A cozy hotel. Great location. Mocha Beach is a minute walk away. Friendly, hospitable hosts. Wonderful dining room at the hotel, home cooking. Very tasty. The cabins have everything you need. I've been there more than once and I'll definitely come back again.

Probably the coolest hotel in Sukhum and one of the best in Abkhazia after Paradise Beach.
The rooms are all brand new and with very good finishes. We would like to raise the service and the children's component a little - add animation, make a pool with an abundance of pears on the territory.

I will not appreciate the quality of food, because there were acquaintances in the city with whom they ate safely and rode on excursions. The hotel is a little unfinished, but it was quite acceptable to live in a bungalow. The sea is clear, dolphins appeared not far away. In September it was not very hot, but the water temperature was also 25 degrees, the beach was semi-deserted and clean!

The hotel is clean and new. The room is cleaned superficially, the plumbing had to be washed by themselves, since the family is large, they just took bathroom supplies and cleaned everything themselves. Although as far as I know, in hotels the bathroom and toilet should be cleaned and disinfected. The food is monotonous, not cheap. If you're driving, you can even bring a slow cooker. And so, when leaving the hotel, there is a not expensive dining room 500 m away. There is one caveat. After the rains, the river upstream obscures the beach next to the Hotel for a day and a half or two. It is not critical, but if it rains, you can never wait for clean water in the sea.

This is our first time in Abkhazia, we had a hard time with food and then we were brought here, the cuisine here is super!!!! In the Cafe on the street, the food is like at home, everything is delicious, clean, the attitude is simply amazing, the impressions are only positive and the best!! Thanks a lot to this place. We were always calm about what we ate and without surprises! We recommend this place, especially for those with children!!! Next time, only here, only to them!!!! The hotel is new, the second building is unfinished, it's a long way to get there. The breakfast buffet is not bad , lunch , dinner - there is a cafe and two canteens nearby . Canteens food is normal, without frills. You can order food at home, the choice of cafes with delivery is limited. About one o'clock, one twenty. The rooms are clean, fresh, linen is changed every three days, cleaned every day. The beach is sandy and pebbly , with umbrellas . there are sun beds, but not enough when fully filled. There is a collapsible swimming pool on the shore. Parking for cars is free. The staff is very attentive, they will tell you, the problems will be solved. No one is constantly sitting at the reception, but you can puzzle any employee and your question will be resolved. A cafe is being launched, it will already be open in July. The sea is not salty , a river flows nearby , the beach is clean , periodically cleaned . The wave is too big , be careful with the children, the water is clean. There is a minibus stop nearby for 30 rubles , a taxi 150-200 . The room has a kettle , refrigerator , air conditioning , TV , furniture is fresh , not killed , plumbing too. Balconies , a large veranda, garden swings, hanging cocoon chairs, chairs, although a couple of rooms overlook the veranda and I think they don't enjoy such a neighborhood. There is a dryer for each room, a couple of towels per person. Yes, a toothbrush , toothpaste , shampoo, soap are provided. There is a hair dryer. The mattresses are a bit harsh, but normal. In short, I liked it, I recommend it.I recommend booking a transfer from the airport to the hotel, the trip is about three hours. The people are very calm and extremely friendly . They drive famously , fast , break the rules , but no one swears , they honk the horn at most.

The hotel is new, there is a private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, on each floor there is a terrace with sea views, with cozy tables and armchairs, rooms are cleaned often and efficiently.
There is a restaurant right on site (open from July to September), they cook very tasty for reasonable money.
I liked everything when we checked in, the standard room seemed a little cramped, but everything was compensated by a gorgeous terrace, where it is pleasant to spend evenings)

The hotel is good!
Rooms with high-quality renovation and cool mattresses.
When another building with rooms is completed, it will definitely be the best hotel in the entire territory of Abkhazia in terms of the view from the rooms, since almost all new rooms will have a sea view (only 20 meters from the shore).
There is a private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, they will soon open their own restaurant.
In the meantime, there is a supermarket, a small cafe-canteen and a pizzeria (the most popular in Sukhumi) within walking distance.
The only negative is the very poor breakfasts, which are included in the price ...
But in general, the hotel is worthy of a recommendation!)

The best place to relax in Abkhazia. A modern hotel by the sea. I looked at him in the summer, as I was resting next to him. I came here for the New Year.
Perfect cleanliness, friendly and kind hosts.
There are no interruptions in electricity and water (this is very important for Abkhazia)
Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, rooms have everything you need: furniture, hairdryer, kettle.
In summer, delicious breakfasts and sun beds are included. The beach is comfortable and sandy, there is a public transport stop nearby, it is a 10-minute drive to the center of Sukhum.
Free parking for guests
There is a kitchen for guests, you can use it.

A wonderful hotel, apparently, will be. The rooms are decent, the first line. The beach is straight sand, very rarely where you will find it. The floor of the hotel is currently being built, although they are not building it yet, well done. But there is a big problem with nutrition. Breakfast is an amazing miracle, where you need to ask for boiling water and they will pour boiling water just into a mug. Okay, this is a small thing compared to the kitchen in the restaurant. The rest is full of seams. The reason for this, I think, is a very charismatic chechik. He understands the kitchen so well in his own way that an unprepared person can feel bad from his cooking and not only. We tried to understand different dishes several times, but it got worse and worse. Even the traditional chacha was a complete failure. And the wine was also a disgusting mess, although he was proud of it. In short, guys, if you decide to live there, which is basically right, don't test your stomachs, look for alternative places. By the way, there is quite a decent and most importantly delicious place called Chaika not far away.

