Nice hotel. New. Sandy beach. Lived in a house, cozy, clean, towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, gel, conditioner. Cleaning is done regularly. The buffet is not very rich in assortment, but it is quite passable. 500₽ breakfast. There are no fruits, only watermelon. The food is expensive. The parking lot is guarded, there is a fountain on the territory, green spaces. I recommend. Yes, also, I advise you to book directly with the owner, so if suddenly through a tour operator, then the money will not be refunded if you leave early.

We rested from 07/7.24 to 07/16.24. Excellent hotel, cozy modern rooms with balconies and sea views, cleaned every day, linen change every 3 days. Hospitable friendly hosts, responsive manager, and all the staff are good, decent attitude to customers, which certainly made me very happy.The hotel has its own restaurant with excellent cuisine. We took a ticket with breakfast buffet, the food is not bad. The territory is very beautiful, well maintained, a large fountain, a swing. And most importantly, the sea is just a stone's throw away and a private beach: sun loungers with umbrellas, a volleyball court, you can ride a jet ski (10 min 2 thousand cost). Mocha Beach is located nearby. Despite the fact that the hotel is located far from the center, almost at the exit from the city, they did not regret the choice at all. I highly recommend it)

This is a place of power and no other way! A hotel by the sea, rooms with a cosmic view of the sunset and the sound of the surf! Everything is very cozy, atmospheric and beautiful! A restaurant with a sea view and the sound of waves!!! This entourage has no analogues! The beach, sand with mica grains that shimmer in the sun, both in the water and on the beach, create the feeling that everything around is strewn with gold! Room cleaning every day! Towels of all types, including beach towels, are changed frequently! The effect of satisfaction does not leave from the first minute to the last second of arrival! I definitely recommend it!!!

Great respect to this hotel, we had a good time. The proximity to the sea pleases! There are a lot of good things, but there are also a lot of little things missing: why not do animation for children, because there are so many of them and there is nothing to do for them; why not make a normal restaurant and cook delicious and a little cheaper; why not make an evening program for vacationers? And I summarize based on the above, you need to raise the service, and it's too expensive for four walls. Four stars for proximity to the sea.

Everything is fine! The territory is beautiful, parking on site, closed, rooms are fresh and well renovated, breakfasts are organized, rather monotonous, but enough. The staff is responsive, they responded to requests quickly and adequately. The beach is on site, clean, Pebbles, sun beds are plentiful. The location of the hotel is convenient, not in the center, on the outskirts of the city, which is better for peace and privacy. I recommend this hotel to rest!

I really liked the rest. The good-natured and hospitable hostess Kama met herself, showed the accommodation, told about the hotel. The restaurant's food is wonderful. In the morning, a buffet breakfast is optional for a fee. The choice of dishes is large. There is a private beach with sun beds just outside the hotel gates. The sea is 50 m away. We rested with pleasure.

We first got acquainted with this place during the pandemic and immediately fell in love with it. The sea is the purest here. The residents of the Lighthouse joined forces and improved the coast, there is everything here. We came from Kyalosur specifically to swim here, it's cold and murky after the rain, but it's beautiful here. Of course, it's a long way to go here, only by car, or, for example, to shoot here. We stayed at the Capri Hotel 200 meters from the sea.. So this year the hotel on the beach provides sunbeds for free. Nice.

Firstly, a very affordable booking system, good location and clean rooms
Quite hearty, monotonous breakfasts, but for me personally this is not a minus, but perhaps I would like more choice
Disposable products include a toothbrush, soap, gels and even a disposable razor
A very nice girl at the reception, will help you call a taxi or change a towel at any time
The rooms were cleaned every day
In general, I will be happy to return next year!

Excellent, new (built 3 years ago) hotel, right by the sea. Shops and cafes "Abkhazian courtyard" are within walking distance. In addition, there is a cafe at the hotel itself. Nearby, two beaches are equipped with attractions "Mokko beach" and "Medusa". This is for those who do not have enough sea and an ordinary sandy beach with a nearby cafe.

I love this place!
A modern hotel (one of the best that I have ever visited in Abkhazia) on the seashore in the suburbs of Sukhum
We stayed here twice — in October 2023 (in cabins) and in April 2024 (in the hotel itself)
We are pleased with the beautiful and well—groomed cozy territory, silence, and our own clean beach, but most of all we were captivated by the attitude of the owners and the service - they put their soul here!
The only thing I would like to improve in the future is the interior and menu of the restaurant. However, this did not bother us in any way — firstly, there are deliveries from restaurants in Sukhum, and secondly, we arrived in our own car and were not limited in movement.
We will definitely come back here more than once!

