Very good place and hosts

Super mini hotel. Clean, cozy, tea and coffee please. Thanks to the hostess, I liked everything. And it's a 15-minute walk to the airport. Negative reviews should not be believed, apparently the guests themselves are too confused in my opinion.

THERE IS A DIVORCE HERE!!!!
The owners are not adequate. We rented two rooms. One room has a window and a bathroom, the other has no Windows and no bathroom.
The oddities begin at the entrance. You take off your shoes before entering the building, without going to the reception, although the rooms are not cleaned perfectly at all (stains and debris on the carpet, hair in the bathroom), and ants. In the terms of settlement it was written that there is access to a kettle and a microwave, in fact, we were not given access.
And then the most interesting thing is that one of the guests found a pack of smoked iqos sticks in the TRASH, and was accused that the guest smoked ORDINARY CIGARETTES in the room, and that there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room without windows and ventilation (not iqos). And under a ridiculous pretext, they asked for the passport of one of the guests, and then demanded to pay a fine of 200,000 sums in exchange for a passport.
Attention!!! None of the guests smokes cigarettes, and did not smoke, even iqos!!!
They paid a fine just to pick up their passport and leave!!!
The hostess let slip in an altercation with us that she also FINED other guests like smokers AND EVERYONE PAID without talking!!!

A disgusting hotel. Not even a hotel, but a hostel of some kind - there is no window or toilet in the room, that is, the conditions did not correspond to those stated. The possibility of using a shared kitchen was stated, in fact we were not allowed to use the kitchen. They are forced to take off their shoes at the entrance and walk barefoot on a dirty and cold floor. They controlled our every move. The hostess is rude and rude. And to top it all off, they accused us of smoking (not a single person from the company smokes) and, under the pretext of a fictitious fine, they tore off the money, otherwise they refused to give us the passport.

An inadequate hostess. The placement conditions do not correspond to the stated ones. They extort money under fictitious pretexts.
Take care of your passport!!! They can take the passport under a harmless pretext and demand to pay a fine in exchange for the return of the passport. They scare you with the police!
