I was twice disappointed by BON around Pakhtakor metro station. One is about food, one is about salad. That's what happened when I took the worst with me. I was very uncomfortable in front of my guests. I threw the salad into a garbage bucket.

Chicken soup on the menu, it turned out to be mashed soup, this must be indicated on the menu or discussed with the waiter when ordering.
My husband and I do not eat mashed soups, we refused these positions - the administrator removed them from the account (but the staff first said that they had photos of dishes on Instagram, after they also said about the qr code in the menu with photos of dishes). But this cooking method must be indicated in the menu, we order from the menu, not from the Instagram page.
Caesar salad with an unusual serving, there is a lot of chicken in the salad.
They left hungry, went in for lunch (to eat soup), but after 15 minutes of waiting they brought mashed potatoes. There is no desire to return to this place.

I'm trying to get through by the delivery number on the package, by the number from Google, there are no calls anywhere. The service is just super. No apologies, no attempts to understand the situation. Yandex unsubscribed that they would return the money and give some kind of promo code.
If you want to spoil your day, order breakfast with delivery from Yandex in Bon, I won't say otherwise.

The food in bon is of high quality. Their staff changes frequently. When I was at the navai branch, the waiters were probably newbies, and that's it. They couldn't get through the order, they forgot some items, they didn't clear the table at all. And one more significant disadvantage, it was very hot and stuffy there.
