Excellent hotel, 10-15 minutes to the beach, very good dining room across the street, 2 grocery stores, KB next to the entrance to the hotel. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can also be purchased on site, inexpensively. Everything is clean and beautiful. Heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The territory is closed by bracelets. Upon arrival, they are greeted with wine, it is very pleasant for such hospitality, thank you for such a rest! The best hotel in New Athos (meals are not included, but alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are not expensive at the reception) .Very hospitable hosts and friendly staff. If you want to relax in comfort, come here. The beach is 10 minutes away at a calm pace, there are many shops along the way (I advise you to have cash with you, many shops and places of visit accept only cash). Upon arrival, the owners of the hotel met us at the reception, explained everything, gave us a memo with the rules of stay, always in touch if you have any questions. All attractions are within walking distance (10-15 minutes to the cave and the monastery) There is a dining room nearby, very tasty and not expensive, there is a children's menu. There is also a shop with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks next to the hotel.The room is small but very cozy (there is a slow cooker, a safe, you can iron things at the reception) . The room had a very nice compliment from the host (a bottle of wine). There was a warm swimming pool with a Jacuzzi on site (water + 35) in the evening, the children could not be kicked out.There is a terrace with sun loungers and tables on the roof (the views are very gorgeous to the mountains and the monastery).There is also a cooler with clean water in constant access on the ground floor.The territory is always clean, rooms are cleaned and linen is changed every three days. We really liked the hotel. Everything you need is in the room. All the vacationers are friendly, as well as the hotel staff. The room is very clean, cozy, the linen is fresh. Every 3 days, the room is cleaned and towels are changed. The pool is cleaned every day. The prices for drinks are lower than on the beaches. The air conditioner is working, there are no power outages. Each room has a seating area. Everything is within walking distance (canteens, cafes, shops, markets, attractions). Very beautiful views, nature. We went to the dining room, just above the hotel. The hostess is Ilona, very friendly. She has very tasty and reasonable prices). The Casa Del Sol hotel is great!
Clean, calm, the pool is warm, clean, the children did not want to climb out, there is a compartment with a Jacuzzi.
There is a cooler with clean water on site.
Within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, cafes, canteens.
The sea is 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace.

We had a rest in October 2024, and returned again in November.
I really liked the close location to the sights, the sea.

This hotel was recommended by friends living in Sukhum. We booked a room for four (2 rooms + 2 rooms) in February for June-July (3 weeks). I liked EVERYTHING! Excellent location, there is Parking by the road, the territory is closed, entrance is only by bracelet or keychain, there have never been any strangers on the territory. All the guests are families with children, no noise and no parties.
The pool is clean, quite large, lots of sun beds. Service – room cleaning every three days, and towels were changed daily (on request).
The rooms are not spacious, of course, but we had enough. The repair is clearly fresh, the equipment is all new and working.
A complete sense of comfort and safety.
Close to shops, excellent dining room on Ladaria 2, 10min to the beach.walking distance to the park -5 min.

My impressions are only positive, I have been to many places in Abkhazia, and there is something to compare it with
The location is very convenient. 7 minutes to the sea. All the main attractions of New Athos are nearby, a few minutes on foot.
The rooms are comfortable, they were done wisely and thought through many little things. There is a second tier of beds for children, a good bathroom with a shower, its own area, almost a kitchenette with a slow cooker (local khinkali was taken several times in stores, they practically do not differ from restaurant tastes) and a kettle.
There is a swimming pool on the territory, not the largest, but clean!!!
Linen is changed every 3 days, which is very nice !
An interesting feature is the roof of the hotel, where you can sit at tables and admire the views.

