We had a vacation with my husband at the end of August 2022. The room is great, everything you need is there. Clean, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is helpful, always prompt and helpful. Our car is parked in front of the hotel. I recommend this hotel!

It's a good hotel for Sukhum. The location is good - within walking distance of the embankment, park, museum, botanical garden. Our room was on the "ground" floor. The ceiling height was impressive - about 4-5 meters, on the second floor there is already a standard ceiling height in the rooms. The room itself is generally not bad, but with nuances (a hole on the sofa, traces of a handle on an armchair, a wardrobe door that does not close tightly). We had a view of the roof of the car wash and a little higher on the greenery of the park, but we were warned about possible noise from the car wash, it did not bother us, since we returned to the room only in the evening.
The Wi-fi is excellent.
Since the lights are turned off in the city every 4 hours, the hotel has a generator, so there was light, but the sockets did not work.
For breakfast: every evening it was necessary to mark in the proposed menu list what you would like for breakfast. Breakfast is served on the terrace at the top in the fresh air. The view from the terrace is wonderful.

I liked the hotel, everything is clean and modern. Delicious breakfasts, their menu does not change, but you can alternate, there is a choice. The hotel is very well located, near the arboretum, the sea is a 10-minute walk away. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment, it is completely safe. If it works out, we will definitely come again.

During the vacation we were in Abkhazia in three hotels in different cities, it was the best.
Excellent location, interior, staff and breakfasts.
The only negative in our room was very dim and there were no sockets by the bed to charge the phone.
By location, note that the beach is far away. This hotel is just for walking and enjoying the city.

Nice hotel, in the center of Sukhum. Breakfast is included in the price, you need to choose every day from the menu that is given at the reception. Five minutes walk to the embankment, if it is to the beach, then 10-15 minutes. There were no problems with parking in June, there were always places near the hotel. The room is like in the photo, there were stains on the sofa and scuffs on the walls. Cleaning the room consisted of throwing out garbage, I didn't notice anything else.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for the warm welcome. We had a vacation with my aunt in October, everything went great! Breakfasts with fresh vegetables and homemade cheeses are a fairy tale. A separate bow to the girls for strong coffee and thin pancakes!
I recommend this place. And in the morning they will feed you, and in the evening they will help you out with sugar cubes for tea.

Perhaps the best place to base in Sukhum.
A tiny, (at the time of stay — less than 10 rooms), hotel in the very center of the city, absolutely unprepossessing, but behaving very decently. ))
Five minutes to any tourist attraction in the city.
To the central bazaar — a leisurely stroll — 10, well, edge, — 15 minutes.
It is 5 minutes to the embankment, if you crawl like a plast.))
Excellent cafe "Bistro" — 3 minutes.
Brekhalovka, the restaurant "Medovik", the cafe "Nartaa", the tavern "Chait" and the confectionery Penguin on the embankment with wonderful delicious pastries and coffee — a little more, 5-10 minutes maximum.
Excellent breakfasts, acceptable European interior of the room, (unlike all the rental rooms, rooms and "apartments" there, God forgive me.
Just a piece of a good 4+++ star hotel in the middle of a fragment of the empire, eaten by endemic termites.
I would say a hotel, practically, of the level of the Grecotel network, if anyone is in the subject. Only very small. ))

I strongly disagree. A 3-star hotel? Is the 4.9 rating here? Well, don't make me laugh.
Why doesn't anyone write that the hotel is located above the car wash?! I do not recommend living here. In general, the hotel is not bad, clean, the repair is neat, pleasant. But the breakfasts are extremely boring and mediocre. The terrace, which was praised by many here, was not at all impressed.
If you decide to stay here, get ready that in the morning you will be woken up not by the singing of birds but by the terrible sound of this one..no car wash.
The vacation was ruined, living above a car wash for that kind of money, guys, it's a tin

In my opinion, the best that can be found in Sukhum for reasonable money. Convenient location. You can walk to any interesting place. Clean drinking water directly from the tap. Rotavirus is out of the question. Regular room cleaning. Good sound insulation. Among the disadvantages are periodic power outages and monotonous breakfasts. But this did not spoil the impression at all
