I recommend booking through Booking.com. Booking through Expedia was a mistake because this property is not connected to their system. Because of this, they did not receive my prepayment or expect my arrival, which caused a misunderstanding. Despite this and the language barrier, they handled everything with patience and professionalism. Thankfully, they found a room for me, and I paid in cash. I also got a refund from Expedia. I truly appreciate how they helped me when they could have turned me away. The room was comfortable, and the location is excellent; you are very close to the old city (5 minute walk). I also liked the decorations here. I am very happy with my stay and the host.
