High-quality food, although there is a crush on the buffet at the beginning of the meal, and if you come later, then there is nothing to choose from, you have to eat what is left. The rooms were renovated about 15 years ago, furniture from the noughties, plumbing leaks. Cultural events are held daily. It is bad that excursions from the sanatorium are not organized, this direction is given to the "bombers", who see their role only in taking them to the object, and they do not have guides and guides. There are few cosmetic services. A very small pool - it is impossible to swim, grannies stand in it and "soak", if someone tries to swim, they start to make a row.

Good evening. I want to share my impressions about the Bug sanatorium. My friend and I were here for the first time. And we really liked everything. Friendly people. The service in the dining room is good. The rooms are clean, towels and bed linen were changed twice in 14 days. The territory is very well maintained, there are some flaws, but the female gardeners are trying, always in business. There are many flowers on the territory. I received treatment both in the hydrotherapy and in the medical building. The nurses are always attentive and smiling. I am especially grateful to the masseur Lisyuk zN. N. for her strong hands. I fondly remember the girls from the hydrotherapy, did aquamassage, took baths. I am grateful to the nurse who makes dry carbon dioxide baths, the girls from the physiotherapy room, took magnetic therapy. Special thanks to entrepreneur Vasily, his son Vitaly and their colleague Valentina. They organized excursions for us to the Brest fortress, Brest evening. We rode in comfortable minibuses, to the music. Vasily sang, and we sang along. Everything was very cool. We hope to come to Bug again.

The nature is beautiful, the area around the sanatorium is well-maintained, it is very bad that there is no embankment along the river, I did not like the food, the ordered menu is meager, honey.the staff at the procedures is friendly, the suite is more like an economy room 20 years ago, the shower cabin is mildewed, the shower water was occasionally brown, the halls are well renovated, it is impossible to order procedures upon arrival, because everything is busy, I had to choose from what is, it is upsetting. The equipment for the procedures included in the ticket price is old. The gym is small, the pool is 20 minutes, the size is 2 meters by 2. I'm not coming here anymore.

Accommodation is possible only in the second building. The rest of the corps is a survival and a test. I couldn't even imagine that such a thing exists in the modern world. The food sucks completely, the dishes are not clear and small. The state is between hungry and half-starved. We took a custom menu. The territory is clean and the work on its development is visible. It gets beautiful especially in the evening. But there is still a lot of work ahead. The treatment is excellent, but all good treatments are for a fee. The staff is polite and friendly. Conclusion: do not expect anything good from accommodation and food. The treatment is good for your extra money. A big plus is the development work in all directions. The new director is great. It is interesting to see the result in 5 years.

I chose a sanatorium for a whole year, called, found out, asked. Everything is there, come.
I arrived, as a result, the pool in a day, and then closed, there are a lot of procedures, which pleases, but it is also impossible to pass them for payment, there are no places (and in fact, there is no one to let go), I could not part with the money. Such is the situation.
Feeding and living didn't bother me much, it was not bad. The territory is nice, well maintained.

Cons:
* Too many operating systems. Super-naked, flying everywhere, like at home.
* Problems with drinking water. The sanatorium has several water boilers, in which the water runs out in the evening and no one replenishes it until the morning.
* In non-deluxe rooms, the bathroom is just terrible. The shower is a curtain, a mat on the tile and a hole in the floor.
* Terrible pool. In which children are not allowed.
* There is no elevator in the medical building.
* Do not check in rude staff.
* The ordered meals are modest.
Positive:
+ Beautiful territory;
+ There is a playground;
+ Affordable prices for treatments;
+ Buffet, although it is better not to compare it with Turkish;
+ A beautiful hall and a second building.
Other:
Next door there is a sanatorium "Nadzeya" which has an excellent pool and a zoo. It turns out a little synergy.

We had a rest from August 5 to August 19, 2022. The impression is very contradictory, on the one hand, well-groomed beautiful territory, friendly polite staff. But some "buts" make it safe to say that I will never return here. The air in the room is musty, smells of mold and dampness. And this is provided that both the window and the balcony door were open around the clock. I can't imagine how to live there in winter. There is no shower stall or tray in the bathroom, the water just flows onto the floor, goes into a hole in the floor with a delay. As a result, you stand ankle-deep in water. In the medical building, part of the procedures is on the 4th floor, where you need to climb a narrow slippery staircase.
In general, a three-day vacation.

Beautiful,well-groomed territory of the sanatorium,clean,lots of flowers,photo zones,outdoor discos and much more, a lot of good medical services,of the disadvantages an unequipped dance, housing stock (rooms need to be made up),there is enough food for women but not for men,there is a shop, polite medical staff, I recommend the sanatorium.

