Great hotel. We had a rest in January 2022, in even more enviable times. Therefore, with all the consequences (mask mode, covid tests, etc.).
The hotel corresponds to the description in the aggregators. All rooms are decent. Economy rooms are located in the main building, suites and villas in separate ones. Rooms start from the 2nd floor. And there is no view of the sea there, or rather it is none. Especially the right wing of the building, where from the 1st to the 3rd floor one can see greenery and a swimming pool, as well as suites. I want a view, take it higher. It doesn't make sense to describe the numbers - everything is in other reviews and on aggregator sites. Everything fits!
Bottled water is put on, the mini bar is replenished, there is coffee and tea. There are bathrobes and flip-flops. Flip-flops are reusable, if you want to take them with you, pay about 700 rubles with our money at the check-out.
The number is given exactly according to the check-up, in my opinion at 15. We arrived in the morning, but had to wait. They gave me lunch. I must say right away, if you have a late flight, then the bracelets are cut off during the delivery of the keys, and you will not be able to have dinner unless you use certain tricks).The food is excellent-buffet. There were even Russian dishes like okroshka, borscht, olivier, but a little in their interpretation. In general, everything was delicious and very decent (meat, fish, poultry). There was an exotic type of crocodile meat.Seafood was given 2 times over the entire period of 11 days.
The hotel was a quarter full, but the tables outside had to be occupied for the opening for dinner.Alcohol is free, it is only local. According to the fortress, it is 30 degrees, so you should try to get drunk.And the bars are open until 23.But there is a way out: downstairs at the reception there is a shop where there is local rum. Very decent and more robust. We were not allowed into the city, so we bought there. In general, there is a transfer to Nha Trang 2 times a day, where you can buy cheaper drinks and fruits in the shops.
Along the beach. In January, the sea is not calm enough, there are waves and back currents, so beach boy is watching you on the beach. You won't be able to swim, but you can jump on the waves. The beach is wide. At the peak of the sun, the sand heats up and you can run to the sea in sneakers (as for me). There were always enough sun beds, but let me remind you that the hotel was a quarter or a third full. The change of beach towels was unlimited. The animation was present, and quite active. Russian russians are the specialty of the hotel, so the anime is also a Russian team.
On weekends, a lot of locals only come, with children, of whom there are many... Therefore, it can be quite noisy. There is a water park for vacationers.Kids usually hang out there.
I had a chance to see and evaluate the suite. Upon arrival, the PCR test was retaken on day 3, and those who turned out to be positive were isolated in a 2-storey villa with a private pool. It was forbidden to visit public places, and food was brought directly to the room by order (everything you wanted, even alcohol).
The rooms are a little better and more spacious, but I really don't see the point in overpaying for them. There is a private pool (small and for several rooms), but there is no sea view. The detached villas themselves are another matter. But there is also the price of the issue. It took a day and a half to use the suite, when they retook the express test and it turned out that there was no covid.
But this was the beginning of charters to Vietnam, new vacationers arrived with even more positive tests. I don't know how or where they were isolated anymore)
In general, I recommend the hotel, especially with a good price or discount on it!

The territory of the hotel, rooms, pools, beach, everything is excellent for five stars. I especially liked the pools, decorated with natural, rough stone, pleasant to the touch. And there are always free sun beds. But the beach in the neighboring territory is cluttered with garbage. The dining room is still on 4. It seems to be not bad, but the tables are stained with rags, and spoons and forks are laid out on reusable napkins from which the crumbs were shaken off and used further. The staff is friendly, but one person at the reception knows Russian. Animations are minimal. There is a children's room, but I don't know what's going on there, we were without children.

The area is gorgeous, there is a good selection of food, the staff reacted quickly, a good SPA. The hotel is for 4+. Overall, the impressions are positive, but there are nuances. When cleaning, they don't bother much, there are lumps of dust under the bed and bedside tables, and even things from previous guests. Upon arrival, there are three 0.5 liters of water and two cans of sprite/fanta in the minibar for three people. After that, the minibar was replenished only with water. When contacting us, we confirmed that this is the way it is supposed to be.
Walking along the beach in the evening, I went to the toilet, and there was a huge black toad, despite the fact that the toilets are all very clean.

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all the staff of the hotel. It was such a wonderful vacation – just a fairy tale. The territory is not very large, but very well maintained. Everything is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by fruit-bearing exotic trees. Its own large water park with a "lazy river", comfortable sun beds with soft mattresses everywhere. There are always bars on the beach and in the water park with various drinks – lemonades, juice, beer, wine, rum, whiskey, cocktails, etc. (all inclusive). The food is quite varied – a lot of fruits, vegetables, meat dishes, seafood, sweets.
I would like to say separately about animation. When I choose a hotel, I always miss the words about the availability and quality of animation in the reviews. I thought that this side of recreation was for young people. In this hotel, animator Ilya did not allow us to stay away from the active life of the hotel! And it turns out that we really liked it. He knows how to organize everyone! We were not bored even during the rain.
We are always choosing new places to relax, we have never repeated ourselves. But I really want to come back here!

