I am writing a review while staying at the hotel. Today is October 17th, 2024.
So I'll start with the 5 stars that I set. Objectively, the hotel is 4, and there are 4 stars, but let's make it five.
One of the big advantages is the low cost - but everything is included. Indeed, there is food, drinks, even some kind of afternoon snack in the form of nuggets! There are bars at the pool and beach. They pour as much as they want.
You can smoke everywhere.
The food is completely indistinguishable, but quite tasty.
Don't wait for a choice like in Egypt or Turkey. No.
For drinks, please, wine, beer, all kinds of cocktails with local gins and tonics.
Now the cons
Objectively, very scary numbers... I had a row and they gave us a fresher one - but my husband didn't like the tiles on the floor, the carpet in the old rooms, lamps from the 80s, and the furniture is the same. We are not picky. Really. But I was a little nervous. Therefore. Don't expect it! We only sleep in the rooms anyway. And the rest of the hotel is surprisingly very beautiful and modern.
Generally. For your money - great! If you are not a super-duper major, but then you will not look at this hotel. Feel free to come! But without expectations) And everything will be OK!

The territory of the hotel is small, but this does not spoil it, many rooms were renovated in 2023-24. There are no balconies, windows in most rooms do not open, and therefore there is a lot of humidity in the rooms. We had a rest on November 24, the beach was under repair and organized a transfer to another hotel of their own network, we were warned about it a week before departure, although the hotel was chosen because of the accessibility to the sea - 50 meters from the hotel. The food is decent but monotonous, very monotonous. You can only drink beer and a couple of cocktails from alcohol. The room stock is very tired. What pleased me is cleaning every day, you don't even need to ask! Towels were also changed as needed, beach towels are given out. The devices need an adapter from a European outlet. The regular hair dryer is disgusting, it heats up in 5 seconds and turns on after a couple of minutes. The price tag in local shopping malls is higher than in Russia, so there is no reason to buy something. Well, in general, if you only need a warm sea and the rest is not very important, then everything is fine.

Great hotel. Rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor have been renovated. Cleaning every day..the territory is large, though..but everything is there - pools.. bars..the animation is great...Nice and big beach. The entrance to the sea is excellent, the water is clean. The tides are insignificant. Foxes live on the territory. The staff is attentive. The food is normal (meat of 4 types, fruits, vegetables, side dishes, natural juice, high-quality alcohol, beer in cans...good coffee...)

The pool was a bit chilly, only Russians swam in it. The food is very good, as well as drinks, alcohol is not bad. To the left of the hotel there is an alcohol market, the cheapest in the Emirates. Good animation. You can walk to the nearest shops or go shopping in the city. There are Russian-speaking staff, but mostly communication is in English. The rooms are cleaned daily. We were satisfied.

The hotel is falling downhill. I've been in it 7 times. Now it's a rotten Egyptian three-piece. The rooms are really rotten, mold, dampness, constant floods. The plumbing has been killed, the bed linen is already gray and thin. They save on everything. Hygiene products began to be poured into dispensers, they are not changed, they are diluted with water, they swell. The smell is terrible. "Restaurant" - the dining room is served by lazy, young Indians, etc. Half of them sleep on the move, half of them get sick, blow their nose, sneeze and immediately lay out spoons. But they lay it out if you catch it or find it. The tables are not cleaned. You can walk around with a plate for a long time and have nowhere to sit down. The pool is dirty, already green. The filters and pumps were not working. A really green swamp Beach- it was gorgeous, it became- dirt, garbage, a cat toilet. They do not sweep the sand from the deck chairs, the tables are never wiped. Garbage, algae. There were a lot of people, because the BM resort completely closed the beach. And the whole second hotel was in BM beach.Naturally, neither the hotel nor the staff is ready for such a large number of guests. In general, neglect and fall. Some Russian-speaking tourists, the All-inclusive system, so the management decided that it was enough for Russians to pour alcohol into dirty plastic cups. And that's enough! It's time for us to vote in rubles. Do not go to this homeless shelter, maybe after that the hotel management will reconsider its attitude towards guests and take action.

We stayed at this hotel from February 8-12, 2024.The hotel is old, but we really liked it. The food is just super - always in sufficient quantity and very tasty. There is always wine and juices. Fresh fruits every day. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds. A swimming pool with a smooth transition from 1 meter to 3 meters. There are always lifeguards on the tower on the beach and in the pool, who do not leave for a minute. In the evening, there is either a children's disco, or contests for adults and then a disco. There were always drinks in the bar - juices, water, sodas, alcohol. The rooms are cleaned every day. We really liked the hotel. We recommend it...

