I rarely write reviews, but I can't contain my anger here. We went to have a snack after visiting the mosque, there were a lot of people, there were almost no places, we thought it was a good place. We took ayran in glasses, samsa, salad and chicken kebab. After a couple of hours, they felt unwell, tingling in the body, deterioration, and then everything else: diarrhea, vomiting, fever, terrible fever all night. As a result, we stayed in the room for a day and a half, we are glad that we were alive. We're thinking either ayran or chicken, but most likely ayran. It was the only meal of the day, so there are no other options. Impressions of Samarkand are completely ruined. DON't eat here for ANYTHING!
Flies are flying everywhere in the rooms. Dirt! - the fat minus of this place, everything is covered in fat and crumbs. Food 6/10. The bill was not brought to us, we had to go to the exit ourselves and count. The manager wanted to cheat by increasing the price from 150,000 to 179,000 soums per server. I don't recommend this place.
It's a good place, the portions are average, the check for such an institution is high, the barbecue is delicious. I do not recommend visiting the squeamish and impressionable 😅
Kebabs for 5 points, mutton and beef melts in your mouth! Samsa is generally the best in my life. Everything is very inexpensive, it's not for nothing that almost only locals eat there! To find a place, ask anyone in the market
I came here with a local, they didn't charge anything for the service, the samsa is awesome, delicious tea. The interior is quite clean and tidy.
It's just fine for such a location
Great cuisine! Well, I don't like the service a little bit. The waiters don't know their business. Well, shish kebabs are very tasty, I like especially lumpy and ground shish kebabs, and chicken is a little dry.
Great place! There are almost no tourists, mostly locals. It's very tasty, I especially recommend the liver kebab, I've never eaten such a delicious liver in my life! Please note that the cafe has moved 50 meters, as if behind a mosque, the old location is on the maps. Look for it, you won't regret it!
I do not recommend this institution!
The order was accepted by a little boy, either he speaks Russian poorly, or he is inattentive, but he ignored half of our order and it simply was not brought to us. We ate what they still cooked for us, we sit, wait for the rest, but nothing else is being prepared, the chefs don't even know that we ordered it, we approach the waiters, we clarify when the order will be, and they: "Yes, yes, soon, it's being prepared." 🤦♀️ Even the drinks were right from the third time. We ordered a large coke, the boy brings a small fanta. We clarify once again that we ordered a large coke, the boy brings a large fanta 🤷♀️ On the third attempt, it finally worked out correctly.
As for the food, my friends and I ordered separately, but in the end they brought us everything together on one tray, we sat for half an hour figuring out what was what, since the whole kebab looks the same. The portions themselves are scanty, there is nothing to eat, but the prices are quite high.
In general, they left without eating enough. But they did not forget to include the money for the service in the bill. Although what kind of service can we talk about if we haven't even been fed?!
As a result, they only paid for the food, they refused to pay for the service.
Cafes for locals, it is difficult to meet tourists there) Incredibly delicious barbecue for every taste! Because the cafe is not a tourist, the prices are minimal: for 140t. for two people, 6 skewers of shish kebab, 2 skewers of fried vegetables, salad, very tasty pickled onions, a large flatbread and green tea were eaten. Such a lunch is enough to fill up to the brim) Before that, they took a little less, it turned out 86t. sum
is highly recommended. The owners are rahmat!💛
Correction: the cafe is located in the house across the street, at Bibihanum 50.
It's a good place. There are kebabs, somsa, pilaf. The barbecue was good, but it was a bit harsh. The ground is good. We were satisfied with the place. We will come again
Do you want the most delicious kebab, kebab, shakarob, this is here. Nearby is the largest Siab bazaar in Samarkand. Just two in one . And buy what you want (and there's everything here) and don't be hungry!
Delicious. The most delicious kebabs that I ate in Samarkand. And of course, a gorgeous view of the Bibi Khanum complex if you sit outside. There is no point in sitting inside) keep in mind that the service will be a plus to the price, somewhere 10-15%.
Very, very tasty kebabs! The staff is very polite, the prices are affordable)

If you want to lose your health, then you are here.
The food smells like a charcoal burner.
And tortillas and kebabs - everything is saturated with the pungent smell of liquid paraffin and plastic.
If you value your life, refrain from buying food at this restaurant.
I explain what the problem is: coal burns very badly, it takes a long time to "gain heat", unlike birch charcoal.
These would-be cooks have a long barbecue in which a barbecue is fried, a tortilla is heated on the grill. Coals for frying are being prepared nearby, abundantly watered with ignition. Because the coal takes a long time to gain heat, the ignition does not burn out, but evaporates, I poison all the food nearby on the grill.
The right cooks cook the coals in one place and then bring them to the grill.
The place is for locals, there are almost no tourists. An incomparable barbecue. It's a great place if you're not picky about the interior and want authenticity. I highly recommend it. Prices for August 2022 are 15,000 for meat and vegetable kebabs. Beer is also sold

The interior of the place is cool. And the concept itself is interesting: you choose a kebab on a skewer and they fry it for you. The prices for a skewer are 16,000 soums (4,000 soums cheaper than in the Labi G'or cafe).
BUT!!!
Both the kebabs and the flatbread were given off with paraffin. Either they pour liquid over the coals waiting for the ignition, without removing the barbecue from the coals, or they fry, adding new unburned coals and their smell permeates the food.
Terrible aftertaste and aftertaste.
And as in many cafes in Samarkand, at the stage of paying the bill, they try to raise prices other than what was mentioned at the entrance.
The locals really praise this cafe, and tourists have not been noticed for two visits to this cafe. It is located behind the Siab market, on the back side of the Bibi Khanum Mosque. There is a barbecue. Samsa, I liked it very much the first time, the second time I came across a lot of fat in the meat. We also took stew, obviously not our dish, maybe someone likes it, so I won't scold.
We didn't understand the rave reviews. The place is so-so. The kebab is rubber, solid veins. The tea was brought green, so it's not tea, we waited half an hour, it never brewed. We looked into the kettle, there are three unfortunate leaves floating there. 1 stick of tomato kebab 10000 soums) I do not recommend visiting.