Then, apparently, the change of cooks changed and it became both tastier and more comfortable. Clear. The service is different, but there are more friendly people, however, we make a discount on low prices and an average general level. In any case, if you consider that mostly elderly people rest and there are a lot of people, then everything is more or less good. The area is clean. The procedures are normal, the equipment is clean. Alas, there is no large pool, but if the staff monitored the time spent by vacationers in the pool, it would be better. However, everything is more or less normal here. I was pleased with the transfer and excursions - well done! Brest is nearby. A picturesque river too. Swans. Gazebos for barbecue. Everything is cleaned up. It is better to keep silent about toilet paper and "baby soap" - welcome to the USSR - but this can be said about all such holidays. It's nothing. In general, the money that we paid is normal. If it were more expensive, then the demand would be different.
P. S. The wonderful dog lives on the territory. So, good dog therapy is also provided. I hope she will continue to live there.

The staff is very friendly, the food is dietary, varied.
The rooms are clean, complete with linen, which is changed once a week, there are three towels, soap, napkins, toilet paper and a sheet for procedures, a blanket for sunbathing.
There are rooms with and without refrigerators, with TVs. During my stay, there was an active gentrification of the territory.
There are a large number of procedures (included in the price of the tour and additionally paid), but, unfortunately, there are not enough staff or there was a large influx of people, it was not possible to sign up for the desired procedures.
In the absence of a large swimming pool, there is an opportunity to swim in the river, immediately sunbathe on the sun beds.

A bus runs from Brest three times a day, from Zhabinka and Kobrin not every day.

The organization of service for vacationers is at zero: for registration on the day of arrival, four instances had to go through: A nurse (gave the keys), marketing (knocked out the contract and invoice from the computer), the cashier (paid the resort fee and the cost of the voucher, and for a copy of the receipt, which we asked for (invoice) it was necessary in two days Another day to come!!! and finally, the administrator (gave food coupons). There were queues everywhere from 10 to 45 minutes in each place - we were not the only ones)) As a result, almost 2 hours of "registration" Arrived at about 8h (by train) Breakfast can not even be purchased for extra money (moreover, there are simply no buffets, cafes, cookeries nearby) Hungry people were waiting for lunch - interval fasting without prior request was provided to us) At lunch, they offered a duty dish (if you still think that it is impossible to spoil potatoes - visit the BUG))) , a customized menu only two days after arrival + on weekends, too, duty dishes (i.e. out of 10 days paid with their own money, only 6 were able to choose what to eat - how not to remember the pioneer - camp?)) We lived in a suite)))) - it's even scary to imagine that then in other rooms there were carpets from 1982 (a rarity of indeterminate color))), dirty shower trays and toilets, but they heated the bathroom so that the sauna just rests) and this at a temperature outside of 29-32C - you had to run out of the shower quickly so as not to have time sweat again))) A cat screaming every morning at 4.30 under the windows is a separate entertainment for a five-storey building - our appeal to the administrator was answered that it was none of her business and we should go to the nurse on duty (there were two of them for more than 500 vacationers), who apparently should catch it?) All medical equipment (baths, spa capsules, couches - at least ten years old - with traces of rust, chips, etc. During the procedures, the staff is generally friendly and responsive, which would also brighten up the stay in this wonderful place, if not for the possibility of receiving any procedure (even saunas and 1.5m swimming pool) three more instances later, the doctor (a small-speaking, slightly arrogant, generally useless character of the sanatorium) enters the desired procedure into the computer, then in a separate office the Nurse carefully searches for the day and time for this procedure (arrived on Wednesday - got to the desired procedures only on Monday, but we are already back on Friday!) And you also need to go to the cashier! (but we were glad - only there was no queue at this cash register)), everything else also had to be expected. But there was no free time- until you wait for everything, you don't have time to mope) In general, we had a good rest, but we definitely won't go back there for our money anymore)

No one will tell you how to do it correctly and will not check the correctness of this medical (!) procedure. But even the position of the hands plays a key role there. This is a wild minus. Yes, this is a sanatorium, not a 5-star hotel. But to have 1 cooler for 3 buildings (in the July heat) It's too much. Do you guys want to fix the balconies? The balcony grate was wrapped with wire. With a wire, Carl! Room cleaning was done here with enviable regularity. But the bed linen has not been changed for 2 weeks. 1 person lived in a 2-bed room. 2 separate beds. Obviously, you were supposed to sleep in one bed for a week, and then, like Masha from the tale of the three bears, you sleep in another bed on clean linen. Therefore, no one changed the linen on the first bed. Sorry, we are not accustomed to sleeping on dirty. As well as lying on other people's beds. If there are such orders in your country, it is necessary to warn. The food was simple, but always insanely delicious and it didn't have to wait forever. Comrades, saying that the sanatorium organizes excursions is a slander. Sabbatmen are engaged in excursions on their minibuses. And if you are not a Belarusian, then you will be charged 3-4 times more expensive. (The price is determined by eye) Even for an excursion, even for a simple trip to Brest. These people consider Russians to be piggy banks that just need to be shaken up properly. But this is only about minibus drivers. Many Belarusians who stayed at the sanatorium heartily suggested when their unscrupulous fellow citizens tried to deceive us, gave advice and generally made contact easily. What the sanatorium definitely has is a warm atmosphere.

