Unfortunately our stay in this hotel was unpleasant.
The level of cleanliness, the sanitary norms, food, and the attitude of the staff are not appropriate at all for the price segment of this hotel.
The most shocking part was that we found the pieces of excrements on the shower watering can. It's an absolute nonsense for five-star hotel, it's impossible to encounter such cases in 3-star hotels. It's completely against all sanitary norms. Yet the administrators didn't even apologize for this incident. They didn't offer any compensation, gift, or verbal apology, they only changed watering can – that's all.
Moving on, I would definitely say a lot about the canteen. The food choice for breakfast barely changes from day to day – this is not what one may expect from the hotel which is claiming that it's five-stars. A great portion of food during breakfasts is inedible. Some food looks terrible, especially cold cuts – it seems that it lies in the buffet for weeks untouched. If the administration is reading this review I will give you a hint: In a five-star hotel guests should be pleased with the appearance of dishes and the variety of food options.
Another fact about the canteen is that no staff member cares about the stray cats(these are not the pets, they live on the streets, they don't live in the hotel) which can freely walk among tables, sit on the seats, piss in the corners(there was no reaction from the staff after we mentioned it). Catering and animals must never be combined because the latter leads to the spread of bacteria and diseases. But again – no one cares, even the other guests seem not to understand the hazard from stray animals which are allowed to enter the canteen.
Cooks and waiters wear dirty clothes and wipe their hands on clothes, it's as well against sanitary norms and it just looks unpleasant.
Apart from that, it seems that no staff members knows about the importance of manners and politeness. Guests expect to be welcomed, they expect to see good attitude towards them. However, in this place staff rarely greets you, they barely know how to smile. But why would they do that if they even don't care about shit in the shower...

A good hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay. The service is at the highest level. The sea is just wonderful. Pierce is just a fairy tale. Very convenient entrance to the sea from the Pier, for those who can swim, for others from the shore. The rooms in the hotel are not large but cozy. The spa center on the ground floor is good. There is a lot of alcohol, including imported ones. Cocktails make just fire. 🔥 The bartenders are top notch!!! The food is good, the only thing I would like is more seafood. And so there is everything for every taste. The desserts are very tasty.There is an Ala Kart restaurant for those who have been resting for more than 14 days. But honestly, the food in it is almost like in an ordinary restaurant. It was possible to surprise with something. The only thing that happens on the pier is in a beautiful atmosphere and the service is good. There is no animation as such, but there are workshops where you can make souvenirs and take them home. In the evening, music plays on the pier. Once there was a concentration of a Latin American group. I really liked it. The hotel is on the second line, but you don't need to cross the public road. To the sea 3 min. By the way, there is also a bar and a restaurant on the pier where you can have lunch. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but honestly we went there once to take a picture, although it is good. It's just that the sea is a fairy tale, we were there. There is a market and shops behind the hotel. Bus stop. You can go to Alanya by yourself. The price is 35 liras , it takes 25 minutes to drive . In general, if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, you are here😊

In general, everything is good- the food is super (although some dishes were from previous dinners), the staff is excellent, but the deluxe is a little short. (N-r, the hair dryer is terrible, 1 shower cap for 2, it doesn't seem to be old, but it's time to fix a lot of things - it was annoying ...))).. it is not pleasant to dine when the guests are in too revealing "bikinis" (or what should I call these rags?))) With everything sticking out of them, running around with plates is disgusting... Well, it's not "deluxe"...boring.. there is practically no entertainment, especially for children, nothing at all ...
The territory is smaller than it seems in the photo)))
And - sooo slippery path along the hull! I "fell over" several times...

We rested with my husband at the hotel for a week. The pier of the hotel, going out to sea, is a separate love. It is very comfortable to be there: there is a lot of sand at your feet, coolness, pleasant music, very comfortable sun beds and very tasty cocktails. The hotel itself is also very quiet and peaceful, there are practically no children. The food is 10/10. I liked everything from vegetables, fruits, meat to desserts. It is diverse, the staff works like clockwork at lunches, dinners, and breakfasts. The rooms are probably the only thing that I didn't really like. Very small. The sound insulation between the rooms is OK, no one was heard, but the doors to the room - you can hear everything behind them. We are used to mattresses, but the pillows are not very good, I slept on such a decorative one at all, only my neck did not hurt more or less from it. The cleaning in the rooms is excellent, everything is always fresh brought and laid, the mini bar is replenished, it is included in the price. You can also order 2-3 types of dishes in the room for free. The managers are Russian-speaking girls who are very pleasant and helpful. Any questions are solved, if something is needed or what is not in the room, if something does not work, they fix it immediately. Saunas and relaxation areas are gorgeous. Laundry services were also used, everything was perfectly washed and delivered to the room.

