A delicious breakfast buffet, but the room was very dirty, walked on the carpet- the socks became black, the bed was not cleaned, the closet door was falling off and the toilet seat was hanging on the last nozzle.

A very good hotel, excellent staff, clean everywhere. There is WiFi. The prices are quite reasonable. The only thing is unclear with breakfast. After reading reviews about them, I did not ask, but they did not offer me. But there were no problems. On request, they gave a kettle and the necessary utensils, had a snack in the room, and more seriously - there are a lot of wonderful cafes in Brest, one of them is a Suitcase, very close to the hotel. I will be happy to stay here again.

narrow. It's just inconvenient. It is easier to make a single room with the same bed. And everything else: the room for check-in from 14.00, we arrived at 11.00 and immediately checked in. Everything was ready. There is a luggage room. You can ask for a kettle in the room. For breakfast, they provide sliced meat and cheese, vegetable salads, muesli, porridge (which I won't say I haven't tried), smoked sausages, omelette (we didn't like it), fried eggs. Tea in assortment, coffee. If you are not picky, then everything is within the norm. It is better to look for lunch and dinner in the city. The hotel restaurant is closed.

I had a very good rest. Wonderful and clean. Everything is there. Hair dryer, refrigerator, iron and board in the hallway, shampoo, soap, remote control with batteries, lamps with light bulbs. Don't find fault with anything. Before leaving, I opened the balcony and assessed the temperature outside. I dressed for the weather. The linen is snow-white. Everything is in style. I recommend. Near the train station.

A hotel with a history, but without the present. I hope the future of this hotel will match its history. Currently, this is not a comfortable hotel for a stay of more than one night. There wasn't even a chair in the room to sit and work at the table that was available. There is no private parking. Given the fact that there is a train station nearby, upon arrival, it is very difficult for you to park your car in the immediate vicinity of your place of residence. From the positive: the hotel is clean, the bed linen is clean and not old, the breakfasts are normal, but not outstanding.

I liked only the bed linen and breakfast.
We lived in a 4-bed room. Plumbing is a horror and a shame! The toilet seat is dark yellow, the shelves are swollen with moisture, I confirm that the towels are floor rags. The walls are splattered with something, but they didn't try to wash them, I moved the bed a little, and there's old dust stuck there.

I stayed at the hotel on 12/14.23. Everything corresponds to the description and reviews. The breakfasts are at a very good level, there are bad reviews, but now everything is wonderful: a wonderful hall, everything is delicious and of high quality. Four employees are ready to help and collect the dishes. The rooms correspond to 3⭐️, and the restaurant corresponds to 5⭐️, I recommend it!!!

In general, the hotel is 4+ (well, you could put a shoe spoon in the room, and put at least half a liter of water for two).
A score of 3 is not bad, it is satisfactory.
I was extremely upset by the unfriendly staff, especially at the reception. I'm not talking about a smile, I can live without it. But when I checked in, I heard only 3 phrases:
- hello (in response to my greeting);
- your passports;
- your number is so-and-so.
Everything else had to be extracted in the next 2 days.
They didn't say anything about breakfast either (neither when paying, they could be included in the price, nor when checking in ...). And breakfast is very good: for 15 BYN per person, a buffet.

The Bug Hotel is located near the center and the city park, near the railway station. The staff is polite. The room was booked two days in advance. We were lucky, there was a double room with two rooms and two beds on the ground floor. Breakfast can be ordered upon check-in. The restaurant at the hotel was under renovation. We parked the car at the entrance to the hotel. We stayed for one night from August 18 to 19, 2022, so everything was fine with us

I was in a standard double room. There are no cabinets as such. There's nowhere to put things. I put the bags on the floor. The hallway is not separated from the room. The room is very cramped. The food is expensive. He ate in the canteen of the locomotive depot of the Belarusian railway. Delicious and not expensive. 350 meters from the hotel (available in Yandex maps). The hotel staff is polite. Cleanliness is on the level. But there's a problem with the price tags: if you live alone in a double room, you'll have to pay for two until you get hooked. You see, the hotel does not sell a bed, only a whole room. But as soon as they get hooked, the price tag immediately drops to one bed. Amazing!!! There is no such thing in any RB hotel! In general, the review leaves much to be desired.

The rooms are simpler than the hotel itself, but everything you need is there. There are no slippers, but Brest, like the whole of Belarus, is so charming with its cordiality that you do not pay attention to this little thing. Sovetskaya Street, a very beautiful walking street, is located not far from the hotel. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel, Brest Fortress is about 2 km away. The staff is pleasant, the hotel is clean and tidy.

Nice and clean hotel. They did not enter the Vysotsky Museum. Celebrities who stayed here hang on the walls on the main staircase: from singers to Fidel Castro. There was no air conditioning in the room. I don't know if it's like that in all of them or just in ours, but it could potentially be hot there.

Everything would be fine if it weren't for a habalistic woman who hates everyone just because they came. If she could, she would throw plates at our group of 9 people... The next day, she did not leave the kitchen, the girls promptly replenished the buffet table. I advise you to replace the coffee machine- it's time for yours to go to the landfill. So I don't recommend drinking coffee to anyone. I really liked the paintings and photos in the corridors and on the stairs.

The triple room is without frills, but clean. Very convenient location of the hotel - ten minutes walk from the railway station, five minutes from the bus station. The staff is friendly, open to communication, you can agree on any issue. Mir cards are accepted for payment. The restaurant didn't work, I can't say anything. There is a decent grocery store within walking distance, and a park across the street from the hotel.

The location is very convenient, the train station, the park, Sovetskaya street with restaurants are all nearby. It is better not to take breakfast in the hotel restaurant, it is very monotonous, once a large group had breakfast in front of us, and we did not have enough food, although you pay for breakfast the night before so that they can calculate how much they need to cook /bring. When we asked if more food would be delivered, the waitress angrily mumbled something under her breath and slammed the door with her foot in my face. At the reception, the staff also did not answer my question, turning away and looking away and at each other. No one apologized or explained.
I will not stay in this hotel anymore.
And I don't recommend it to you!