Good afternoon! The hotel is SUPER! Very clean, cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay! The pool is really +35 and even in bad weather it will be very comfortable, a Jacuzzi, evening lighting - it's very cool! Bathrobes and towels for the pool, dishes in the rooms (even a slow cooker is available)! There is a cool terrace on the roof, you can sunbathe during the day, and in the evening drink wine at a table and enjoy a wonderful view of the monastery! I gathered with my daughter spontaneously on vacation, in the last days of the summer holidays to catch. We flew together and took tickets day in and day out. So a day costs 9,000 thousand rubles. We flew for 10 nights. The manager asks you to send it by number per day. The husband threw off, but cautiously questioned this Dmitry, who willingly received the money, said everything else, but through his lip. They mentioned to him about the transfer service - they have it listed, since the arrival is in the evening - you would need to meet. What started the difficulties: they say it is necessary to order a day so they do not work, although what is the problem now at 11 a.m. we will arrive in the evening. In general, by some fate, when I was already at the airport in the evening, I threw off the transfer site, allegedly it works for them. But this is not the case. It is indeed a transfer company, like any other in Abkhazia, but it has nothing to do with them. They accepted the order, met us and took us to the cashier da snot, then still casa de Sol- but we did not know what was waiting for us. I repeat, cement concrete instead of beds. - A comfortable room. We lived on the ground floor in a room with a loft. Comfortable. It is equipped with everything: a kitchen area with a multi-cooker, a kettle and dishes. The big advantage of this room is that it is on the ground floor. It is convenient to collect drinking water, you do not need to run from the upper floors.
- Comfortable beds. The pastels were changed every 3 days.
- Internet, electricity, water - without interruptions
- Clean pool.
- Drinks are sold on site. The prices are reasonable.
- Quiet rest. No one was making any noise. There is no music on site
- Parking for a car.
Cons "-":
- Iron on request, no ironing board.
- There is no place to dry things, I had to hang them on the terrace.
- In the loft room on the second floor of the children's room, it would be nice to have a small shelf for a phone and an outlet.
But we did not notice these disadvantages, they were overlaid by the advantages. The owner is nice, the girl who works there is very responsive. All our requests were immediately resolved. I recommend it!

Of the advantages, there are a large number of sun loungers, the pool was heated, clean, deep, but low side and stone and tile everywhere, it is unsafe for small children, it is scary that they will fall into the pool. The design idea of the hotel is good, the execution is not very good, the stone, the tiles on the floor are very slippery, the iron bed is also dangerous for children. The room is cold, not cozy, the floors are not heated, one small heater on the wall does not save in a concrete-stone room. There is no extractor hood in the bathroom -toilet, or it does not work, all moisture goes into the room. The toilet was leaking. Things don't dry at all. Cleaning 3 times a day. The maid is a pleasant woman, she always went to a meeting if it was necessary to change the towels, which were unrealistic to dry. In total, 10 thousand per day without meals out of season (November) It's not worth it. The location is convenient, but this is not the merit of the owners

An amazing hotel! We have been vacationing here with our family since July 25, 2023. Beautiful design, very cozy, clean. Gorgeous view from the terrace of the mountains and the monastery in the distance. You can sunbathe on the roof and sit in the evening. The children spent all their free time in the pool, it is warm, you can swim even in cool weather. Drunk guests drank alcohol in the pool all night, screams throughout the area, bottles float around the pool, they do not leave the children's pool for 5-6 hours, while drinking alcohol in liters, respectively, and relieve themselves there. A huge plus of this hotel is a heated pool with hydro massage, and the water is very warm, I have never seen such warm heated pools, about 40 degrees, in cool weather it just helped out! I have already seen a review about a noisy company walking until 01 am , we also got into this period - there is no limit to the arrogance of people , as if they were resting there alone! We had a rest with the whole family from June 14 to July 1, 2023. We visited as if in paradise. We would have rested for another week) the pool is just a fairy tale!!! Clean, warm (helped out well on a stormy day). The rooms are clean, cozy, and tasteful, just like the hotel itself as a whole!!! I admire every detail. We had a rest at the end of April. I liked everything. It is clean, the staff makes sure that the linen and towels are fresh. In the rain, in the mud, the tiles in the yard were always perfectly washed. The pool is also regularly cleaned and washed, the hotel owner checked the water temperature several times a day)))
It would probably be great to have dinner on the roof or on the veranda on a summer evening. But we were not very lucky with the weather in the spring.
The impressions remained positive, except for the last night. Very noisy guests stopped by, who walked until one o'clock in the morning.
I will not say that the audibility in the hotel is very strong. It all depends on the neighbors.
I especially liked it: the pool is really warm, always; there is a hydro massage, terry bathrobes, a warm tent (gorgeous!), a slow cooker and many different dishes. The shower cabin is spacious, at least the three of you can swim. And a separate smoking room - no one "smokes" next to the windows.

A super Hotel. We had a vacation with my wife in February 2024. I really liked it! The hosts are very friendly and friendly people. I highly recommend it, we will definitely drive again. There is no better place to relax in winter. The pool is heated, open until 23:00.

