It's not cheap. But there is nothing to complain about. My wife and I are very happy. We took the simplest, standard room for $ 92. Wonderful interior both in the hotel and in the room. The bed is gorgeous, there is a minibar, all toiletries/slippers/bathrobes are available. The SPA is included, Parking is available, the restaurant is around the clock, delicious and very, very inexpensive (surprisingly). The location is in the very center. The rooms are quiet. I don't know what else to add.....If I'm going to Minsk again, I'll definitely stay here!!!

Everything is beautiful and wonderful. Catherine the 1st would be pleased. Apartments with all amenities, there is a booze in the room, free or not xs, drank your own. The other day we stayed in this hotel in 601 rooms, we stopped in late at night tired. The first thing we came across was that the key they gave us didn't work, but it was basically nothing, the boy quickly came up, opened it, and brought us another key. The second, and most important, is a poorly cleaned room, only three long black female hairs were found on two pillows, they were also present in the shower cabin. And the third thing is the lack of breakfast, the restaurant was not working for technical reasons. We paid 12 thousand rubles per night for the room in Russian money, and for this money we got a dirty room, so we also stayed hungry. I'm sorry, but for the money that we will pay, we could have come up with some kind of breakfast option. For the remaining days in Minsk, we decided to stay in another hotel. The room itself is large and comfortable.

Nice hotel, great location. Everything is polite and comfortable. There is a casino in the building (it does not bother at all, if this is not the goal), there is also an exchanger, an independent restaurant from the hotel (unfortunately) with good cuisine, but very long in service (especially breakfast - lay 35-45min). Probably the only disadvantage is a very weak air conditioner (if it's hot outside - it happened during my stay, it will be uncomfortable).

The hotel is not for foreigners (ATTENTION! this hotel is not for foreigners). Incompetent management and petty touchy staff. 02.11.2023 a Chinese partner flew from Moscow to Minsk to meet me, after negotiations he took a guest to this hotel and then it started... At the reception they demanded a mark in the passport, they would not settle without it, they say a Chinese citizen is here illegally, we explained that the Chinese partner flew in from Moscow on an international flight, there was no passport control on arrival, the documents were not checked. Then I called dozens of numbers and finally got through to the border control officer on duty, he asked again: "A Chinese citizen? Flew from Moscow?.. What kind of mark do you want from him?" I.e., with all his appearance, he made it clear that no stamps are required in the passport upon arrival. I handed the phone to the girl at the reception, the man repeated the same thing to her, she told him in response, but what about the Presidential Decree of 2017? The man replied, saying that this decree is no longer valid and there is a newer one in 2021, according to which Chinese citizens are exempt from these procedures. The girl naturally did not like that she was poked in ignorance of the current legislation, and she ran to call her boss for fun. Everything was audible. Her words literally: "Well, he (meaning the attendant) said that, in principle, you can not put (meaning a mark)." Agree, there are two big differences in how she distorted the information. As a result of all the conversations, she made it clear that she would love to move in, but her boss is against it and we are standing under the cameras... I don't understand what's what. As a result, we left there, settled into an adequate hotel without any problems, the staff promised help with a refund for the reservation, but the expedition service replied that the hotel refused to do it. Like that. Hypocritical... The boss admitted that the staff works according to the old laws, and the staff is touchy, incorrectly brings information to the management and is not customer-oriented.
