I put 4, not 5. I'll explain why. If a hotel puts the word Boutique in its name, then naturally guests expect it to match this word. For me personally, this is expressed, among other things, in small things. And the little things - unfinished fire alarm exits with wires sticking out of the ceiling, incomprehensible gnarled plugs in the bathroom for either a holder or a dryer, there was no air freshener in the toilet. This is important, so the general impression is formed from the general details. I hope they will fix it soon. And on the terrace on the 3rd floor there is not enough chillout atmosphere - a hookah to smoke in the evening, lie around, it should be done through the appropriate furniture and pillows, now it feels like you are sitting in a cafe, the atmosphere of a boutique is missing. Otherwise, everything is fine, and the location in the center, and a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the city, and delicious breakfasts and the obligatory staff. I definitely recommend this place when visiting Sukhum!👍

A cozy small hotel with nice spacious rooms. We were with my wife in October 2021. We were lucky, it was warm and we had a delicious varied breakfast outdoors on the terrace of the 3rd floor. Every day they offer to choose the composition of a more than abundant and varied set of dishes. The drawbacks include a power outage at night and a lack of water. The overall impression was not affected. I recommend it, you won't regret it. The WiFi is good. The staff is helpful and attentive. Clean and pleasant. Thanks to them!

we were in Abkhazia for the first time. We are from St. Petersburg. Unfortunately, the country is battered by the war, and therefore, in the capital (Sukhum) you can see completely abandoned buildings and beautiful new buildings. We chose this hotel on booking and did not regret it: 4 meter ceilings (on our floor), a nice spacious room, balcony, air conditioning. it's all good. breakfast is normal on the terrace - balcony on the top floor.
Everyone goes to the beach to another place - 2-3 km from the city (ask at the reception). a taxi cost 150 rubles to the beach in 2021.
in fact, this is the city center, near the former government building. there is a square nearby. The promenade is a 10-minute walk away. We didn't like the nearest city beach.

Unfortunately, the rest was ruined because on the day of our arrival in the city of Sukhum, the water supply was turned off in several districts and it so happened that there was no spare water supply left in the hotel. We were not informed about this and we just waited for the water to turn on. There were no problems upon arrival, a little later after the occurrence of this situation, the behavior of the hotel staff upset us, we were not provided with any help / possibility of reimbursement of the cost of accommodation, in the middle of the night we had to urgently move to another hotel, because it was impossible even to go to the bathroom.
The room itself was very beautiful and cozy, with access to a small balcony, with a closed view of the wall. Of the cons, there was only a strange smell in the bathroom. In general, we were just unlucky, but we would like more loyalty from the staff in such emergency situations.

Great hotel. The breakfasts are great. If they were still fed dinner, it would be great. I definitely recommend it. If it wasn't for the power outage from 3 to 5 in the morning, then it would be fine. But the hotel is not to blame. You will not regret coming.

I got a room with a view of the car wash and the destroyed building. A great team, cleanliness everywhere. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. But in our opinion, the biggest plus is the breakfast on the roof, it's just gorgeous, I'd like to add sparkling wine. Although it wasn't difficult for us to buy it ourselves. We recommend it.

It is located in the center. To the sea on foot with a child is a 7-minute walk, with pauses in the photo))) I won't say about the kitchen, they ordered mostly coffee for breakfast. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace of the 3rd floor. Polite staff, room cleaning, changing towels, took new ones to the beach every day... a solid 5%.
