Overall, the hotel is not bad.
Positive:we cleaned every day and normally, the breakfasts were delicious, we got into a thunderstorm and there was a powerful generator, so we didn't stay without light and food in the morning.
Minuses:all published photos and videos are in the right angle, in fact:there is no playground, a piece on the gravel in front of the entrance to another hotel and next to the cars parked, parking is one name, a dirty place under huge trees in the dark, huge branches were broken during the cold.
The large pool was shown on all the videos on Instagram and the official website-in fact, it's in another hotel, it's decent to go to it, and we didn't get a response from the staff whether we could go there or not, we swam in a tiny one.
Cleaning around the pool is a separate topic-dirty deck chairs were not wiped by anyone (the ground was from a stray dog), even when the hotel guests asked... torn air mattresses were lying under the deck chairs for a week, no one cares either.
The restaurant at the hotel is expensive and tasteless and there are no waiters, the poor don't have time to rush!(although the breakfasts were excellent).
The reception staff doesn't really answer any questions at all-either I don't want to, or I don't really know.
There's a dark street around the hotel, and nowhere to go in the evening.
Water outages, every day at any time.
We were given such a cramped and dark room for three people with a child (there's no need to look in the mirror).But our fellow travelers were given a spacious, bright room by an adult and a child.We checked in together, by the way, the travel agency issued a request for accommodation next to each other in rooms and on the lower floors for half a year and two weeks, to which we were told-there was nothing to buy through the company, we had to go straight.
There are rods, beach towels, bathrobes in the room, and hygiene supplies.

A good, brand-new, sincere hotelier. Polite staff. Delicious breakfasts. Nearby there is a good dining room sail, rolls, pizza, whatever your heart desires.The sea is a minute away. There is a cafe rotatuy near the sea. There are sun beds on the shore, there is enough for everyone. There is a small swimming pool. I want to go back there again.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days from June 17 to 22. The rooms are fresh, well renovated. There were maintenance flaws, but very minor ones. The sea is very close, sun beds and umbrellas, all this is also available by the pool. Even if you consider that it's already the season, there weren't many people at the pool or fast, there was enough for everyone. There are cafes around, there are no restaurants, but it depends on what you want from a vacation, for a quiet family hotel it's the best thing. If you take a walk and hang out, it's not about Tsandripsh. In general, I liked everything 👍🏻
