I was pleasantly surprised already in the waiting room: the staff was more polite and friendly than ever (in 9 years of annual stay). Everything is fast and without pressure. They got into the ward after 15 minutes (meg speed). I was very pleased that now mothers are allowed to go with the child to the manipulation room for catheter placement (it was forbidden before!). The girls suffered and tormented my child for a long time, but none of them showed irritation and aggression, they let the child calm down. In general, all the staff is very helpful.
I really liked the building itself. Intricate layout, rooms with different occupancy rates (1-4 beds), paid rooms with a TV, microwave, refrigerator. Each ward is equipped with a combined bathroom, an oxygen supply system, a bunch of sockets (in the old building there is not one in the ward and only 1 in the corridor for the entire ward of 6 people). The wards for nurses are equipped with the latest technology, and the department has a lot of rooms for functional diagnostics, taking all kinds of tests, an ultrasound room, massage, etc. Finally, the physiotherapy department and the buffet opened. But after that, they left and began to treat the throat, even which had been normal before.
