The simplicity of the setting may surprise a tourist who finds himself in Uzbekistan for the first time. But you just have to accept it. The staff is fast. The atmosphere is specific. The waiting time is short, the food is immensely delicious. The interior is not worth paying attention to.
The waiters cheat if you are not a local: they try not to show the menu with prices, they do not bring the bill when paying - everything is in words. The change is rounded in their favor. If you make a remark about the bill and the change, they are offended. By food: lamb from tandoor is really tasty, but resembles ordinary boiled meat; kufta shish kebab is undercooked, slightly "rubbery"; lamb shish kebab on the bone is good, but there is very little meat, the rest is fat. You can go once, but all the same (and even a little cheaper) can be found in Bukhara itself.

One of the best places where meat is cooked, from shish kebab to tandoor gushta. Hot tortillas are also delicious. Definitely need to visit if you are going to Bukhara
I didn't manage to eat. I walked, stood, and asked for 15 minutes, but no one thought to put me somewhere, and I didn't find a place myself either. I thought at least I would go to the toilet before going back to Bukhara. I went - it turned out the toilet was paid! There is a paid toilet in the restaurant!

The atmosphere is not like in a restaurant, so this is not a restaurant! The service for four out of five, one officer for 10 tables on the second floor, where we were, copes quickly, but the table cleaners are very slow and do not keep up with him, customers have to wait for tables and dirty dishes to be cleaned, sometimes dirty dishes that are not cleaned stand for a very long time. For this, a solid four!