We had a rest in early March 2022. This is the 3rd time in Vietnam. An all-inclusive hotel is much better than Turkish and Egyptian ones, because the Vietnamese never bother tourists with massages, excursions and souvenirs.
The cuisine is both European and exotic, coffee in coffee machines, drinks, alcohol, cocktails, pastries, a lot of fruits.
The animators work conscientiously, both ours and the Vietnamese. Pool games, water polo, aqua aerobics, yoga, dancing, darts.

The beach is sandy, the shells are gorgeous - my wife collected them in a collection (+1 kg overweight). The only thing that bothered me was the waves and the current. One of our Russians (apparently under the influence of chronic alcoholism) swam beyond the limit and was pulled. The boat was sent out, but he proudly swam himself and staggered ashore, then also proudly departed. The hero of the category Dementia and courage. Everyone is smiling, a lot of locals just stopped by on the weekend - apparently, as in tae, 50% was paid by the trade union. The Communist Party rules there. Half of them look like our drunks from the village. But not violent. So it didn't spoil our mood. The snack bar is also cool, no one was left hungry. Two beautiful swimming pools, a large area. We are used to vacationing in Asia in hotels where everything is not included, where you can go out into the city and buy whatever your heart desires.
This time we are staying at the All-inclusive hotel according to the Turkish concept.
And I want to say that the hotel has exceeded all our expectations.
1. Excellent service with smiling staff. The cleaning is good, compared to the same Turkey.
2. The food is very good, varied, with a children's table. Better than many Turkish hotels. Lots of seafood, fruits, greens, vegetables, meat.
They feed a lot.
If you overslept breakfast, you can go for a snack with pizza and other snacks, the same goes for lunch.
Meat is boiled, fried and stewed. Several types of soups, including children's soups.
Yes, they do not give mango, but you can buy it for 150 rubles per kg in a nearby restaurant. With a margin, but not crazy money.
Breakfast is also a great choice. I don't understand who didn't think enough. There are various dishes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, muesli, cereals, cheeses, yoghurts, fruits, Viennese waffles, greens, pates.
The juices are NOT powdered, but made from a concentrate of natural fruits.

7. Private beach with white sand, like in Cuba. It's great for kids. The entrance is gentle, without a sharp descent. There are waves, but they do not interfere with swimming. Even the child is bathing.
8. During the rest, a PCR test is performed 2 times. Antiseptics and masks are everywhere.
9. WiFi Internet works everywhere on the territory, it flies.
The weather is great now, there is a wind, but it is warm and pleasant.

The prices in the hotel store are 6 times more than all this costs in Vietnam. For example, a long green bottle of aloe Vera costs about $ 10 in Vietnamese dong in the hotel store, it is 230.000vnd, and in Nha Trang they sell for 40,000vnd. Draw your own conclusions.

A PCR test is taken through the nose, a stick is shoved deep, someone's face was numb for several hours, there was blood. The information about taking the tests is incorrectly indicated on the Anex website, it is taken for 1 and 3 days. Our hotel guide did not know before, we learned from tourists from other hotels on the tour. They don't take the test on day 7.

Super! I really like the hotel. We have been there more than once. Close to the airport. Fast service at the reception, there are Russian-speaking Flip-flops. Excellent cleaning. The food is generally 5+. Own beach, clean sand, cleaning, hot towels, shower. And the Animators don't let you get bored, very nice young people. The sea is wonderful, gentle descent, very warm. There are scheduled round-trip buses to the city center. Pools, water slides. Go and relax, you won't regret it!

A great hotel with good infrastructure for a family holiday! A wide selection of dishes for lunch, animators for the whole day, swimming pools and a water park, bars are open almost all day! We were with a baby, take food for infants for the whole vacation, there is no place to buy it, even in Nichanga.

A great hotel with a large territory. We were there in the first half of December 2019. There is a free water park. There are several bars on site with 10 different cocktails, its own clean beach with free comfortable sun beds. The staff service is excellent. At the reception, the receptionist speaks pure Russian. The cuisine is at an excellent level, both local, European and Korean cuisines are presented. The animation is great, you won't be bored. It is possible to take a free bus to the city every day. The only drawback is that there are no disposable slippers in the rooms, there are "flip-flops" that are not the first freshness, but this is probably typical of the whole of Vietnam, because it was the same in another hotel. But this is an absolute trifle. I recommend this hotel.

We lived in the lobby, cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. They were fed for slaughter, Russian food - fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, fried meat, boiled, chicken, fish, pasta, fried eggs, vegetables, local fruits.There is a lot of alcohol for free on the all-inclusive system, but cigarettes are very expensive 300 rubles a pack and massage is expensive. The pools are cool, the sea is cleaned, the beach, sun beds, umbrellas, towels are all right! The aqualpark is boring, the distant slides are unfortunately closed. The nature is gorgeous, bananas grow, cacos, lizards run, birds sing. Music, entertainment from morning to evening. The bus is free to Nha Trang. Partially Russian-speaking staff. I liked everything 👌👍