The food is monotonous and what was not finished yesterday is served in the morning with a different sauce! The beach is dirty and unkempt, towels are "killed", there are not enough towel cards. Maintenance is a separate topic: the garbage was taken out every other day, towels are generally a PROBLEM!!! On the third day, they literally asked for three face towels, because there were no bath towels! The staff pretends Not to speak Russian if a problem arises… Drinks are fine, but drink glasses are, at best, just rinsed with water. There are a lot of cats on the territory and cats drink from sinks in which glasses are washed. The sea was magnificent and it saved from unkemptness and lack of comfort in general! Good afternoon! We rested at the hotel from 03/16/24 to 03/28/24, me, mom and son. The impression of the hotel is ambiguous. We lived in room 136 on the ground floor. The room is old, but clean. Of the advantages, I would single out: a good sandy beach, friendly staff, monotonous food, but you won't stay hungry, good room cleaning.
Of the cons: lack of territory, nowhere to walk in the evening, the beach is closed in the evening, you can't even just sit in a shizlong to breathe the sea air, all-inclusive meals are actually breakfast + lunch + dinner and nothing else. But the most unpleasant thing is that we have an evening flight, and the room needs to be vacated before 12.00 (as everywhere else) and as soon as we went down with our suitcases to the reception, our bracelets were immediately cut off and they were not allowed to go to the restaurant for lunch, only at our own expense. Although this day is fully paid for. I did not expect that such a rich and not cheap country would save on a piece of bread for tourists.

We had a rest in March. The weather is gorgeous, the water in the bay is warm. The room was on the third floor, after renovation. They cleaned it every day. Water, bar, tea, coffee in the room. The food is normal. It was enough for me. The only downside was that the windows overlooked the mosque. Early morning prayer. They adapted, used earplugs. The staff is helpful. Any requests were fulfilled immediately.

We saw fish, crabs, lizards and even a fox - Fan. The territory is small, but cozy, green, what a banana alley is worth! The pool is just a salvation in the heat after the sea at 40 degrees. But here it is necessary to occupy the sun beds from the very morning.

We had paid for standard rooms, but they were occupied when we checked in, and we arrived at 2 a.m., so we checked into a suite (we don't mind)). The staff is just great, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception Tamina, a smart girl, who helped a lot when her father's blood pressure rose. I like the hotel because it is small, cozy, there are always free sun beds on the beach and by the pool, in the evening you can walk around the city. As the holy month of Ramadan was just ending, prayer could be heard very beautifully from a nearby mosque. The food is excellent. I would like to return to this place more than once.

Of the minuses, there are only shopping centers and a highway around the territory. To take a walk somewhere you will have to take a tour or a taxi. Yes, the rooms are old, I would like to renovate. But I rarely find fault with this, I'm not going to sit in the room. Cleaned well, there are no complaints about it.
The food is delicious! Not Turkey, do not compare, you will not have three halls with food, but there is always a choice, and most importantly, everything is really always delicious.
The beach is gorgeous! Soft sand, the perfect entrance to the sea for me, without fluctuations. Children are generally fine. There was always enough room for everyone. As for the sunbeds, we got up early to take a walk on the beach while there was no one in particular. Somewhere at 7.30 we were already there, so we always had sun beds. Then people came up, occupied, but closer to lunch they were free again.
Banana trees on the way to the beach are gorgeous! And fenek (desert fox) comes out to the clearing in the morning :) I saw him live for the first time. At low tide, you can watch crabs, fish, sandpipers (birds), we even spotted a stingray.
The animators have a separate respect for the guys. There are plenty of activities - aqua aerobics, bocce, darst, archery, zumba, charging. And the most pleasant thing for me is that the animation is not intrusive. The guys always invited everyone, but without going overboard, as happens in the same Turkey. If you want, come, if you don't want, lie down) Vitalik and Kristina always lifted the mood, big greetings to them))
The evening shows are good, we went every day. We got to the dance show on the first day - we were absolutely delighted.After the show there is a disco, so it's not boring at all)
All the staff are very polite and attentive, nice sociable guys. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception who is worried about this moment.
The only drawback is that the hotel has a small territory, and there is nowhere to walk behind the hotel.
In general, without expecting much, we got a wonderful vacation)
Take with you always a good mood, communicate, be polite - and you will have a great vacation, works in all countries)

For breakfast there are always sausages, sausages, various cheeses, both hard and grated with various additives, greens, vegetables, omelette, scrambled eggs, a very diverse menu of legumes and rice, for lunch and dinner there is always fish, chicken and beef, every day in different marinades. The bar is open from 11 to 23.
