What I want to say..... I've been to different salons and for different circumstances. The recommendations were different, but the fact that I chose the Beauty salon is one of the best decisions in my life!!!
The entry was to Master Emma and I have not met such sensitive professionals and radiant people for a long time. Often, I can't sit on a chair, but Emma, as if by charming forces, assured me that there was nothing to worry about! The result is beyond any praise.

The nails ARE THICK. The ends are permanently unpainted. The cuticle looks bad. I've attached a photo.
I haven't read the reviews. The manicure was done badly, after that they peeled off after a couple of days and went to redo it. It's good that they agreed to redo it without question. I did my nails on June 10, and the detachment on 4 nails on June 12. The nails were redone, but in the end, the socks still peeled off, as a result, almost everything.
I signed up for another master. They did the same blunder. As a result, the detachment on 3 nails ... was transferred and again the detachment. Today was the last trip to this salon. During all this time, 3 masters did it. All work poorly.
The feeling that they don't even care how to do it. I recommend completely changing the staff headquarters, otherwise all clients will not stay with you. Not the first one to write a bad review

We arrived on time and in our time the master just left with another client with wet hair, of course no one warned about the delay and did not apologize. Well, OK, we waited 10 minutes, the master did not even say hello, they put the child down, I'm sitting next to him, the master communicates as rudely as possible, with short phrases like holding his head this way and that, of course it's hard for the child to stay in one position for a long time, she's tense, because the master is completely unfriendly, I make a remark that it's hard for her and usually the master with her own hands, she slightly adjusts the position of the head, even in adults! To which I get remarks like I'm not an expert in children's communication and in general I don't cut or take children, but I took us, attention! Out of the kindness of her heart, she did a favor for my money! There are just no words! While we were waiting, we could come up and cancel, since it's so unpleasant to work with children, I'd rather leave than listen to this nonsense. The administrator, of course, does not solve the question, to my "why were we put to a master who does not work with children?" he just leaves, again there are no words! They cut it somehow, I just didn't even look straight or not, just get out of there as soon as possible. The hair is not dried! Just no comment. I had a manicure 12 days ago, the master did the procedure for 3 hours.
The red nail polish on some nails was made in one layer, so there are bald spots and lumps, the extended nail broke after less than 2 weeks of wear. According to the record, the price was 63 rubles. then it turned out that for changing the shape and building 2 nails, you will need to pay extra (they told me after an hour and a half of the procedure), as a result, 85 rubles came out. The master is clearly new to his business, performed the service for a very long time and constantly consulted with colleagues about the technique of work. Why am I signing up for a manicure at the salon for 85 rubles. I have to sit for two hours and contemplate how they learn to do manicure on my nails!!!
Just wasted money and time.

After completing this work, Master Eva had to urgently look for a master who could fix the work done half an hour ago. I was lucky and the master was found, the black eyebrows left the face, but unfortunately the shape of the eyebrows cannot be corrected from a larger one since it is plucked. It is very unpleasant to get such a result, but I am glad that I did not trust the salon before any event. I give the salon one point deservedly. Get up, sit down, bend down - there have never been such exercises anywhere else. The level of the cabin does not meet expectations at all. For the first visit, I paid 80 rubles for a haircut. In reality, it should cost a maximum of 30 rubles. Look carefully at the master you are going to.
