Super cozy cafe, we ate here last year (Cha-cha, now Ta-ta) the same way this year - they will treat you like a brother-in-law 😄
A separate respect to the waiter Zaurchik 😄❣️
Shish kebab is one of the most delicious in Pitsunda, they also took caesar and a salad with beef - they did not lose, it was very tasty 🤤
Responsive people, a sincere homely atmosphere (probably all relatives of each other, with a kind word and hands help each other), home-made cuisine, cook upon production by the client (or rather the guest) of the order, i.e. actually a freshly prepared dish, which is called "from the stove, with fervor, with heat." When choosing, visitors need to take into account the number of their "colleagues who wish to taste the dishes", because the possibilities of the cafe staff are not unlimited, and they do not keep superfluous people there: all employees are in business from dawn and....until the last hungry customer. It's just stupid to expect metropolitan service and delivery speed, here is a different life, more measured and probably correct
At the beginning of the season there was a decent cafe, with decent cuisine, excellent tea and high quality service. Since July, everything has gone bad. The kitchen fell below the baseboard (for example, ojahuri was served with meat from half-eaten kebabs. The amount of meat in hashlam has noticeably decreased). The service speed has gone into negative territory altogether. They began to wait 40-60 minutes for the order... Poorly cleaned tables and an eternally screaming, often heavily drunk, hostess only add unpleasant impressions. In June, I visited this cafe regularly, and from July until the end of the season, my foot was no longer in it!
We walked past the cafe every day and were surprised at the full landing. We went in for dinner one day. We ordered shish kebab, wine and French fries. Overall, everything is fine. The staff was moderately polite and (as we understood from the review above) the same woman screamed and she was just presenting the guy for something))
The order was brought quickly, but the kebab turned out to be dry and tough, barely chewed. Even cutting it turned out to be difficult. Do I recommend it!? You can probably come in once and have something to eat.
But I can't figure out why there's a full landing here.
Previously, the cafe was called Chacha, now Ta-ta. It seems like the owners have changed. Of course, the attitude towards customers has also changed, for the better. The waiters are polite and clearly interested in the customer. The menu is not bad, the portion size is small, the prices are average. I liked the salad of baked vegetables Khorovats. A flatbread that I didn't like instead of bread. The serving of the dishes is beautiful. In general, a good place, I recommend it
It's not tasty. We went there because there were a lot of people sitting there, we thought it was delicious, but no. The food is bland, the kebab and chicken chop are tough, some veins, the pasta is bland. The sauce for the meat is also bland. Only the boat was normal. And the cherry on the cake, the receipt already includes a tip, but the waitress didn't bother to bring the change from the payment, which already includes tea. I decided to leave an additional tip for myself) I do not recommend it and I will not go a second time either.

I really liked it. They cook delicious!
Everything that was not ordered during the rest, everything was delicious. Caesar with shrimps, the best barbecue in Pitsunda, salmon steak, boat with egg and bacon, drinks. The staff is very polite and attentive. During the holidays, we have become regular customers.
We went to the chacha several times in the afternoon, at first everything was fine, the food - well, depending on what to order, I ordered pasta - fine, someone ordered kharcho - delicious, in general not bad. Only the last situation was affected, the lights in the city are often turned off, and people do not think about the generator, respectively, the refrigerators do not work. They wanted to order dessert, to which they told us in an aggressive tone that there was no dessert, since the refrigerator was not working with such power outages, okay - they asked for lemonade, to which the same employee began to yell that, they say, a full landing, and we disturb her with such nonsense, go to any other place and buy there is a lemonade there (6 people were sitting at the table, respectively, it was an order from only one person), naturally, we said that this was an order from only this girl, there will be more positions. But she got carried away. We listened to what a hard job she has and a full fit. But the question is, if you have such a situation with electricity, then why can't I ask a question about the items in the menu?
I would like to add that the kitchen does not inspire any confidence at all, but this is at your discretion. I would not go with such an attitude again and would not advise it.
Oh, yes, at the end there was a phrase: "I'm afraid for your country, since you have such young people" :)
At first, we really liked the cafe, there were large portions, delicious, but they don't have much of the menu. The impression was spoiled by our last visit to Cha-chu, we ordered kharcho, no, they say, take a hodgepodge. Okay, we've got two servings. It seemed that they were pouring the last thing in the pan, trying to divide it into two plates. But, the Greek salad was "killed"-they brought just vegetables, without olives and cheese. To our surprise, where did the rest of the ingredients go, the waitress replied that in their cafe, this salad is prepared exactly like this! Although a couple of days ago, the salad was exactly the same as usual. And their pizzas are not delicious.
As for the food, it's delicious. But as for the attitude towards people - complete rudeness and disrespect.
They were passing by. We see that everything is occupied. We decided to take it with us, order chicken. barbecue.