Cannon Bomb it was a wonderful vacation! We took a bungalow.. The only negative.. Change the mattresses the springs dig into the back.. We didn't get enough sleep at all, then our backs hurt... Otherwise ... The kitchen of the balls.. Submission of 💯.. Sandy beach .. Just a song.. Moreover, you go full-length to the depth and there is also sand there.. Not rocks... This is a level.. The owner is a wonderful man... Greetings to him are huge ... We'll come again.. He allowed me to take everything I needed from the bar even when it was closed. The hotel is lovely. Silence. Lepota.. The rest was a success.

I personally know the owner of the hotel, a very good person!! A hotel with all the amenities there is nothing more to say here!! Five-star service! The rooms are wonderful! The breakfasts are delicious! Everything is clean and tidy! A large guarded parking lot where you should not think about the safety of the car, this is important!! Well, the first line with its sandy beach tells me that I will come here with my family more than once!!

Good day! I would like to express my gratitude for the warm welcome, cleanliness, comfort and delicious breakfasts in this wonderful hotel. The hotel exceeded all expectations. Stylish, modern inside, the sea is nearby, the children walked quietly on the territory of the hotel and they had something to do thanks to a modern playground with a slide, swings and a large trampoline. During the day after the sea, you can admire the beauty of nature on a large balcony equipped for relaxation and play table tennis under a canopy on the street. After a delicious breakfast, you can buy a ticket for lunch and dinner at the nearby Kalasur boarding house. Everything was fine with the food. The friendly family's attitude towards its guests is cordial. They always ask how you are doing, how you are resting, if you like everything and are ready to help if possible in solving the issue. In short, the hotel and Abkhazia left the best memories and the desire to return back. Thank you for that!

We had a couple vacation in September 2021. We gathered in Abkhazia spontaneously, a lot of things had already been booked by tourists in advance and there was no special choice for hotels, we chose Sukhum. There were places in this hotel, but there were no reviews about them anywhere! After a long search, I found their Instagram page, looked at photos, a little correspondence with them and decided to take a chance. The hotel is new, opened in July 2021. The hotel was half built at the time of our arrival, but don't let that stop you. The building is well renovated, the rooms are clean, everything is new, the breakfasts are good, the staff is trying. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days without reminders, umbrellas and sun beds are free, the beach is 20 m from the hotel. The water is clean enough, dolphins often swam by. On the left, after 200 m, a mountain river flows into the sea, and if the current turns towards the hotel, the water is cool. The hotel has breakfast, on the territory of the neighboring boarding house "Kalasur" you can take set lunches and dinners, you buy a ticket for them from the administrator of the boarding house. There is a pizzeria nearby, the pizza is quite tasty. There are many cafes and canteens in the city, but you need to take a minibus or trolleybus, because the hotel is about 7 km from the center. There is a playground, a tennis table, and an inflatable children's pool on site. There were many families with young children on vacation. The beach was sandy, but overnight after a strong storm it became half-pebbly. We liked everything, and the fact that it is not in the center and there are not so many people on the beach. I wanted silence on vacation, we got it))) I definitely recommend the hotel. Moreover, after the holiday season, the construction will continue, and the groundwork there is good, when everything is built, I think it will be even better. The only drawback is the transfer. But this is no longer an assessment of the hotel, but of the tour operator. Upon arrival, they could not collect us for a long time, then they waited for minibuses for a long time, then they quickly passed the border enough, but our march without people passed it for 1.5 hours, and we stood waiting. Then, while everyone was taken to the hotels, we were the last and arriving at 14 o'clock we were at the hotel at 20-30 pm. The paid day is thrown away. But the worst thing is the return transfer. When departing at 4 p.m. from Sochi, we were picked up first (because this is the farthest hotel) at 5-30 in the morning!!! 10 hours before departure . Another paid day thrown away. And then we gathered all the tourists on the way for a long time, the bus was already big. We passed the border quickly enough, at 10 a.m. we were already unloaded at the airport. Apparently, in order not to drive extra transport, they gather everyone in the morning for all flights and take them in one group. One day of stay with us cost 5000 rubles, for 2 days not lived, but paid for at the hotel, it is 10000 rubles. I know this is always the case, but not to the same extent. We decided for ourselves (if we go to Abkhazia ever again) and I advise others not to use a group transfer. The cost of a one-way group transfer per person is 1000 rubles, in total we have 4000 rubles for two people. We will add our 10000 rubles. another 5,000 rubles spent in Sochi while waiting for the plane until the evening (you know, everything is not cheap), a total of 19 rubles. With this money, you can order either an individual transfer, or even better, a transfer from the border from Abkhazia. A taxi to the border from the airport is 400 rubles, you can take a minibus (even cheaper). Go through the border without cars, and there at least a minibus, even a taxi, even if you can arrange in advance with someone to be met and no longer wait for anyone and do not take anyone anywhere, the distance to Sukhum is small. This information is for those who fly by plane to Sochi. If they knew this, they could have breakfast and swim in the morning on the day of departure, and leave at 9 o'clock. And upon arrival - at least to swim and take a walk. Somehow prolong your rest.
