Stupid reception desk. The doctor prescribed injections once a week. Having said that you don't need to call, make an appointment. Just come and say that an injection is in the treatment room and any available doctor will take the procedure, you may need to wait- well, that's logical! And it would seem that it's difficult, yes!?
So, for 3 weeks now, I've been coming every time and there are some misunderstandings with the reception! Tired of it! Your reception is ruining the reputation of the clinic! In other clinics, the receptionist is the face of the clinic, but not in yours!
In the second week, they demanded from me the appointment of a doctor, the name of the doctor. What the fuck is the purpose? Everything in your clinic is on paper for notes! Express yourself correctly !!
I worked in a private clinic in Moscow, and our appointment is an A4 piece of paper with information about the patient, medical history, life history, and a doctor's recommendation - that's the APPOINTMENT! And they demanded that we call before every visit ! Figure it out! The doctor said not to call, you have to call in the second week!
Because of some kind of injection, they make a circus every time I come !
Today I came for another injection and another show! We called the number +998 955 000 559 and we signed up at 3:30 p.m. so that the reception wouldn't get nervous when we arrived!
BOTTOM LINE: the reception is not boom boom! He says you probably called the doctor!? The number for the call was taken from your Instagram on the clinic's page!
A simple injection makes such a circus!
It's easy! The man came for the procedure! Find a free doctor and do it!
Stupid P.S. : the phone numbers listed in Yandex.Maps and other sources on the Internet are not working for you!
The icing on the cake: my husband calls me after I've been sitting for 20 minutes and waiting for a free doctor, at least we made an appointment at 3:30 p.m. And! My husband said, "why are you sitting there, I called and recorded you, now I'll call you again." And!!! The phone rings at the reception and is picked up by the same receptionist who says THAT WE DIDN'T CALL TODAY AND CALLED THE DOCTOR!!! What kind of mockery is this!? Sold out!!
Instead of admitting her guilt and apologizing, she keeps making excuses like a child! She keeps making an idiot of the patient!