We came to the barbecue. A very kind, positive elderly man greeted us cordially, said that he would do it now, but he would have to wait. Not a question.
To place an order, I invited him to go to the checkout with him. There was, apparently, a tenant hostess near the cash register (a plump elderly woman with brown hair, short haircut), who, without even turning to us, answered the brazier after he asked to place an order for us: And what, are you suggesting that I give up everything and deal with them?...She turned around and left. It's even more interesting next. The man suggested that we contact the cashier itself (they can also accept the order there). A stout woman with dark hair stood at the checkout: they asked her a question about a chicken kebab. Like, the Brazier said that there is. As a result, she was also rude to us, "where do you see my barbecue? I said no." In general, everyone was shocked, including the brazier, who then apologized 100 times for this attitude of these ladies.
In addition, this is the ONLY place where ONLY cash is accepted, but it is not written anywhere at the entrance. They also faced rudeness with a stout lady (short black hair). Before this incident, a waitress, a blonde (in the course, the most adequate one they have there), had dinner there and accepted payment by transfer to the account.
When did you come to have breakfast there (well, I didn't have time to withdraw cash in the morning), here she arranged for us (unfortunately, not a blonde waitress) to serve us. The full waitress lost her temper when it was time to pay for the order, and unfriendly muddied the blonde, then turned around and left...in a good way, we could get up and leave, since this is the attitude. But we stayed and tried to solve the problem...
it seems to me that this cafe has such an attitude towards people, because we have already eaten too much. People are following him, so, apparently, you can be rude.
2 years ago, the attitude was human, even to those who just come in to order a barbecue to take away, but now they don't put guests in anything, still being rude in response.
The tables stink. Apparently, rags are rarely changed.
Tips are included in the bill, the only ones in the entire Kipporis alley
It's a great place.A lot of people eat there all the time.delicious food, tea, khachapuri, boats, barbecue.(VERY TASTY)
The prices are adequate.
Payback, as everywhere else in the Abzasia, is best in Cash.I recommend
Very tasty dolma, polite waiters! Thanks for the good evenings

It's a great place. Whenever possible, when I am in Pitsunda, I have breakfast and lunch at the Cha-Che. It is very tasty, high-quality, made from fresh products under the constant supervision of the hostess Natalia. Everything is prepared expertly, professionally, with friendly Abkhazian hospitality and knowledge of their craft. The price tag is good. I would be happy to recommend it. Only positive taste emotions!
Tasty, relatively inexpensive, not everything is available, but they will recommend you what to take. Lula, pilaf, eggplant in Abkhazian (cannon), salad of vegetables on the grill, salad in a nut dressing, meat dishes that have been tried, trout on the grill, and even potatoes in a rustic way are very fragrant, using delicious spices or herbs. Cool waitresses))) The place is popular. I'm attaching some photos of the menu.
THE FEE IS 10% and IT WOULD BE FOR THAT.
It looks like a pleasant place and seems to be a level higher than many places. but. The food is completely tasteless. The usual dishes are over-salted, the meat is very tough, and communication leaves much to be desired. We were looking for money so that it would be convenient to give change, so they told us: yes, what took so long? already give me what you have.
They asked me to pack the rest of the portion with myself, just threw the container on the table, collect it yourself. We were as unhappy as possible, and also with heartburn for the first time in my life.
It's debatable here. We went several times, everything was amazingly delicious, the eggplant in Abkhazian is beyond praise, the kebab is very tasty, soft. But on the last day of our vacation, we came across a piece of frankly stale beef in the dish (I'm afraid to make a mistake in the name of the dish - kerusus in my opinion), with a strong smell. And the rest of the pieces were good. Which was very surprising (well, they were not expected in any way) and upset, because poisoning on the last day of the vacation was not part of our plans.
We were once, had breakfast, ate porridge and shakshuka, the usual homemade food, I would not say that it was very tasty, but not bad. The menu is not very clean, I will give 4 points for this.
Disgusting. We have been going to Pitsunda for several years. Last year it didn't seem to be a bad cafe) We went every day, reasonable prices, delicious food. I was unlucky for my vacation only a couple of times: lagman - in which they could not chew meat and fish, which, in principle, they should not cook, since there is no decent cook for this.
This year everything is terrible, we went a couple of times and spat... The waiters ignore the visitors, forget the order, although they tip themselves in the receipt. The main cook is a MARKET WOMAN and a BOOR, at any remark she screams at the top of her voice: "If you are not satisfied, go to another cafe," although why be surprised if the use of cognac by the staff begins in the morning... And so on the little things: dirty dishes and tables, untidy staff and only cash is payable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ((( THE PLACE SUCKS.
The barbecue is not bad, we did not dare to do more. The staff is very intrusive in their attention. At five in the evening, the cafe staff amicably sat down to dinner with a good bottle of chacha. In the future, you will be served cheerfully, loudly and will not be left bored!