Fire hotel!
Lots of alcohol, food, entertainment.
Meat, fish, fruits, vegetables every day.
A large territory, its own beach, pier. The entrance to the water immediately from the pier, for those who do not like to enter the water from the shore because of the stones.
The convenient location of the hotel, and next to the street there is a shopping center, a bazaar.
The staff is friendly, the guys are too. Everyone is trying and helping. We flew together in September 2024 for 6 nights for 190k.

A cool hotel, everyone liked it from the meeting at the reception, to the wires. Clean, cozy, calm. The territory is small, someone may miss it, but if you don't have children and you don't need parties, that's enough. Delicious food, imported drinks according to the ultra system. The beach is cool, the bar is on the shore, you will not stay hungry. The main restaurant is open from 7 to 3 nights with short breaks, plus mini restaurants on the pier and by the pool. To be honest, this hotel is different from the Turkish ones that we (I) are used to. In my opinion, this is not 5. The food in the hotel is not the most delicious and varied, there was not much to eat for breakfast at all. The food is more tasteless than delicious. The sea is across the road, i.e. not the first coastal one. The rooms are the most basic, on the ground floor, without a balcony (French) are very small and they do not even have a clothes dryer. What's nice: the staff is responsive, they changed our room, after that it somehow became more fun-thanks to Olga!
Good content of the music agenda: then a concert of violinists, then a band performing world hits. And we also really liked the beach bar, which is on the water, there are such sunsets and cocktails that....
Are you back? I don't think the food needs to be improved, because it's important.

Reading the reviews , we were counting on a high-class hotel , but unfortunately this did not happen . I'll start from the beginning. The hotel is small but cozy , you can even say it's a chamber , the same rooms , we stayed in a family room with 2 children. Still, it 's quite crowded with children , there 's only one bathroom for everyone , as tiny as the hotel itself . Nutrition is similar , there is not much choice, but if you try to find something to eat , it is more difficult with fruits , they are all not ripe - very cruel , once there were pomegranates , they are very tasty , but I repeat , they were only once . As for entertainment , they don 't come from the word at all . It didn 't upset us, so it's not a minus for us. If you are counting on the 5th check-in, then you definitely will not go to this hotel. A solid three , but not five stars . The hotel has a spa , which is not bad enough , if not for one thing- there is no service at all , towels and an empty kettle are constantly missing , we beg with a fight . And to be patient about security , things were missing from the room after cleaning , to which the hotel staff reacted rather strangely - Every time I go to the reception to check if there is information , they hear about it for the first time , they don't do any searching , they probably wait for us to get bored or when we move out .

There is no deluxe service, scanty, dirty, "tired" rooms, despite the fact that the hotel is not so many years old, the cleaning is poor, the bathroom is so small that it is cramped for one, the bathroom door opens at 60 degrees, probably))) then there is a limiter so as not to drive over the glass of the shower, a scanty territory, a scanty restaurant, but I want to note that all the food is delicious at any meal, they were directly surprised. The staff is different, someone, as always, feels like a star of the Turkish coast, someone simpler, a couple of sane people who work out with a smile. There was no entertainment, but we didn't need it. As a plus, there is a place to walk outside the hotel, shopping malls, a park. The only pleasant moment is the beach, or rather the pier, it is pleasant, comfortable, the sea seemed to be clean, without sand. It's definitely not worth your money, there is no desire to return.

