This is a vey nice, clean, and cozy place to relax and enjoy your coffee. The waiters are always there around to help you with anything that you are in need of. Also, the French music is what makes this place so special. All in all, Bon is my favorite coffee spot in Uzbekistan.

Very nice view from mezzanine floor. Very bright and beautiful design. Perfect place for quick snack and breakfast, same as lunch and dinner.

The food is tasteless and not of high quality. I took an omelet several times - it's not edible, it has nothing to do with an omelet. All salads contain greens that are not the first freshness, so stale that it is already visible. They do not know how to work on delivery - they ordered breakfast, so some of the ingredients that were indicated in the dish were stupidly not brought. It was the same with smoothies with avocado - they took it inside the establishment, but they ran out of ingredients and made smoothies without avocado without warning. And so they try to deceive the buyer in everything. They'll slip something stale in there, they won't report it here. I am very glad that there were many competitors nearby who did not observe this. We will not carry our money to Bon anymore.

Our most favorite place!!! We now have a tradition of coming here every week at least! Very cozy, very tasty! The staff is very pleasant and polite! We are always ready to help, to suggest! It has become a rather dubious institution. The service is disgusting. We waited 10 minutes for the table to be cleared for us, but we did not wait. It will also not work to write off the employment of the staff, because several employees just stood and talked, ignoring the repeated requests of the cashier to remove the table. It is sad that they have rolled down to such a level.
I would like to note the positive work of the institution's administration. 01.12 we were in the same place and the situation has changed radically. The service is excellent!

A little ambiguous impressions, but I still liked it) I visited the network for the first time: cappuccino for 4+ (and this is great for Tashkent!), a croissant was prepared special for me, because it was over, but we went to a meeting in the kitchen. Fresh, delicious, which was also not often found in other places. The waiter boy had to wait a long time to remind him of himself, but he was polite and it was obvious that he was just tearing up and running around the hall. The landing was complete.
It was very hot and stuffy in the hall.
I will come again and not once :)

So far, the best branch we've been to is fast, polite, and pleasant. They make good coffee, and they even have a bumble on fresh. Delicious breakfasts with an adequate price tag.
But there's something wrong with desserts - it's always too sweet, too bland, or too simple. It seems that desserts are just not their thing. And the pastries are good)

I am very dissatisfied with the current service of this particular branch.
2 out of 3 orders were delivered incorrectly with a delay.
The waiters took our chairs when we went out to meet a friend for 2 minutes.
When the order was redone, tea with lemon was brought without adding sugar at all.
There were 5 requests and comments. I wish the waiters a higher level of professionalism.
However, the place and the atmosphere are good, the desserts are delicious! I like this network, but I will not come to this branch!

- classic omelet: not salty, slightly greasy.
- pancakes with chicken: one large pancake was served. The pancake itself is no, bland, without salt and sugar. Inside, the filling is normal, not dry: chicken, cheese and sauce.
- caesar is not Caesar at all, this is the vision of Bon chefs, so it is served here (with olives, chicken on a loaf and salad mix), it tastes strange.
In general, I did not like the breakfast, it still makes me feel bad.

Every time I go for a run to Tashkent City Park, I come here, it's well equipped inside.
