I am very disappointed with the service at the hotel. I booked for 2 nights and couldn't check in the first night. Upon arrival, I found out that my reservation was canceled and I need to pay for a new one. OK, but this is a bad service. Then it turned out that the restaurant was not working and there were not even any appliances for the food that I ordered for takeaway. In general, the service is bad and I will not stop here anymore
A terrible relationship. We booked, said one price, and when we arrived the price changed, it became about 30% more expensive and there is no point in arguing, we already reached Minsk from Moscow.
The location is perfect, and there is parking. The rooms are comfortable, clean, cozy. Linen, towels, bathrobes are snow-white. Towels sometimes retain a slight smell of chlorine, but nowadays it is as a guarantee of cleanliness and hygiene. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The girls at the reception are the ideal of hospitality and responsiveness. The restaurant is closed due to the pandemic, but the hotel is simply surrounded by cafes, restaurants and pastry shops. My favorite hotel in Minsk.

We booked a family room 3 weeks in advance. I chose it because of the pool, as teenage children need something to entertain in the evening.
I immediately said that I needed a late check-out at 6 p.m. I was warned that it would cost + 50%. At the same time, I ordered a transfer from the airport. We sent a confirmation of the service -30 bel.r. 2 days before the visit, they write that they cannot provide late check-out, because the hotel is overcrowded and my room is already booked. Well, it's not a problem: since I ideally needed a room only for 1 hour before departure, I was sure that I would be able to spend this time in the pool, which I wrote to the administrator about. Upon arrival, I was immediately charged for accommodation + transfer. On the eve of departure, I was offered to move to a standard room from 12-18 on the day of departure and pay for a full day. To my question "why for a full day?", I was told that this is already a new number and does not count as an extension :))
Well, YOU can't leave me in my room and I'm going to meet YOU, moving to another one and paying it 50%!!!?!! The manager disagreed with me). Then I asked to book a sauna for me on 16-18, so that there would only be a place to clean up before the plane, so there were things in the city during the day. The sauna turned out to be booked with 18-23 clients NOT staying at the hotel, and I was offered time until 17:30, which they managed to clean there. Ok. After 15 minutes, they called me and refused to do this, saying that they would not have time to remove it in 30 minutes))
It should be noted that during the 3 days of our stay at the hotel, we were not able to get into the pool for a single evening, as it was always booked by someone:(( . Simultaneously with the next refusal, they tell me that they made a mistake, and I owe not 30 b.r. for the transfer, but 30.$!!! Seriously?!?!))). Where did the services for $$$$ in a Belarusian hotel come from??! I'm not even talking about the fact that a car came for us, in the trunk of which only 1 suitcase fit, the second one was driving between the children in the back seat. And if there were 4 of us?!? And the meeting driver was wearing swim shorts. And for this $ 30 ?!?
To all of the above, it should be added that at the time of booking, no one warned that neither the restaurant nor the bar was open at the hotel! There is nothing at all! Breakfasts were offered for an additional fee from a neighboring institution. I.e., at the time of submission, everything will be guaranteed to be cold!!! We have a nice discussion about all this with the receptionist girl, who just gives me the manager's orders. After going through all the points, I clarify with her: is it exactly 5 *?!?! The receptionist apologized, saying that she completely agreed with me, but she was only a performer. After 15 minutes, I got a call again: the hotel decided to meet me halfway and allowed me to stay in my room until 4 p.m. for free! I sincerely thanked him, although I will remind you- I only need an hour 17-18 before departure to the airport. And now the cherry on the cake: at 2 p.m., when I was taking my luggage out of the room to leave it at the reception and go to the city, I got a call again: "the manager said he changed his mind about leaving you in the room for free if you don't pay $ 30"😂😂😂
I want to appeal to the owners of the hotel: urgently change the manager! I understand that in our difficult time, everyone wants to make money on whatever / whom they can, but do not stoop to hucksters- keep at least some level of stardom of world standards of hotels. With such a management policy, you don't even roll down to "bed& breakfast", but "only bed" (((because you don't even have breakfast now. It 's a shame , of course 🤦♀️
We booked through the transition from Google, so we didn't see what was written on the website on the main page. In fact:
- There is a casino in the description, but it is not there
- there is a restaurant in the description, but it is not there
- we took a business room with a double bed, in fact two shifted desks
- and for dessert, a subjective fact: there is a light bulb on the ceiling that cannot be turned off, someone will probably like it, it annoyed me. The master was called, he also did not know how to turn it off. I went to get the stepladder to unscrew it.
In general, we are disappointed with the price/quality ratio
We have known this hotel for a long time and love it very much for its comfort and service. But this time it's four stars, because there's no restaurant, it's very inconvenient. We are waiting for the restaurant to open. We will definitely come again.
Gorgeous chandelier)) The rooms are large, with a comfortable, large bed. Another of the "++" is a Finnish sauna and a swimming pool with a stream of water for continuous swimming.
The smell of cigarettes was felt from the "--"; we rested during the birthday, there was no compliment from the hotel
There were no breakfasts - I lower my rating for this.
At the reception at the check-out, other visitors (not hotel guests) were rude, but the security put them in place very delicately, thank you!

The sofas are very worn, it is clear that many things have not been updated or cared for for a very long time.
The hotel is not being monitored at all.
I liked the hotel. Mandatory booking in advance. The design and service are all for five. You can use the sauna with a small pool for free from morning to 12 o'clock.

when checking in at the reception, they told me that in the two-room room (superior family), which I paid for two weeks before arrival, they would lock the second room with a key, since the room was supposedly designed for three, and I arrived only with my adult son, and there were only two of us, not three. Although it was obvious from the armor. They offered to sleep in the same bed. SHOCK!!! They would also offer to move someone in for the kit! There was no one from the Administration! Only after a prolonged scandal and instructions !The guard! We agreed to open a second room with a separate bed.
Food:
it doesn't come from the word "at all", as the restaurant is chronically closed. There is no bar either! The mini bar in the room is surprisingly meager, despite the fact that the price tag is inadequate. A large sign at the entrance: "Buta Casino" is a complete fake.
Staff: except for the girl at the reception and the security guard, I did not meet…
In general, I plunged into the "unobtrusive" service of the last century.
Don't even think about the 4* hotel category!
I do not recommend it…
A new hotel with exquisite interiors, very clean, responsive staff at the reception. There was no breakfast in the restaurant, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The location is convenient for walking around interesting places.