We had a vacation in July with a friend and two children aged 13 and 14. The hotel is just super, the food, drinks, and service are top notch. The staff is polite and always happy to help. I will tell you separately about the pier, this is an amazing place, where you can have a snack during the day, burgers, shawarma, salads, desserts and of course gozleme.I would also like to mention the bartender Memet, cheerful, attentive, helpful. There is absolutely everything from drinks, even proseco.Dinner on the pier is something not to be forgotten! But the most unusual thing, as we have never seen anywhere else, is a master class. Every day there is something new, you can make bracelets, dream catchers, amulets, key chains, magnets, shoppers and cosmetic bags yourself. We brought a bunch of souvenirs that we made ourselves, we still wear bracelets without taking them off.It was the best vacation for us and the children, fun, friendly, not boring, beautiful and cozy. We will be happy to return to this hotel again without hesitation.

Great hotel. Perfect cleanliness, friendly and very nimble staff. Spacious and quiet room. You can sing a separate song to food. Especially chefs make meat dishes. Everything is very tasty. The territory is small, but very cozy. The feature of the hotel is the beach, made in the style of the Maldives. It's a minute and a half walk to the beach. The bar is almost 24-hour on the beach and on the territory of the hotel. The hotel has a sauna, a steam room, a hammam, a salt room; there is a swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel and another one inside the building.

The hotel is generally good, price-quality for May.
For me, the only drawback was the food. It's ordinary, without frills.Maybe it won't matter to someone, then everything is ok :) Fruits are only apples, oranges, bananas. There are freshly squeezed juices.
Pros: bars - a variety of cocktails, everything is served in glass, each drink has its own glass, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.
The beach itself is not beautiful, but it is probably the case in all of Alanya :) The pier of the hotel saves, it is cute and stylish, everything is very comfortable on it. Food, bars, daytime hangout with a DJ. Like it here :)
The spa is super, it's a big plus! Sauna, hammam, steam room, salt room-free, decent, everything works.
The animation is minimal, which is good for me. During the day, master classes in drawing, weaving, needlework, etc. are held. So there will be a lot of souvenirs home made with your own hands.
Special respect to guest-relief, Yasmin, for your concern and desire to help. I handled one unpleasant situation perfectly. You can feel the care for the guest, it's cool!

We stayed at this hotel from 07/28/28.24 with a family of 4 people (3 adults and 1 child)
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were checked in immediately without waiting for the due time, for which thank you very much.
We lived on the 4th floor in a family room (two-room room, 2 single beds in one room, 1 double bed in the other, a room with partial access to the pool.
The rooms in the room are not large. Cleaning was carried out daily, with refilling of the refrigerator with water.
The main restaurant is located on the 1st floor, there were no problems with food, you can find it for every taste. Special thanks to the staff, very polite and friendly.
I really liked the pier on the beach, equipped with sun beds and a bar where you can have a snack with burgers, French fries, salads, various drinks, etc., plus the pier is that there are no children there, all children swim by the sea.
Minus- Entry and exit is problematic because the coast is rocky closer to the sea, but the beach itself is sandy.
There are a lot of sun loungers, you will not have to borrow in advance or look for them.
The territory of the hotel is not large, very cozy and well maintained.
The stay at this hotel is great, I recommend it!

I had a rest in early April. Excellent staff, rooms, cleaning, overall service for 5. Pier, very stylish, beautiful view. The alcohol is excellent, cocktails for every taste. The food is varied and delicious. There is live music on the pier in the evenings. Yoga in the morning. The hammam area is very clean, cozy, salt room, hammam, sauna. Simulators are normal. There are shops nearby. For a beach holiday with a cocktail in hand under the music, the music is very good, I would return to the hotel again.

In a nutshell, there are no complaints. A good hotel, though not directly five stars, but everything you need for a holiday is there. The sea is 250 meters away. An interesting pier with an evening program. The food is normal. Please note - the hotel has a small territory and rooms, it is better to pay extra for a family room - it is spacious.

