Hello. 09/23/2020 I came to transfer the transfer to the patient, but due to the COVID situation in the hospital, transfers are carried out through nurses from 12 00 to 14 00.Turning to the Nurse (Frantsevna) with the question: where to put the transfer!? I heard a boorish voice in response :Are you in a hurry somewhere!? But besides that, the return that was warned about + I wrote on paper and did not wait.... In addition to all this, the women who transferred the transfer for the first time had to be advised on how to receive a refund, since our Nurses were tired and decided that they could take it out on Relatives!! I ask you to consider my complaint and give Frantsevna a vacation.

The second time I came across when my son-in-law, a young man, was writhing with pain in the kidney area, with a fever, an ambulance took him to the BSMP, the diagnosis was not correct, the specialist who did the ultrasound did not see anything, as a result, for formality, the therapist diagnosed acute respiratory infections, with kidney pain and we were sent home again.Lawlessness, incompetence of doctors. A few hours later, the regional hospital was diagnosed with kidney carbuncle. I don't even want to put one BSMP star.

You can really die in the waiting room. An hour and a half or two to wait for the initial examination if you are conscious. There are never any parking spaces. You can't get anything out of the nurses unless you give them a hand. In the ward, everyone is walking on stretchers, so when they wipe the dust on the bedside table, they specially push the call button away and turn it away so that they definitely can't get it. At night, the temperature is below 40, you ask for a thermometer from the guard, - why do you need a thermometer, in the morning you will measure it if you live. The cloakroom attendant is generally the most important one. He is sitting with a white man choking, and with a cleaner he is sharpening his mistakes, but he cannot give away his things, he is also rude, he had to return for his things separately later. In short, no one wants to do anything, but behave as if you owe them to the grave.