The hotel is generally good, the reception staff is pleasant, the maids. But in Abkhazia there are better hotels in my opinion of the same class.
As for the sea, the sea is dirty, unlike old Gagra and Pitsunda.
As for breakfast, to put it mildly, breakfasts are not delicious, especially cheese broken with a knife)), there is no normal coffee, instant.
Cafe, it's even difficult to name a cafe, a dining room with restaurant prices in Yekaterinburg. Take it away on a tray, take it with you on a tray, the food is not delicious, they cook "pasta carbonara" - pasta with bacon for 30 minutes, but this is a problem in Abkhazia as a whole, there are few places where you can eat delicious food, unlike Georgia, they cook great in any alley.
I wanted to put 4 stars, but I can't, everything is ruined by the water in the sea and the restaurant - canteen.
There are no complaints about the hotel itself and the staff, well-groomed territory, equipped beach. Among the disadvantages - there is no shade for children to walk, there is no normal playground (there is a small house in the sun)

We did not choose a hotel in advance-we arrived, saw, liked it, there was a room available for 3 nights-we took it, the family is large, but we were provided with an extra bed in the form of a euro pad👍🏼
Great view of the sea, you can see dolphins early in the morning or at sunset. The beach is beautiful in all plans👌🏼two steps from the room. The staff is polite, attentive, the room is cleaned 👍🏼 breakfast is weak, but you have to understand that this is not an all-inclusive hotel in Turkey. Lunch and dinner are great, and the price is reasonable👌🏼 homemade wine is simple 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
The territory is excellent, ideal with children-quiet, calm, safe.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. We planned to spend the weekend in a comfortable secluded room with a sea view and an individual balcony (as in the photo). We specially booked a Deluxe room. In reality, we got a room where the only window = door opens onto a common terrace and stairs (where people smoke, drink, relax, constantly walk up and down). Thus, while in the room, it is impossible to open the blinds, therefore, to let in daylight, otherwise you will feel like an animal in a zoo cage. Therefore, we were either in semi-darkness or turned on artificial light all the time of our stay. Upon entering the room, we were unpleasantly surprised by the presence of a strange window that led from the bedroom to the interior. In response to our outrage, the administrator explained that there are counters in this room and they rarely go there. However, the lights were on there half the night and prevented us from sleeping. In the room, Wi-Fi was working intermittently, they could not connect for up to an hour. If you managed to connect 1 phone, then you had to distribute the Internet from it to other devices. But the connection was constantly lost.
During dinner on the common terrace, our "neighbors" at the table and on a rocking chair designed for guests to relax turned out to be maids. One of them played video games with sound for 2 hours, which interfered with others. To the remark that she did not allow enjoying the sea view, the maid moved the chair a meter to the side and continued her game. It seems that in a good hotel, in a recreation area, the working staff should not be near the guests, but should perform their immediate duties. So, going down for breakfast in the morning, we and all the other guests of the hotel were forced to step over the vomit on the stairs, no one removed the vomit by the beginning of breakfast, alas, and by the end too (on the way back everything was the same). At 10:30, another maid knocked insistently on our door to ask what time we would be leaving. Upon check-out, they did not let us go immediately, asked us to wait until they accepted the room, probably went to count the towels.

I really liked the hotel. The staff, from the reception desk to the maid, are good-natured. Meals: breakfast is included in the price (according to the buffet system), you can choose what you like. Lunch and dinner according to the menu. There is not much choice, but everything is quite decent. The beach is equipped with (umbrellas, sun beds, high chairs) shower/toilet. I definitely recommend this vacation for those who need peace and tranquility. There are swings around the perimeter of the hotel. There is a beautiful fountain. We stayed in the 25th room with panoramic sea views and liked everything. We will definitely come again.