We wanted to go to the cafe for a long time and finally came in. We sat down at the first table to look at the menu. We were with the children and the child started playing with toothpicks, for information there were 8 pieces of them, and they were individually packaged. One of the aunts came to the game (it's unclear who she is there. The cook, the waiter, or maybe someone else) began to wildly resent everything our child does in the cafe. We didn't fight and just left. So this aunt went outside and threw obscene and obscene words at our backs and demanded an apology from us.

Well, a very tasty cafe! The hostess is well done, keeps everything in her hands, treats every visitor with good-naturedness. We went here all our vacation, thank you for the delicious cuisine and good impressions from the first trip to Abkhazia!
The indicator of a good establishment is a full boarding of guests. We were lucky to take the last available table. Later, I watched as the guests stood in line on the street waiting for empty seats. It took a long time to cook (min 40), but this is not surprising when fully planted. Excellent serving of dishes, beauty for the eyes! But it tasted even better: the pork neck kebab was melting in my mouth! Ojahuri is a bomb! The prices are affordable! For four people without alcohol - about 2 t r! (5-6 dishes) I recommend!
Awful.
The tables stink of rags, sticky, cramped. Hopstop is playing in the column, as if not at the resort, but in a roadside cafe near Ust - Kut.
Now the food. It was possible to eat shish kebab. Vegetables on the grill - a spread of goo, two peppers and one tomato. Mushrooms on fire - they taste terrible, not baked.
And now the service: dirty stained glasses, dishes that are not dry after washing, incomprehensibility in the weight distribution - everything is off.
In short, this is not only the worst cafe on boxwood alley, but also the worst in the country.
I do not recommend it.
The boarding is complete, which does not correspond to the level of the institution. A terrible shish kebab that cannot be chewed or even cut. Khinkali is not tasty, it looks like store-bought, fried cheese was hard as a rock, although in theory it should be soft and stretchy. The dishes were taken out quickly, but their quality leaves much to be desired. It is problematic to pay cashless. There are better establishments in Pitsunda where you will be looked at as a guest, and not as a person who eats their food for some money.

Waiters are a separate art! Well done )
Mussels always end before the institution closes - it speaks about their freshness !
There are a lot of customers who come there from evening to evening, which speaks volumes! The prices are pleasantly pleasing)
Pork shish kebab for 3 with a minus (large pieces and a little dry), lamb shish kebab for 4 points out of 5.
Tomato sauce for shish kebab is just a nightmare, I haven't tried worse than 2 points. The exception was pita bread for shish kebab, 5 points out of 5. Pitsunda beer has 3 points out of 5. Of course, we expected it to be very, very tasty, but only for a C grade. Next time I'll choose another place.
A wonderful place! It's a pity that it's too late for us Siberians to open. Always freshly prepared, delicious food. The staff clearly did not go through waiter school, but this is what gives the "highlight" of this institution. The cafe includes national music and even dances when cooking for guests. You will be in an excellent mood when visiting Cha Chi💃💃💃Good luck and prosperity to all the staff!!!!
Worthy! There were 2 times. They took lamb lula (with spices chebret and barberry), vegetable salad with nut dressing, fried suluguni with berry sauce, phali (only in Abkhazian they call this dish differently), scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon, breakfast in Abkhazian (yogurt with honey and boiled egg in yogurt sauce). Everything is very tasty! The serving is good, hearty portions in pottery. There is a business lunch, quite dense! At first, the waitress does not seem friendly, but here you need to show a little patience, and smile yourself and then everything will go well! + Take into account the local mentality and sluggishness. In the evenings it is always lively, we saw people taking fish and meat from the grill, dough dishes, pasta with fish! 👍🏻
The staff is excellent. The waiting time is minimal. The children also liked the food. The drinks are chilled . The kebab is soft and juicy . The atmosphere is friendly. Let's go in again .
On the penultimate day of the vacation, we went in and fell in love with this cafe!
Is it delicious? Unbelievable!
We came by chance because we noticed that there are always a lot of people and all the tables are usually occupied. This is not a restaurant, you need to understand right away, but the food there is amazingly delicious and the menu selection is very decent.
Salads, hot dishes, soup, fire, and shish kebab is something! Thank you so much for having such a cozy home cafe, it's a pity that we didn't go there earlier
Review: ordered 3 cradles; 2 portions of lamb curry, 2 boats. Bottom line: I couldn't eat, the cradle was dry, the boat was raw from the bottom, they bit off the edges and left, there was only fat, there was practically no meat. We waited for all this for more than half an hour. These are the most lame dishes in the whole of Pitsunda, just tin! To understand the objectivity, we had previously been in Apsara, Amshyn in several canteens: La Mayor; Beckons and 2XL it was delicious everywhere. But this visit sucked! If you have not previously eaten exclusively in the trash, then I strongly advise you not to visit this institution! In general, rygalovka, see for yourself the taste and color.
