The hotel is cool! Clean, tidy! We had a rest on July 15-22, 2023. I really liked it. Location from the sea, norm. 7 minutes. The caves are 2 minutes away. There is a swimming pool. Clean, there are sun loungers around. Clear. Cafes and restaurants are close by. There are canteens.
I recommend the hotel.

A cool hotel, the room is clean, there is a mini fridge, a kettle, a slow cooker and some dishes, shower towels and beach towels. Each room has a bench and a table on the balcony. I liked the hotel very much: it was clean, comfortable, there was an opportunity to cook something in the room, I was lucky with the neighbors - it was quiet and peaceful.
I liked the design of the rooms - original, cozy, seemingly inexpensive, but tasteful and everything is thought out. I really liked the shower cabin and the fact that the bathroom is quite spacious.
Nice pool with hydromassage. I don't like swimming in chlorine, but I sometimes climbed in for a massage.
A very good location - close to the sea, to all the main attractions, there are many cafes around.
From constructive comments: you can add an air freshener to the toilet;
I would like to lubricate the door hinges of the front door and the bathroom - they creak very much. But it's true, minor quibbles🤗

We had a rest in June 2022. It's a great place. New modern rooms with everything you need, a slow cooker helped a lot. The room has all the necessary utensils. Everything was clean and cozy. If you want something extra, there is a refrigerator with drinks. The warm pool was very helpful, as the weather was cool. The children didn't get out of it. Thank you for a great stay!!! The only suggestion is to lay mats in the room from the entrance to the room to the bathroom, as the children run out of the pool on the tiles and it becomes very slippery… But otherwise everything is fine!!!

The first time was in November 2023 with the whole family. 2 adults + 4 children , perfectly accommodated in a room with sleeping places on the top. The children were delighted with the "attic"
And decided to return again in March 2024 for the holidays.

Great hotel! Excellent location and service. Beautiful, clean, functional room. We had a loft, the children are delighted with their beds in the attic) There is also a kitchenette with everything you need. The pool is generally a separate story. We had a rest from April 18 to 23, 2022 and it was still cool, and the sea was generally icy. The water in the pool is 36 degrees, you can swim even at night. And it's a thrill! The owners of the hotel are a young couple. Wonderful people, responsive, hospitable, loving their work. If we go back to Abkhazia, we will definitely return to this hotel. I recommend.

In our room, the beds are supported on stone bases with sharp corners, which is not very safe in the presence of small children. The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained. I chose the hotel based on reviews, thanks to everyone who left them! All reviews are true! So, the hotel is very stylish, modern, clean and cozy. The pool is just a fairy tale!!! Sooooo warm, clean, with night lighting, but the main feature is the Jacuzzi! I love it! I stayed there for a long time in the evenings, or even with a glass of wine, looking at the stars....mmmm relaxation is complete!!! It's very romantic on the roof in the evening! The rooms have everything you need. Comfortable beds, pillows to choose from, large and smaller, towels for the beach and pool, well, very handy!!! And even bathrobes are provided!!!

We had a rest in March of the 23rd. At first glance, everything is not bad, but we rested for a long time, so we felt all the "nuances". Firstly, the "motel" layout, the lack of noise insulation and a small courtyard well make excellent acoustics. If people are talking in the smoking room, then they are interfering with your sleep, if you are talking in the smoking room, then you are interfering.
Secondly, the room is cleaned every 3 days, while not changing the bed linen, which. by the way, the disgusting quality is fierce synthetics.
Boorish staff, but this is generally the "trick" of Abkhazia. Against the background of many, these are still nothing..
The only thing I have no complaints about is the pool - it's cool.
1-2 will do, I strongly advise you not to do it anymore.

A very cool hotel, the decoration in the rooms is not expensive, but it is done very harmoniously. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, had a great night's sleep. We stayed at the hotel in June 2023. About the hotel, we can say that expectations and reality coincide 100%. Absolutely everything matches the reviews and description. We arrived in the evening, the hotel was illuminated and looked great. The territory is well maintained. The room is small, but there is a kitchenette with a clean one! dishes, a slow cooker, a kettle, a refrigerator, there are even rags and sponges for washing dishes. Bath and beach towels, bathrobes. The hotel is quite new, so repairs, plumbing, furniture are not tired. Everything is perfectly clean. The warm pool is actually warm and clean, you can swim until 23.00. It is clear that everything is taken care of and maintained in order and cleanliness. A huge plus is the location. Within walking distance of caves, waterfall, monastery, park, cafes, markets, shops. You can have breakfast in the cafe opposite, there is a minimum required and the price is excellent. The view from the balcony is magnificent. In the morning, with a cup of coffee, you can admire the view of the mountains, cypresses, and listen to the birds singing. The sea is 7 minutes away at a calm pace. There is parking for cars. There is a huge area on the roof with tables and sun beds, the view from it is fascinating. From the wishes, you can add storage systems, we lacked this. Overall 5+.