Great hotel. With a heated swimming pool, with three jets of hydromassage. Clean, beautiful, cozy. Drinks are sold on site. There are no breakfasts. The beds, the linen are new, it sleeps perfectly. There are no TV channels on TV, only Internet cable. You need to search the menu where the applications for watching Internet channels are installed. Unfortunately, accommodation has become more expensive. In the off-season, it is an excellent choice in New Athos.

We had a rest together with my son at the hotel at the end of October 2022. We liked everything, and even very much! The location of the hotel is within walking distance from all the sights of New Athos. A clean room with modern non-standard furniture, a kettle, a slow cooker, a heater, a smart TV. Separate towels for the room and pool + bathrobes. You can relax with a cup of tea or a glass of wine on the roof of the hotel, from there you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sights. The pool is simply gorgeous, the water is really warm, there is a Jacuzzi. When we left, the guys mounted a special heated gazebo for a more convenient entrance and exit from the pool. It's nice that the owner really cares about the guests! I have already recommended this hotel to all my friends for traveling around Abkhazia!

Great warm pool, thoughtful room, clean. The staff is unobtrusive, there is a refrigerator where you can buy drinks, inflatable circles/vests are sold at the reception. There are dishes, a knife, a corkscrew in the room - it was useful, because they did not take it with them.
Pleasant memories have fallen behind, they would have returned!
Of the cons: I would like to have water in the room.
A portable dryer would not hurt, but everything dried perfectly on the chairs near the room. The dryer in the bathroom is small, but dries quickly 👍

The hotel is clean, everything is well thought out for a comfortable stay. The prices for drinks at the hotel are about the same as at the store across the street (we recommend a magician. "Svetlana" is higher up the road), the only thing when there are no owners, you can't buy anything, so they took it with a reserve)
The sea is within walking distance or through a beautiful, well-maintained park or along the road through a cafe, but it is also comfortable. The street is quiet. All the sights are within walking distance. The beach is clean, there are not many people (we were in the first half of September). The Wi-Fi in the hotel is good, it was enough for work. There are sun beds and tables on the roof of the TJ hotel. The overall impression of a vacation in Athos and this hotel is only positive. But be prepared for "acclimatization", take pills (pharmacies and a polyclinic if there is anything nearby). All payments are made in rubles (take more change, 50-100r are their most favorite bills), by transfer and in many places they accept cards. Rather, we will all come to Athos and this hotel again!

We lived in a Loft room in April, there is a kettle, dishes, the location is good, close to everything. That's all of the advantages.
The room is very compact, it is very stuffy to sleep upstairs, the bathroom is cold as in a cellar, the heated towel rail is very small, the towels are very shabby, the bed linen is synthetic.
The pool is hot, it is impossible to swim, swim, only if you take a hot bath on a cold day.
We haven't seen anyone at the reception in 5 days, they haven't cleaned our place once. They asked about the corkscrew on WhatsApp, did not answer, although they answered quickly on booking.
In the country, twice a day for 2 hours in the morning, in the evening and at night, the electricity is turned off, while there is only an overhead light in the room, there is no bathroom, there is no Wi-Fi, sockets do not work.
There is no breakfast at the hotel, we had breakfast at the Bouillon cafe near the park, which we really liked.
The hotel was almost empty, check-out at 11 o'clock, we asked to leave a couple of hours later, so they announced the price for this 1000 rubles.
As a result: some kind of shortage, everything is incomplete, there is a pool - but you can't swim, cleaning is required - but it's not there, there is a generator - but there's almost no sense, there is a reception - but there's no one there, well, etc.

We rested with children in a family room from 05/28/23. to 06/01/2013, the room is clean, cozy, well equipped, warm beautiful pool, friendly helpful staff, magnificent mountain views, within walking distance of caves, waterfall, park, etc., next to just above the left side of the hotel there is a delicious and cheap dining room, everything is very I liked it.

We stayed as a family for three days.
The building is original and stylish.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, clean snow-white bed linen.

The battery is working properly.
Water and light without problems, 24/7!
The territory is closed, access by a magnetic key.
A clean pool with lighting.
Each room has a table and two chairs on the balcony.
There is a shared roof terrace.
The sea is 7 minutes away on foot with children.
The Athos Cave and the temple are nearby.
I recommend it!
