For the owner of the establishment! Tables and benches need to be replaced. Not even basic comfort. It seems that the food is delicious, but sitting on an unstable, wobbly, narrow bench does not add appetite. I do not recommend it.The prices are higher compared to the establishments in the neighborhood. Waiting for the waiter is a separate song. After a long wait, they will approach you with an irritatingly arrogant look, as if they had done the highest favor. If the main order is made, but you want something else... Forget it, it's easier to go to the bar and take it yourself. There is no service as such. No one answers your question where the waitress is - silence, you can ignore the calculation. The hostess also came up and was rude 😂 we want too much🤨 we fell into a stupor from such an attitude. We will not come in again under any circumstances. 2 stars only for food, khachapuri boat for 3 people, trout on the grill 10 out of 10.

There were 2 times. And both times there were some kind of jambs. The quality of the food in some dishes leaves much to be desired. The eggplants were overripe, the neck kebab was mixed from old and fresh. The buns are either sooooo early in the morning, but most likely yesterday's. And the wine that we specifically ordered for meat turned out to be missing. What we were told right before serving the meat. A couple of plates were taken away without my consent while I was distracted by the child. It turned out that the second time we went in vain again ((( It's a pity.

The most favorite place in Pitsunda. First of all, when we arrive, we go to the chacha cafe. The food is very tasty, just like at home. The portions are large. We had a rest in June 2022 in Pitsunda. Having asked the tourists where the food is delicious, we were immediately answered in the Cha-che and they were not mistaken. I have not seen such delicious and varied dishes anywhere else in Abkhazia, but also in Moscow. When a cook cooks with a soul, and even from real fresh products, it is immediately felt. Try in this cafe not shish kebab (although it is also delicious), but delicious salads, awesome baked fish (in Abkhazian, saganaki with mussels), stewed meat. Brain explosion and stomach ecstasy!!! I will write an objective review: I can't say anything about the food, since we couldn't even eat what we wanted.
I'll tell you about something else: the menu is very large, beautiful foreign names, etc. But when ordering three dishes, there were none...How is this possible???We arrived at the beginning of lunch, and it's already over??? Well, everything can be... They immediately asked what to eat from the first (this is about ten soups), in response there were only two of the most common soups. Well, maybe everything is really eaten! But when asked to cook ordinary khinkali (they are also on the menu in two versions), it was said that they are prepared only by special order :)))))))) Really????? A special order at a regular eatery??? You see, you need to order at least a day in advance :)))) Well, don't make my tummy laugh :)))
CONCLUSION: the menu does not correspond to reality and is made up for beauty, in fact only the simplest and most common dishes. The prices are also higher than usual, compare at least with the cafe directly opposite.
A smart person will hear me. I was annoyed that they were trying to fool me there. I'll never go again.

We've been to Pitsunda several times, but this is the first time we've met this cafe. I am delighted with the kitchen, the barbecue is something! We tried almost everything during the rest. Very tasty and fragrant homemade wine. Chacha (what about without her?) above all praise, like a tear, no negative consequences after acceptance). The boat and eggplant are just incredibly delicious. The serving is fast, everything is hot.
Special thanks to the waitress Sae, I have never met such a sincere and hospitable person. I want to tell the hostess Natalia: more patience with the staff and everything will be fine, the girls are trying.

The best cafe in all of Abkhazia, I had to eat a lot during my vacation, but everything is done with love here. The portions are huge, Caesar is delicious, the shish kebab is super, they made nuggets for the child that are not on the menu, they just melt in your mouth. The girl calmly asked, then this inadequate cafe owner just started yelling at all the cafes. People had already left, and she was yelling at people for a long time. We sit and listen to everything. I'm tired of it, because they came to relax, sit, eat, and not listen to these screams. They asked her to stop already, because these people have left and we don't need to listen to this. Abkhazia))!! The cafe is the cheapest and the most delicious. Natasha the cook knows her job. They would still have normal waiters, there would be no price for this cafe. We ate in cafes in 2020 and in 2021. The portions are large, there is both homemade and Abkhazian wine at reasonable prices. To sit in the evening with a full table of food and a bottle of wine is an average of 500 rubles per person. A variety of goodies are cooked on the grill. Breakfast is always porridge and cheesecakes with sour cream. I recommend it for everything. Heads, please change the waiters or bring back the girls who were in 2020.

It was the most disgusting and boorish service in my life. The evening was absolutely ruined after visiting this place.
We came to feed the child. They chose pasta for him, they wanted to take desserts and coffee for themselves, neither of which was available. We ordered orange tea with cloves and oriental coffee with milk (this is important!).
For almost half an hour we listened to the cries from the open kitchen that those who order one dish for two should be driven away, and that they do not work here for 500 rubles at eight in the evening. This is in a small, half-empty hall. Well, they're shouting and shouting, they didn't pay attention.
In the end, the ordered pasta was brought to us, but the parting was not brought and the waitress immediately went somewhere. My request to give us the devices was followed by an inadequate reaction, sarcasm, like, "what else do you need here?" I didn't expect this, to be honest. As a result, for some reason we were given two forks. But then the situation continued, the woman from the kitchen started shouting so that "purely from her" we were given spoons for pasta. And they actually brought us two spoons. And I got the puzzle right. The cafe staff, even in their fantasies, could not imagine that we came to feed a small child, and did not take a portion of pasta with my husband (apparently, it is not customary to feed hungry children here).
When I asked if this behavior was adequate, addressed to the woman who brought the spoons and put them in our plate, she began to mutter something that it was more convenient for the baby (it's strange, considering that the kitchen is open and all the comments from the kitchen were perfectly audible to the whole cafe).
As a result: my son refused to eat pasta, I did not try it myself, I was very shocked by the "service". Coffee (we keep in mind that I asked for milk) was brought black and heavily sweetened (no one puts sugar in coffee for customers without asking, why?!), and orange tea with cloves is boiling water with three slices of orange and one clove. Everything remained standing on the table, it was impossible to drink "tea" or coffee.
To finish us off, they also included 10% of the service fee in the bill. In my opinion, the owner should pay us extra for such a spoiled evening.