Medical services on a voucher are not very good, there are a lot of things for an additional fee. Leisure leaves much to be desired, there seems to be a lot of things, dancing, sports activities, but without a soul, according to a well-established scheme.

I had a rest from March 9 to March 26, 2022. I really liked almost everything. Good medical facilities, friendly staff, attentive doctor, good customized menu. I was very impressed by nature. Nearby is a forest corner with deer, birds, rabbits, and a river. You don't have to go to the Forest. 10 minutes from the sanatorium is the temple in honor of the icon of the Mother of God the Healer, open every day from 14 to 18.00, on Saturday the Liturgy. Rest for both body and soul. A small minus: the 4th floor without an elevator (who has a sore back and legs hard), and a terrible shower (washed himself and wash the floor!!!)completely unequipped. And I would also like to write about people who offer excursions and a service to bring to the train station. These are ordinary bombs, ripping off money. The prices are just terrible. For 1 hour you need to pay 25 rubles to Brest Fortress, 40 rubles to Belovezhskaya Pushcha, etc. I might not have gone home today, as we agreed to go for 5p a week ago and called up that everything was in force yesterday. Today, a couple of hours before departure, they tell me the amount is already 15p. Therefore, it is better to use the service of real taxi drivers who come from Zhabinka. And these bombs just work without any registration. You can't help but wonder: who allows them to work like this? It's good that I got on the train today. But still, it did not overshadow my vacation in this wonderful place. I recommend to relax in the Bug sanatorium.

We rested in the sanatorium from August 8 to August 19.One of the advantages is a very friendly medical staff at the procedures and a well-groomed territory. Very friendly and tidy maid on the 4th floor of the 3rd building.Otherwise, it is a complete disappointment, especially when checking in, when they stood in line for registration from 8.20 to 12.45, at the reception, for some reason their computers do not work in the morning.Then they began to accept those who came on social trips, but we continued to stand and only closer to 12.00 after the scandal managed to somehow break through to registration.The staff at the reception is rude and unfriendly.The food in the dining room is for 3, the portions have become small, the cheese was given only 1 time, the salads are not tasty.previously, you could come for an afternoon snack, there were rolls on the table and there was milk in teapots, now they only put out rolls for dinner. No one follows the daily routine after 23.00, after dancing, which ends at 23.00, people gather in gazebos, alcohol flows like a river, sing songs, turn on their music, dance in the alley until 0-30, it was impossible to fall asleep, I even had to leave a day earlier so as not to listen to these serenades. We will not come to this sanatorium anymore and we do not advise others.

(co-opus3, 4)I can't imagine how you can live together in such a place. The shower room is one name. The buffet is far from a buffet ((( they put you in a certain place, the dishes are not cleaned. If you do not come to eat at the beginning, then you will be sitting in a pigsty. There are no sweets, fruits are only served on the table.

Meals for four.
There is a huge difference in the living conditions in the buildings.
I was unlucky: 3rd building, 1st floor, torn wallpaper, old plumbing, no shower tray, disgusting drain, in the morning the floor is all in water after an evening shower. Black mold on the bathroom wall. If you do not want to spoil the impression, do not settle in the 3rd and 4th buildings.
The nature is beautiful, the territory is well maintained, excursions are well organized, people are friendly, this is a big plus.
The volume of procedures included in the price of the voucher is very small, it makes no sense to take a voucher with treatment, take it safely without treatment, buy on the spot exactly what you need.
I don't think I want to come to Bug again.

We had a rest in a sanatorium with a friend in September. I liked the rest. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium for their professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness and order in the rooms, for the well-groomed territory, for the excellent catering and excellent quality of dishes.
However, the sanatorium has not established work on the delivery and meeting of vacationers, as well as on conducting excursions to local and nearby attractions.
Therefore, I want to express special thanks to Vasily, who works on the territory of the sanatorium in the lobby of the first building and provides a rich and wide selection of excursions designed specifically for vacationers. He also organizes a transfer with optimal route planning, thanks to which vacationers catch their train or bus on time, if necessary, helps with luggage.
