation and everything is working out great so far. Cleaning every day, even a little annoying. The food is a bit specific, but hunger will not remain from the word at all. Food is everywhere: in the restaurant, on the beach, even proctically at all the boseins. Discos every evening from 21.00 to 00.00 strictly, then silence mode. Yes, I forgot to write, we are resting now. The territory is super. Seven boseins plus its own water park. The only drawback is that you need to borrow sun beds in advance. But it doesn't bother. You will find places all the same.

Following the fresh "traces" of visiting the hotel. We got to Kalimer by mistake of the travel agency. It took a day to realize that this is 3 +, not 5.
The 3-storey houses have old repairs, there is no ventilation in the toilets. Minibar once upon arrival 2 bottles of beer, juice, 2 bottles of water. Then they replenish it only with water. Shampoos, soaps, slippers, and bathrobes are not provided. We had 2 pairs of slippers for five people (two adults and three children). Soap in the dispensary . We wash in the shower the same way. The furniture and doors in the room are old, battered, 10-15 years old. There are 2 blankets for five people. At night they covered themselves with bed covers
There are mostly Germans in the hotel - fat tattooed aunts with a bunch of small children. Well, the men are with them.
The Turks.
There is mostly a child at each table, or even several.
The restaurant is one, huge, but the food only draws three stars. The choice is meager. There is no menu or separate kitchen for children. I have to eat pasta and nuggets. Powdered juices, instant coffee, lots of bottled water.
When it's mealtime on the 6th, it's hard to walk in a restaurant, the crowd is unbearable. There are no clean appliances in abundance on the tables, you have to steal from neighboring tables.
Our Western "partners" smoke everywhere, on the beach, on the street, in a restaurant on the street.
The pools are all overflowing. There are no seats available. The Germans occupy sun beds in the morning and sit by the pools all day.
There are sun beds on the sea. There is first coarse sand or small pebbles, at the entrance to the sea large pebbles. The descents into the sea are not equipped even with a simple board ladder. My legs hurt and I scratched them. I need shoes for pebbles. There is no pier. There is one shower for the entire beach (it is large). There is a bar nearby. There are no animators in sight. They hide perfectly well.
There is a children's room for children, we haven't been there.
There is a large water park, a bunch of slides, quite high. They weren't there.
We went to another hotel so as not to spoil our vacation - through a tour operator.
The overall impression is the Egyptian four, but not the sea, or the Turkish three. In the off-season, apparently the rest will be more interesting.

This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere from shops, bazaars, pharmacies. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the vicinity of the reception on the ground floor it is more or less catching. The food at the hotel is very poor, between lunch and dinner they do not feed at all, they give only dry biscuits. The staff at the restaurant is not polite at all for two weeks of rest, they never came up and offered wine. There is no tea, coffee, tea leaves in the hotel rooms, water is also not updated, you need to carry it yourself from the restaurant, bathrobes and slippers need to be begged. There are no mattresses on the deck chairs, I had to lie on a towel on hard plastic. In this hotel, families of 12 people rested , everyone had one disappointment. The first few days at this hotel were normal, but then they made a 40% discount on it and the tin piled up... imported alcohol was immediately removed, the quality of the food changed, I don't say anything about the staff... they can't be blamed either, they are in a hurry.. even the representative of the tour operator said that he had never seen such a large number of people here…

We were a family in early June. The hotel is great. The staff is working well, trying in all positions.Special respect to the animators. Well done guys. Also, the Comaneui (guides) respect, help solve issues, and not just sell excursions. Everything for families with children. A wonderful bar on the shore of 18+ with imported alcohol and pleasant music. There are always places near the pools and on the beach. Of course, the hotel is not without disadvantages, but they are not so significant. There's a problem with Wi-Fi. There is not everywhere. If the price is not raised, then we will be happy to return to it.