Excellent room cleaning, do not forget about tips and you will be happy;) This is a real problem in hotels in Turkey, when you come in from the sea during the day, and you haven't been cleaned yet. Everything is here in the morning, left for breakfast, went to the sea, returned at 12:00, everything is perfect. Someone wrote that there are no dressing gowns, they are;) There is an outlet and a shopping center nearby, you can buy something from Turkish mass brands and mark the money. We stayed at the hotel in October. I liked everything very much: well-groomed green area, clean rooms, varied food. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. It's so nice that the employees treat their work with a soul. The bars offered a variety of cocktails, Turkish coffee, and tea. In the evenings, live music was played on the pier by the bar. You could do yoga in the morning. During the day, interesting activities were organized: coloring cups, bags, etc. The hotel has a hammam, sauna, salt room. I went for a massage. -pleasant music
- I liked the cabana, but it's better to book in advance, we barely had time before departure. 50€ or 51$
Minuses:
-the very small territory of the hotel, narrow aisles, queues at the buffet, especially on weekends, when many locals come to the hotel
-the rooms on the ground floor have balconies overlooking the path along the pool, it is impossible to sleep at night because of the noise from vacationers near the pool. If possible, it is better to change to the 3rd and higher floor
-roads surround the hotel from all sides, buses with tourists do not hesitate to honk in the dead of night, a garbage truck beeps for a very long time in the morning, backing up, the mosque is audible strongly
- the buffet does not spoil abundance, the quality of the dishes is average
- an extremely small beach - and you will need it when the descent to the water from the pier is closed due to strong winds

Since 12.10.23 we have been staying with a friend at this hotel. We chose according to reviews, a lot of enthusiastic. We chose and paid for a room with a balcony, it is considered superior, since we arrived for 14 nights. They gave me a room on the 6th floor. The air conditioner didn't work for three nights and four days. The masters came quickly, but nothing changed. Only on the 4th day, another specialist guessed to fill the air conditioner with frion!
There is no information anywhere that the width of the beds in the room is 78 cm! Despite the fact that my height is 158 and my weight is 57 kg, it feels like you're sleeping on a shelf on a train. You're afraid to turn around, because you fall out of bed. The room is small, and at the same time irrationally planned. There is not enough storage space, there is not a single chair. There is nowhere to put shoes. On the 6th floor balconies are like loopholes. In the evening, the air does not even get into the room. Daily and high-quality cleaning. But after her, all personal belongings, including bags, glasses and medicines, were removed to the taste of the maid. At first we thought that all the things were gone. For lovers of bars and cocktails here is paradise! They pour a lot and qualitatively. The cuisine is very mediocre, especially for 5 stars. The beach is very close, the sun beds are comfortable everywhere. The location of the hotel is also convenient. The entrance to the sea without special shoes is difficult, rocky. It is not very convenient to start dinner at 19.00.

I stayed at this hotel from October 4th to 12th!
I really liked the hotel. Small but very cozy, everything matches the description. The rooms are clean, towels are changed every day!
The staff is polite and attentive! The restaurant is decent, the food is delicious, fresh vegetables and fruits.
I especially liked the Pier with descents to the water, with wild boars and cozy sun beds. Yoga/stretching on the pier in the morning!
Every evening there is an entertainment program with live music.
The hosting girls are very attentive and friendly. I recommend the hotel!

Because at first, although we read earlier reviews about the small territory of the hotel, when we saw how small it was, we were upset. But - it wasn't boring, we went to the pier, swam from the shore, listened to live music on the pier, I went to stretch yoga, did handwork. The number should be noted separately. The name of the hotel contains "Deluxe". And all the rooms, according to the answers of the staff, are Deluxe. But: the main fund of rooms is 24 sq. m. Accordingly, for Deluxe, which, according to all international standards, starts from 34 sq m, well, it does not fit in any way. The husband is a big man. When we entered the room, I was just surprised at how small it was, I was stunned. But my husband explained to the staff that this was not a Deluxe room in any way and after persistent interruptions we were given a family room, two rooms. High-quality alcohol is important to my husband. Seafood - regularly. The meat is delicious. Vegetables, fruits, sweets - as usual - are in abundance. Very good stretch yoga classes with Irina. Janochka, the administrator, is happy to help. Yasya is always around if you have any questions. The staff is friendly. They don't really understand Russian, but - we just don't speak English well))) The feeling of staying at the hotel is positive. It is more suitable for couples and young people. This is the first time such an urban-type hotel with a small number of guests and we liked it. There is no noise, there are few children and almost all of them are small, in strollers. There are fewer Russians than guests from other countries. Quiet, peaceful, no negativity towards Russians, and towards other guests. It is extremely correct for everyone: guests, staff. If I were asked: would I go back there, the answer is more yes than no.

