My favorite coffee shop in this beautiful residential complex. It is difficult to find good coffee in Uzbekistan. The only thing that makes me a little sad is that lattes/rafs usually always bring a little warm. The desserts are fabulous, especially the royal chocolate cake! The prices are above average, but the service is good, unfortunately, not in the whole network.

The waiters were crowding behind the counter, no one came up, did not take the order. After 20 minutes, I went to the cashier and made an order at the cashier, clarified to the cashier what I was eating here, to which I was answered, sit down, we will bring you a menu and order from the waiter.
I refused, because I've been sitting for 20 minutes and no one comes up. Ordered at the checkout
It would be better to pay immediately…
I ate, asked for the bill, the bill was brought quickly, again I'm waiting for the money to be taken and the change will be given, I didn't wait, I went to stand in line at the checkout and pay at the checkout
There was a feeling that if I got up and left without paying, no one would notice

The service leaves much to be desired. We chose a cake, asked them to put it on us, to which we were told: "sit down, the waiter will take the order." They sat for 10 minutes, no one came up until they went to get them. We ordered tea (regular) in addition to a piece of cake. We waited for about 15 more minutes. Is it so difficult to cut a cake and make tea? I'm afraid to imagine how things are with their main dishes in time. After eating, we sat for about half an hour, all this time dirty dishes and used napkins were still on the table, no one itched to clean it all up. All the staff is piling up at the bar. I saw, before me, many people wrote about it too. Why is none of the higher-ups watching this?
