I 've been going to them for 10 years now , and I'm glad that once in my life I came across a doctor like Viktor Sergeevich. Thanks to him, my pet has been with me for 13 years. Although all the doctors said that everything is dying , nothing can be done . No one could even diagnose it . In general, all doctors in this clinic are professionals. Since there was an inflammatory process, she was prescribed a course of antibiotics, then had an ultrasound cleaning and tooth extraction. I would like to note that in this clinic they treat animals, and do not set a goal to earn more profit. No tests were required for the operation, based on the condition of the animal. We signed up for surgery, but we were temporarily denied castration - we found a bunch of sores. Thank you for identifying them in a timely manner! The staff is nice and helpful. Our doctor Lazarev Ruslan Vladimirovich, we express special gratitude to him, works clearly and quickly, by the way, he discovered that the cat has health problems. I am glad that the outpatient clinic is open on weekends, and this is a huge plus. The prices are not overpriced and adequate, yes, there is a disadvantage that the room is small, but it is good that it is there at all and very convenient next to the house.

I am sure that the help and prescribed treatment by veterinarian Panysh Maxim Dmitrievich was rendered INCOMPETENTLY.
The administration, represented by Mikhnevich Natalia Alexandrovna, convinced the doctor of the correctness of his actions for 27 minutes and expressed the opinion that after contacting their clinic, pets should also be shown to other clinics to confirm the correct diagnosis and treatment.
In such a long conversation, the administration did not even offer words of condolences.

A gloomy gloom. There are no waiting places. If you have to wait, you'll have to stand all the time. Since there is simply nowhere to sit down. Everyone is crowding on a 2-square-meter square. There is no air conditioning. It is stuffy for both people and animals. For the stand, a barely alive lady is lazily typing something with one finger on the computer. Of course, no one here knows that the recording time should coincide with the reception time. We waited 25 minutes, and were told to wait another 15. As a result, they did not get to the reception. Don't set foot here anymore. This is not a veterinary clinic, but some kind of torture room, which does not prioritize taking care of the pet, but squeezing the maximum amount of money from their owners.