An amazing place!) we have been traveling with my husband for about 8 years now and try not to stay in the same place twice... but everything has changed with this hotel!) we had a rest together , the next year we not only returned , but also brought our parents with us!) the views are amazing, the food is delicious, the staff is a separate fairy tale, everything is for people, any request, very friendly!) The sea is 30 seconds away, sun beds , umbrellas, a separate beach!) in general, this is my favorite place, I left a piece of my heart there! 😌💖

We were at the end of September.
Clean, warm sea (+25’C)
and a sandy beach.
Convenient, large parking lot.
Well-maintained territory.
There is no elevator, but there is a horse monument and a fountain.... It would be better to make an elevator so as not to climb the stairs.
Our Deluxe room is on the 4th floor, 15 rubles per day.
The view from the panorama window is gorgeous.
The filling of the room is modest: the cheapest slippers and shampoos in bags, there is no drinking water, there is no place to put the suitcase, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the wine glasses were stained. All these little things make the atmosphere of the most expensive room very cheap.
A bathtub in front of the window, not even a Jacuzzi... why???? It does not create comfort and is hardly used for its intended purpose. In general, it's time to restore this particular room, if you put good furniture and change the interior a little, it will be very cool.
There is breakfast.
The toilet is shared outside without toilet paper, but clean.
And of course, as everywhere in Abkhazia, people spoil everything. The staff is always sad, without mood.
I'm not picking on you, but I wish you would listen to the opinion of the guests and try to change for the better.

Solid Abkhazian 3 stars, if there is a choice with rooms, take rooms with private balconies, but also with general norms, just keep in mind there will be 4 tables on the terrace, each of which belongs to different rooms.The restaurant, the menu is small but you can eat, the prices are on average 1000-1500 per person, the food itself is a little bland , but this is purely my personal opinion, the beach is sandy and pebbly, but sneakers are needed for swimming, people can't help but rejoice. The houses are clean and cozy. Cleaning every day.
Delicious buffet breakfasts and a decent cafe throughout the day.

We really liked this place! So much so that after arriving once, they returned six months later with their mother – they decided to show her this atmospheric corner of tranquility and comfort!
There are two accommodation options on the territory - cottages and a hotel (we lived both there and there)
And what owners! The soul!
The territory is fenced, there are cameras, large Parking, there is a Playground, everything is well maintained, looks aesthetically pleasing! For me, as a photographer, it is a delight for the eyes! The panoramic windows in the hotel rooms overlooking the sea are just wow! And dolphins can be seen not far from the shore 😍

A great hotel!!! Very beautiful territory of the hotel with a garden, fountain, Playground. The beach is 50 meters away, the beach is private, it is cleaned, free umbrellas, sun beds, vests for children, swimming circles, the sea is clean. We lived in a separate house, they are new, they were opened in 2023. The houses are very beautifully equipped, ranging from furniture to textiles. In the house, artesian water flows from the tap from its own well, you can drink it. A bed in a cabin with a gorgeous sailor, excellent quality bed linen. We cleaned the house every day, did wet cleaning, bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days. Wifi is great in the cabin, throughout the hotel, on the beach, it was extremely important for me, because I work remotely. I really liked the hotel!!! We will definitely come back!!! We have been to Abkhazia more than once, we have never seen such a wonderful service anywhere!

Of the cons: This is the dining room. I would like to come and eat at any convenient time, and not to arrange in advance what time we will come to eat.
We booked a house here, arrived, paid for our accommodation and checked in. After we found out that the canteen is not working yet and we need to say in advance what we want to eat and at what time. We were not satisfied with this and we asked for a refund so that we could find a more comfortable place. To which they heard the answer: that they have the right not to return the funds to us, even though we lived there for 2 hours. And they can partially compensate if we move out in the amount of 5-10 rubles. Although we just paid 52 rubles for 7 days.

If there is a heaven in the world, this is it...not Krasnodar Territory!!!This is the Black Sea Hotel by the sea in Sukhum.
We (dad +mom+daughter) were from 24.06 to 05.07, room 27.
Background: we drove all along the coast, from Novorossiysk to Abkhazia, 4 times in Lazarevskaya...and we don't set foot on our beaches anymore.
We were warned: you will have problems there, the Abkhazians will touch your wife somewhere, but they will definitely touch you, young Abkhazians are arrogant, they will always cheat in the markets, everyone will think of selling you something, the traffic police will shake money off you at every post, gasoline is a bad salt... 0. No shit. There is nothing close to that. Abkhazia is great. Atmospheric .Delicious. Naturally, Everyone tries to please you, cheer you up, give up the price, and so on
But when we got to this hotel, we were shocked-a new hotel, impeccable service, 4(!!!) towels for each + bathrobe. Cleaning every day. On day 5, we consisted of dough, meat and cheese (there is a restaurant on the ground floor, you don't even need to go anywhere (we recommend a boat, khachapur, grilled meat and mussels...they are completely different than in the Russian Federation)
You go out on the balcony and see dolphins (so it's like on schedule).
At the time of our departure, there were 50 umbrellas on the beach, 2 sun beds under each (all free of charge).
There are so many emotions from the rest that it is impossible to describe everything. If you need discos, dance, get-togethers, go to Gagra. And if you take a break from the office, people, repetitive days, the noise of the city, the hustle and bustle...Just this way. Your beach, your boards, your scooter..
From the exit of the hotel to the entrance to the beach-20m, well, I went out, lit a cigarette, sat on a bench, looked at the sea, waited for my wife and took a step to the beach. No "hiking to the sea, which is very close in 5 minutes", here you live on the beach, fall asleep under the waves, wake up to the rustle of the sea.