P.S. left at the expense of 4000 for 4
I ask the management to pay close attention to the quality of the dishes!
the institution can be awarded a maximum of one star. the food is good, but it lies on plates that smell like garbage rags. the staff is very slow. we ordered two Greek pans, but only one came, and the waitress said that they ordered only one. during the calculation, it was found that the number two was corrected by one. The waitress tried to chat us up. There is a very obsessive employee in the institution with a broken arm who blabbers everyone. the establishment is based only on a good Internet.
Our vacation was in the second half of August 22. This is the first vacation in Abkhazia!after the first trip to the sea, we returned to the hotel along the cypress alley. I have not read reviews about this place, but something made us turn there and we were not mistaken. A waiter sat down with us and helped us choose the dishes: it was duck in wine sauce and chicken in cream sauce. I recommended a drink: Sukhumi beer. We had a feast of the stomach, I haven't eaten so delicious in a long time! Restaurant dishes at pleasant prices. Sooooo delicious, the portions are huge! Of course, we couldn't eat everything and they put the rest of our food in a container with us! Since then, it's barely been there, as the menu is large and I wanted to try all the dishes! There is a set lunch (soup, meat, second course, compote) . Or you can just order soup-they are all rich and sooo delicious. I wanted to lick my plate after every meal. Food and drinks are served in clay dishes. A very warm place and staff!I recommend it!!!
We were waiting for the food. I didn't like the barbecue very much. But delicious khachapuri pastries, a boat with meat and pita bread. The fish is fresh and delicious. It's hard to park.
The meat is old, the menu does not indicate that the price is for 100 gr. They took two portions of lamb, they thought there would be two skewers in the end they brought two huge dishes of meat that could not be chewed. Do not take grilled vegetables in the menu, it is also not indicated that this is for a hundred grams in the end, grilled vegetables cost us one and a half thousand rubles, and half of the vegetables were potatoes!!
My family and I went to this cafe for the first time. We sat down at an empty, not very comfortable table. Upon clearing the table, I asked the waiter to transfer us. At that moment, the hostess of the cafe just heard verbal diarrhoea addressed to my family and children separately. I think it is not advisable to sort out relations with this, in my opinion, not a sober person. They just left, everyone's mood is ruined. The hostess of this cafe is a disgrace to your nation!!!
We strongly do not recommend this place. 4000rubles was paid too much for night vomiting and diarrhea after eating a barbecue.
In the morning, when they came to make a claim, they were rudely sent, and even mockingly asked:
"What will you do to us? "
Indeed. We can't do anything. Except to warn other potential customers. Stay away from this place!
We walked past this cafe and were surprised at the full landing, we decided to try it. But in vain. Barbecue for three. The interior is tired and dirty. But most of all, I didn't like how the cafe employees loudly complained about what kind of pigs vacationers were. Discussing other clients in front of clients is unprofessional.
The best cafe in Abkhazia in terms of price/quality ratio. The Abkhazian menu is very diverse. All the dishes are very tasty. Trout on the grill 250 rubles, Karl.
They are located on the cypress alley.
The only drawback, as in 99% of Abkhazian cafes, is the service. The waiters do not have time to come to you, you need to take the menu yourself.
The hostess herself is cool and sociable. He also cooks, as I understand it. I shared recipes for some dishes
Not tasty! We ordered a pork neck kebab and a beef and lamb cradle. There was no lamb in the minced meat at all. The kebab is not close from the neck. They brought food not fried, blood was oozing. To my remark, they replied that it was meat juice. Forgot to serve the ordered sauce. They react to all comments inadequately, in a boorish way!
At first, I was delighted with these dishes of this institution, it was relatively inexpensive. But then it started... Prices were changing before our eyes. They offered to replace the dish, which initially did not exist. I agreed, instead of 300 rubles, they announced almost 600. The fish is hung. The prices are accordingly. First the bait, then the divorce. Disgusting attitude
delicious national cuisine. cozy, a small fountain. the staff is responsive, the wait is not long. the menu is interesting. the drinks are homemade. The atmosphere is cozy, with music.
We decided to go into the restaurant and take the meat with us, the braziers said they could do everything and we need to go to the counter to order. After they approached, they noticed the disgusting treatment of visitors. They were rude to us and said, "go to another institution." The situation is very uncomfortable and the waiters are rude because of every phrase they utter.
We happened to be in this place.
I didn't like the service, which is very aggressive in many ways.
It feels like wet cleaning is rarely carried out in the restaurant, elbows stuck to the table. Devices with questionable stains. It's scary to think what's going on in the kitchen.....
