So, for 3 weeks now, I've been coming every time and there are some misunderstandings with the reception! Tired of it! Your reception is ruining the reputation of the clinic! In other clinics, the receptionist is the face of the clinic, but not in yours!
In the second week, they demanded from me the appointment of a doctor, the name of the doctor. What the fuck is the purpose? Everything in your clinic is on paper for notes! Express yourself correctly !!
I worked in a private clinic in Moscow, and our appointment is an A4 piece of paper with information about the patient, medical history, life history, and a doctor's recommendation - that's the APPOINTMENT! Today I came for another injection and another show! We called the number +998 955 000 559 and we signed up at 3:30 p.m. so that the reception wouldn't get nervous when we arrived!
BOTTOM LINE: the reception is not boom boom! He says you probably called the doctor!? The number for the call was taken from your Instagram on the clinic's page!

The icing on the cake: my husband calls me after I've been sitting for 20 minutes and waiting for a free doctor, at least we made an appointment at 3:30 p.m. And! The phone rings at the reception and is picked up by the same receptionist who says THAT WE DIDN'T CALL TODAY AND CALLED THE DOCTOR!!! What kind of mockery is this!? Sold out!!