We stayed in this hotel in July, in general, the accommodation was not bad, but some moments were annoying:
1. In February, a suite with a sea view was booked. Upon arrival, we were given a key to a room with a view of the common corridor and terrace, the curtains could not be opened, although we corresponded with the administration and clarified once again about the room with a sea view. We stayed in the issued room for the first two days, after we were moved for 5 days to the room that was booked (almost) and then back for 2 days because the room was booked by others (we learned from the new tenants that they booked the suite much later than us).
We were informed that we booked in the second building, but there is no information anywhere about the division of the hotel into buildings, so who will book, please specify, because there is no sea view from the first building. To give 90 thousand with a view of how vacationers sit and eat on the terrace, well, so-so.

Firstly, the hotel is the best that we have visited in Abkhazia. Here you can see the "soul" of the person who created all this and thought through every detail. The rooms are spacious, everything is clean, and all the necessary accessories are available. There is a beautiful beach with sun beds nearby, very tasty food from the menu. The staff is very polite and customer-oriented. There is something to compare it with. We were thrilled! The main thing I do is to save it all from time.
Of the wishes, there are only for breakfast. There are people who are intolerant of gluten and lactose. And if there are any gluten-free pastries (for example, pancakes made from rice or corn flour) or gluten-free oatmeal with vegetable milk, then the bun is generally wonderful. I'm sure there will be a lot of people who want to eat 🤗

From July 26 to August 10, the family was on vacation in Abkhazia at the new Black Sea Hotel in Sukhum. The hotel is excellent, fully corresponds to the description on the website. We arrived late in the evening and were immediately settled by the friendly staff of the hotel, which certainly lifted the mood. No one asked for an additional fee or tip. Throughout the holiday, I would like to mention the excellent staff of the hotel and the beach, always ready to help and respond to any request from the beach to the restaurant. Cleaning is done daily and efficiently. The food is great, a large selection of dishes, both European and national cuisine. We will definitely come again. We recommend it. Rooms, cleaning, beach - great. The atmosphere of the house 👌 I want to mention Nikolai, a hotel employee, always helps in everything, the man is excellent 👌 only the service in the dining room is lame, they take orders for a very long time and do not take orders carefully. Only Kristina is fussy and attentive, a very nice girl.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2023, rented a house. There are only positive emotions from the hotel itself and the staff. Your own beach, sun beds, canopies are all as convenient as possible. A set of towels (they give beach towels separately, which is also very convenient). Any issue is solved in 5 minutes. But the kitchen in the cafe was very disappointing. They cook for a long time, not tasty, the choice of dishes is very small and some are simply impossible to eat. I really hope that the kitchen will be brought up to the level of the hotel itself.

Vacationed with my husband in September 2023. The hotel is cozy.I liked the suite very much.The staff is pleasant in communication: the reaction to any request or wish is instant. The spouse's vacation coincided with the anniversary: upon arrival from a walk on this day, he was waiting for a pleasant surprise with wishes from the hotel staff. It was very nice for such an attentive attitude. The food is always fresh and delicious . I was upset only by the lack of cafes and restaurants within walking distance of t,k, we really like to sit somewhere in the evening and enjoy the local Abkhazian cuisine, and we love it very much, because we visit Abkhazia periodically.

We were at the hotel from 24.06 to 3.07. The well-groomed territory of the hotel, the sea is within walking distance. Friendly staff. Very tasty cuisine. Beach towels are provided in the room. Rooms are cleaned regularly and towels are changed. Clean and cozy room. There is a bus stop nearby. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the embankment.