The rudeness of the hostess and her husband has no boundaries. They don't care about anything except profit. This is the first time we have encountered such inhumane treatment of people, arrogance and outright rudeness. At our request on the day of arrival to reduce our stay to 3 nights due to her husband's illness, the hostess began to openly shout at me. I asked her for a long time, explaining that my husband was ill and we would not be able to stay for 5 nights. And since we have paid for the first day, I am ready to pay for two more. But the price for the room suddenly increased to 9 thousand per day instead of 8. Where it is written, I was never shown. We did not find prices on their website. And for the first day we just made a transfer to Lilia Alekseevna's personal card.
It all ended with the fact that they both broke into our room, put our suitcases in the hallway.. the hostess grabbed them, then her husband began to help her, without even letting her pack her things, all this with such swearing.. The hostess screamed that the hospital is opposite, and even if you die, we don't care. Pay the full reservation, and she doesn't care about anything else. Dmitry (apparently her husband ) He was openly rude, showed an indecent gesture and told us such nasty things that I will not repeat here. It's just a nightmare. My son was very scared, crying about where we were going to go at night, but it didn't bother them at all. They continued to shout in our room, threatened to turn off the water, light and call the police, and eventually the light in the bathroom was turned off. And they gave us 10 minutes to collect our things. That's the story.
As a result, my husband and I, with a fever and a child, were put outside after 21 hours. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It's not even dishonesty, it's just inhumanity. Many people in the hotel were witnesses, as the walls there are very thin, just partitions.
As soon as I started making videos of their threats, the hostess immediately ran away. Her husband remained, continuing to be rude and kick us out. I've never heard so many nasty things in my life.
I usually do not write reviews, but here I still found it necessary to warn those who care about the integrity of the owners. They don't care about anything except money. Even your life and the life of your children.

The rooms are good, the bathroom is 4. The staff is excellent, the husband of the hostess is 3 (as a bad person), I can't say anything about the hostess, I glimpsed. The yard is not unambiguous, the layout is interesting, but everything is compact and cramped. The location is good. There is a parking lot, but the camera is not looking at it. It's far from the sea. It takes about 10 minutes to walk, and the traffic also gets in the way. Well, that's all my quibbles. It will do for recreation , but under such conditions the price should be 10% less.

We relax in it at the end of May, enjoying every day, as there are only solid advantages: a warm pool and Jacuzzi, a panoramic roof on which you can sunbathe, drink morning coffee and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The room stock is also excellent, everything is clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A family of 2 adults and 1 child vacationed at this hotel in June 2022.
The hotel is new, built in 2019 and has been operating since 2020.
The rooms are just fire! On the ground floors, the rooms have beds for children with a ladder decorated in a craft style, children really like it. Our room was on the 3rd floor, very nice. Everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail, there is a kettle, a slow cooker, a refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, etc. A slow cooker is generally a plus, after long trips, when the cafes were no longer working, there was always a package of pilmeni on duty in the refrigerator). And yes, the hotel has its own generators, so power outages (which are enough in Abkhazia) are not terrible.
There is a nice relaxation area on the roof with sun beds and tables where you can comfortably sit and drink wine (a big plus for a stand with wine glasses right in the room).
And yes, the hotel has a "bar" with very affordable prices, wine, for example, is only 25 rubles more expensive than in local stores, beer for 5-10 rubles, lemonades-the same price as in stores, in general it pleases, and everything in the refrigerator is always cool.
At the reception there are necessary goods, everything for swimming (circles, armbands) and all kinds of sun ointments and panthenol, by the way, cheaper than at the local pharmacy, the same company. I bought armbands for my daughter cheaper than the dealers on the market and in stores offer.
The hotel is run by a young couple, the guys are literate, smart, they solve all issues at once.
The girls from the service staff (Korean girls) were pleased. The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, linen and towels are changed (even the dishes that are in the room are washed, it has already become uncomfortable).
Oh yes, a heated pool is generally a topic, especially if you eat with children, the water seems to always be 36.6) children swim right up to night, the water in the pool is clean, there is a filtration and disinfection system, which of course pleases.
Bottom line: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. In New Athos, for that kind of money, you won't find anything better, that's a fact.
Will you say no to the kitchen at the hotel? Pfft, there is a wonderful place in front of the hotel, a 30-second walk away

In principle, it's not bad. The room is in order. They clean well. There is a swimming pool (as far as I understand it is a rarity here) - the children will not be bored. The territory is fenced, the entrance is electronically keyed. An outdoor area with tables on the roof is a nice bonus, you can sit in the evening. There is no kitchen, there is a refrigerator and a slow cooker in the room. There are shops nearby and a great many canteens/cafes (all of them are bars))) eating inexpensive and tasty is not a problem. In general, the New Athos left a pleasant impression. There is a place to walk, there is something to see. An atmospheric little town with palm trees, cypresses, eucalyptus trees and a cozy park around the pond. The beaches are sparsely populated.

The pool is clean, but sooo hot, more than 36, it feels like there is less in my bathroom at home, we lived on the ground floor, near the pool for 2 days when there are no people, it's great when people hang out next to the pool, for example, they eat fish, the smell goes out the window if it is open. The room has everything, dishes, a slow cooker, a refrigerator and ants - there are a lot of them. The room is cool, colorful, on the top floor there is a gorgeous viewing platform where you can drink coffee and sunbathe. The entrance is by bracelets. Overall on a solid 4.

The room has a hairdryer, bathrobes, towels for the shower and pool. The entrance to the room is from the street, from a shared terrace equipped with a table and benches. The roof of the hotel is safely equipped for a recreation area with sun loungers, tables and chairs.
There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, which brightens up the presence in Abkhazia in winter (I rested from 12.01 to 16.01), a refrigerator with various alcoholic drinks and not.

I wrote to the post office, found out the price, upon arrival the price turned out to be different (75,000 (was) 10,000 (became) taking advantage of the fact that we arrived at night and with a child, we had to pay !!!it's just not very pleasant, the hotel is empty , there are plenty of rooms, the aunt-administrator assured "not one store is not working, buy from me", 5 min walk everything works, everything is for sale!!!
