We were in February 2024, the first impressions after the vacation were excellent and if I had written a review right away, I would definitely have given 5 stars. We have winter and here you plunge into summer)). Immediately upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted, our things were brought into the waiting room, and we were invited to lunch. I can't say anything bad about the food, everything is delicious, but it's very monotonous, I can't help but note this, it's a minus, almost the same thing every day, fried chicken, stewed fish (sea tongue), stewed beef, a lot of side dishes, apple juice, orange, pineapple (in bars, too, only this one), fruits are melon , orange and apple, a lot of sweets, yoghurts, muesli are very tasty, there has never been enough food, despite the large number of guests, beer of two, sometimes three types, dry red and white wine, there is still strong alcohol in bars. We tried everything, cocktails and beer, everything was of normal quality, no one was feeling bad. There are a lot of Russians, probably 80 percent, mostly over 40)), a lot of couples with children and pensioners. The mosque is nearby and every day at 5.30 you will definitely wake up to very loud prayer songs. The sea- we swam, it was warm enough in mid-February, but again there is, but it is low tide, there is no sea in the morning, the water goes very much to the buoys, after lunch it comes, at this time you can collect shells, there are a lot of them. The animation was great for us. With small children, of course, it will seem like nothing, we had a 7-year-old child with us, we really liked it, Rana and Vitalik, waited for bochu every day and even ordered this game home)), in the morning darts, there are gymnastics and aqua aerobics, after 15, a game of bochu, beach volleyball, archery Luca. In the evening, some kind of show and disco. Separately, I would like to say about the guide, Vitalina's girlfriend, she was absolutely nothing, aimed only at excursions and if you say no, then the conversation is over)), she did not leave bad emotions, therefore I say that no. The rooms are clean, I have read reviews and many write old, terrible, I disagree, not new, but it is quite normal, cleaning every day, changing bed linen and towels too, we refused several times even. The staff is very hospitable, there are many Russian speakers. There are shops nearby, prices are low. Just walk and cross the highway, there is no public transport nearby. The result is a quiet place (if you do not notice the mosque), there are no drunks and everything is included, including alcohol, for a relatively low cost.

What can we say, and we can do a lot:
1. The first impression is not the best- old rooms, old filling, charging is not even ours, adapters are needed, call the reception, they will bring you all the old adapters, well, at least they work
2. The food is the same every day, the breakfasts are clear- then there is more monotony, get used to it if you are not greedy settlers)))
3. Sooooo far from Dubai, yesterday we arrived from the center, taxi 750 dirhams, more than 18,000rubles!!!!! Yes, I did not pay anywhere, they threw me in one word. We checked with the guide later - and it's true.
4. The sea nearby is a huge plus, right next to the hotel, but!!!! A red flag- do not approach, this is the norm, they monitor this very harshly, and it is correct.
5. They gave a room in front of the parking lot, next to a huge mosque and chanting 5 times a day, even at night at 5 am!!!!
6. Next to the mosque there are 2 nightclubs, and drunks are constantly around!
7. After a week of living, I can say for sure that the place is pleasant, go and you will not regret it.

I really liked this hotel. We were in early June. For the price -budget ! Snow-white towels were changed every day. The room stock is a bit outdated, but everything is clean and everything works. The food is very decent. There are always three types of hot - fish, chicken, beef. There are many different side dishes and salads. There were watermelons, melons, and fruit salad for almost every meal. We drank white, red wine, beer. There was also strong alcohol. The sea is not just warm - it's hot)) For social networks, the Internet worked fine, but the calls did not go through. I recommend this hotel, it's worth the money. The main thing is not to pay attention to compatriots, sometimes it was a shame for them. In general , the rest was a success . The sea, the sand, the tides and the sun - it was all beautiful!

Rest from May 27 to June 5, 2024. The impressions were immediately spoiled by a long wait for a room to check in and outright extortion of money, ostensibly to get a more comfortable room. Two young ladies at the reception are especially actively engaged in this - Ishadora and Tatimina, the latter speaks Russian. When they refused to give us $ 100 for the room, they settled us in room 208 on the second floor, there is complete unsanitary conditions and everything is soaked with mold. I had an attack of mold allergy. Only after that, the room was changed to a quite decent one, 304. Many tourists later told that they paid $ 100 extra per room to these young ladies so that the room was either for smokers, or vice versa for non-smokers, or improved. The food is quite acceptable, without frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The restaurant itself is more like a canteen in the Zavodsky district. The restaurant service guys work very well, which cannot be said about the work of the young lady who "runs" the coffee machine at the bar - she barely moves))) constantly collecting a queue. The drinks are all of good quality. Having "all inclusive", there is no possibility to have a snack, except for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can only drink))) The pool bar and the beach also enjoyed the service. I liked the beach. Equipped with a shower, comfortable sun beds, large towels. Everything is very clean in the hygiene areas. I really liked the fitness room. The territory is small, but well maintained, animation for children, adults are bored in the evening. Those who do not know how to swim can be taught in the pool). In general, after the negative with the check-in, everything was smooth until the last day, and on the last day at 12.00 the eviction and immediately cut off the bracelets, this is so that at 12.30 those leaving could not go to lunch. At 13.15, the hungry left and the impressions of the rest completely deteriorated.

The rooms are standard, tired, there is mold and falling off tiles in the room, cleaning every day, a cot for a child in the form of a sofa was broken and it was never changed, the service staff barely counts to 3 with towels. From entertainment, aborigines and taxi drivers who listened to loud music under the window, as well as the bar, however, did not I want to go in if you don't smoke- the smoke is a column, you can hang an axe. Of the advantages of the sea and the cheapness of the hotel, there is nothing to do with children, only excursions and the sea, outlets and a fish market. Beach bar with soft drinks. With food, too, everything is super! There was always a choice, if something ended after a few minutes they brought it. Alcohol, though local, is of high quality. The animation is quite decent, there is something new every evening. But it ended around 22.00.... The staff always tried to make it comfortable. The food is great, everyone has enough. If something is over, fresh is immediately brought. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed constantly. The hair dryer stopped working, said at the reception, it was fixed in 10 minutes. The staff is friendly! The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops. I will say separately for the animators, they work out their salary 100%! Well done guys! There will be an opportunity, we will return to this hotel again!

3) they asked to prepare lunch boxes before a long tour. The employee forgot to hand it over on shift, the next day they were left without lunch
4) we left for another excursion early in the morning. They asked me to prepare lunch boxes. We received a reply that lunch boxes are not being prepared instead of breakfast, and "you can pick them up at 12 p.m." (departure for the tour was planned at 6:30 a.m.)
When asked how we would do this, we received the answer: "You should wait for the breakfast opening and eat. Driver will wait). The argument that the driver should pick up a lot of people from different hotels had no effect
5) In addition to the disgusting attitude of the front desk, the hotel itself is very "tired". A crackling air conditioner, a shabby bathroom, hard mattresses (personally, it doesn't bother me to sleep, but it can be a problem). During the rain, the window leaked at night, the wind whistled strongly
6) A small beach, the sea is very far and shallow, you can walk to the buoys (perhaps due to the season, we were in early May)
Bottom line: initially we understood that this was not Dubai, and there were no special expectations. But even so, the emotions from the hotel are sharply negative. The impression of the holiday was spoiled, only constant excursions saved, which helped not to see it all and not to run into constant shoals of staff. It is better to eat kebabs on May holidays, or save money for something normal. There is nothing for 4 stars here, a maximum of 1.5-2
