This is a vey nice, clean, and cozy place to relax and enjoy your coffee. The waiters are always there around to help you with anything that you are in need of. Also, the French music is what makes this place so special. All in all, Bon is my favorite coffee spot in Uzbekistan.

A very nice guy named Artyom works here. The food in Bon is always delicious, regardless of the branch.
It's also very atmospheric and beautiful here.
The disadvantage of the establishment: very poor and slow service. It is simply impossible to wait for the waiter, we were able to reach him in ten minutes. We sat for an hour and a half, and during that time a lot of dishes and garbage accumulated, and no one cleaned the table the whole time.
And there is also a huge disadvantage – it wasn't Artyom who served us.

We've been here for coffee with our family many times, and each time there's less desire.
First, when I ordered a flat White to take away (and more than once) They gave me coffee with milk, but not flat white, and that's all I get in almost all cafes, and I have an idea what it should look like and taste like.
Secondly, I won't say about all the waiters, but when placing an order at the checkout, I came across a girl who spoke frankly to "fuck off", although I am always very polite and do not give a reason to communicate with me in this way.
Thirdly, the desserts are delicious, but as for croissants, especially with chicken, ham, etc., they are very dry, the sauce was spared there from the word "absolutely". At least the few times I took them were terrible.
I do not recommend this place to visit, if you want to drink delicious coffee and eat a fresh croissant, then you definitely are not here.

It has become a rather dubious institution. The service is disgusting. We waited 10 minutes for the table to be cleared for us, but we did not wait. It will also not work to write off the employment of the staff, because several employees just stood and talked, ignoring the repeated requests of the cashier to remove the table. It is sad that they have rolled down to such a level.
I would like to note the positive work of the institution's administration. 01.12 we were in the same place and the situation has changed radically. The service is excellent!

We were here for breakfast with my wife. The download was almost complete. I think this is due to the fact that the order was waited for more than half an hour. I do not lower my rating for this, because the waiter was very courteous, apologized for the long wait. And all we ordered was oatmeal porridge with fruits and a classic Bon breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, lettuce leaves, beans). The latte coffee was very tasty.

Fresh, delicious, which was also not often found in other places. The waiter boy had to wait a long time to remind him of himself, but he was polite and it was obvious that he was just tearing up and running around the hall. The landing was complete.
It was very hot and stuffy in the hall.

But there's something wrong with desserts - it's always too sweet, too bland, or too simple. It seems that desserts are just not their thing. And the pastries are good)

The food is tasteless and not of high quality. I took an omelet several times - it's not edible, it has nothing to do with an omelet. All salads contain greens that are not the first freshness, so stale that it is already visible. They do not know how to work on delivery - they ordered breakfast, so some of the ingredients that were indicated in the dish were stupidly not brought. It was the same with smoothies with avocado - they took it inside the establishment, but they ran out of ingredients and made smoothies without avocado without warning. And so they try to deceive the buyer in everything. They'll slip something stale in there, they won't report it here. I am very glad that there were many competitors nearby who did not observe this. We will not carry our money to Bon anymore.
