I would like to express my deep gratitude to the surgeon Dovgailo Andrey Ivanovich, who operated on me for his professionalism, tact, and attentive attitude to patients. I am very happy with the result of the treatment, the pain is gone, I can lead a normal lifestyle.

После двойного перелома со смещением лежала на 5 этаже в 3 травматологическом отделении. В палате был ремонт, туалет, раковина. Начался ремонт остальных палат и части коридора. Хочу сказать спасибо Ладоге Алексею Александровичу за его индивидуальный подход, человечность, внимательность и проф навыки. Другие не решались делать операцию, но мои доводы его решительность и профессионализм способствовали хорошему исходу . Отдельное спасибо санитарочкам! Т.к. лежачач больная - это очень не просто! А они с улыбкой, по первому зову приходили на помощь! Вы- умницы!

Персонал хороший, зависит от отделения , где находишься. Самый большой минус это еда. Особенно в выходные. Караул. Спасает , что рядом магазин, метров 700 находится минирынок. На первом этаже есть буфет и автомат с кофе.

Лежал в травматологии на 5 этаже, персонал в целом не плохой, но так как ремонта давно не было выглядит всё печально. В добавок ко всему - тараканы, они всюду, днём пешком ходят, а про ночь я вообще молчу. Люди с других этажей говорят, что у них тараканов нет, возможно из-за ремонта. А так всё как в бесплатной медицине, что от неё ожидать.

Хотела сказать отдельное спасибо Демещику Олегу Александровичу за то, что провели моей маме самую лучшую операцию. Я помню как моя мама тянула ногу за собой и как ей было больно. Но заведующий нейрохирургии сам лично прооперировал мою маму Алину Чеславовну и что она через пару часов сама встала и начала передвигаться это был ШОК.

1 звездочка персоналу который доставлял передачи в отделение. К сожалению не могу больше ничего хорошего написать ни об одном из отделений.
В гинекологии , персонал отвратительно отнесся к одной из своих пациентов. Довели до нервного срыва и депрессии. Человек был выписан в ужасном , подавленном состоянии от отношения медицинского персонала . Никакого сострадания, доброты, чуткости, отзывчивости, заботы и внимательности! Ни культуры речи ни чувства такта у персонала нет и видимо о понятиях "врачебная тайна" и "гуманность" они тоже не имеют ни малейшего понятия. Всё отделение персонал ,а так же пациенты из других палат, знали о состоянии и ситуации в данном случае и в придачу ко всему не стесняясь, персонал , высказывали своё мнение в лицо, осуждали и унижали пациентку.

Огромное спасибо всему персоналу реанимации и отделения токсикологию. Моя пожилая мама Осипова Е. П. находилась в этих отделениях с 17 апреля. Весь персонал оказывал помощь, относился чутко и профессионально. Особо хочу отметить медсестру токсикологтческого отделения Бернатович Алесю. Это добрейший чуткий замечательный человек!