Rest time: May 2023.
An excellent hotel, the staff is polite, they meet us halfway, they settled in at 10 a.m., check-out was extended for free until 3, no one kicked out of the hotel, the bracelets were not cut off)
For food. There's nothing supernatural here, in the end I got a little tired of the rather monotonous meat menu, but soups and fresh pizza with burgers really saved me)
Alcohol: it's not even worth talking about, it's just great. No Turkish badies. Chivas, Jack, aperol, huntsman, etc.)
The bartenders are great, it's nice to chat.
Rooms: be sure to take them with a balcony. They are small in size, but they are enough, you will not come to sit in the room.
Pier: excellent, Maldives-style, aesthetically pleasing.
Location: good. There is a good shopping center across the street, you can shop around. The bus stop is nearby, 15 minutes to Alanya.
What was missing? There's not enough good music in the evening. But this does not reduce the overall score) in a great company with your own column, you quickly forget about it)) I recommend.

We stayed at the hotel from July 27, 2022, 7 nights. The hotel is cool, the cleaning, the food, the beach, the sea are all super.The hotel corresponds to 5 rooms. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, slippers, a mini bar in the room, which was replenished every day, the Internet works throughout the hotel, even on the beach, which was very surprising, there is something to compare, because we rested in Turkey for the third time. The food is varied, even for a person on proper nutrition, there is something to eat. On the beach, drinks, ice cream, non-alcoholic cocktails are all at the highest level. The rooms are cool, everything is brand new and modern, and the suite is just super. I recommend staying at this hotel.

As a result of the stay in late June-early July at BlueMarlin: it is clear that everything has been saved to the maximum. I explain: the rooms are tiny, the plumbing, the furniture are cheap (I apologize for the details, but, for example, a toilet with a lid without a door closer, a shower stall with an acrylic tray, half closed so that all the water splashes on the floor)..The bathroom itself is Lilliputian in size. If such an economical room, should there probably be a cool territory? Not again! The fact that it is small is honestly written on the hotel's website, but there is really nothing there except the pool!)) Does the hotel accept small children? Accepts it. For them, there is no slide (neither water nor land), no mini-playground, no intelligible animation. Yes, there are master classes, but for older people and only 3 days a week.
Well, OK, let's say the rooms and the territory are what they are..But then, probably, the cool sea and the advertised pier are super? Not again! What "beauties" floated in the "well" formed by pier piles driven in a circle? Brown foam of unknown origin, plastic bags, plastic garbage, dead fish...other guests said that the dead sparrow had also met...Sometimes the amount of garbage is such that a person arrives from neighboring water sports on a scooter and, creating waves, disperses the garbage in a circle...For 10-15 minutes(((

Example: an ultra all-inclusive hotel "generously" provides ice cream 1 time a day, from 14:00 to 15:00. We once had lunch on the pier and at about 14:15-14:20 we returned to the sunbeds..A waiter with an ice cream container just met us: they asked for ice cream, and he answered us with the most customer-oriented answer - "finish"))))) Well, what can I say...Saving should be economical!)) More from the service (cleaning): the beach toilets are dirty, by the way, there are no air conditioners...Well, well, a thoughtful tourist will ask, probably, the food and drinks are just wow? But no, it's gone by again. Yes, cocktails are interesting, delicious (if they are made by the "right" bartender), glass glasses are beautiful, heavy. Meal..I don't even know what to say. I was once in a four-star second-line hotel located 1.5 km from Blue Marlin (you can see on the map, the hotel is popular with tourists from Germany). There was about the same assortment there. Although.. the pizza was much tastier there))) Bottom line: I did not understand at all what kind of contingent the hotel is designed for (if family, then there is nothing for children; if for young people, then there is nothing except evening DJ parties (not every day); for the elderly?, but they are unlikely to fit the pier and the lack of a beach)...I did not understand how the hotel expects to "hook" a guest with such a modest territory, small rooms, often dirty sea and widespread savings...They even saved on textiles in the restaurant: the same placemats are on the tables from breakfast to dinner. In general, dear tourists, in June I paid $ 250 per day for myself and my daughter of 10 years, and according to my feelings, this hotel costs no more than half the stated price..
