In a couple of days, I clarified when to pay (thereby reminding myself of myself), they replied: "closer to the date." It was "closer to the date" - no reactions. The Date has arrived, 10 a.m. is still quiet. I showed up on my own- zero's reaction. And only after 13:00 on the day of delivery did the guys remember!Naturally, I ordered it from another place (successfully)

I come and choose a bouquet, the flowers are beautiful, they suit. But on the day of delivery, they bring some kind of hat! It feels like everything has been collected and brought! It's not what I ordered at all. And so it's already the second 8th of March!!! I highly recommend not using their delivery service…
I could not have thought that the girl who so kindly placed my order for the "bride's bouquet", while receiving a photo of the desired bouquet, would turn out to be such a non-client-oriented florist. As a result, my fiance arrived with a bouquet that does not look like the one I ordered. And as a result, instead of 200 rubles, the bouquet cost 160 rubles (already suspicious). The boutonniere fell off immediately, never attaching to the jacket. Thanks to my photographer for saying that I will edit and whiten it as much as possible, because unfortunately there was no time to re-order elsewhere… So a professional is not someone who speaks beautifully, but someone who provides a high-quality service or can rehabilitate himself in an extremely short time. Alas, these are not the employees of this store.
