12 days have passed since receipt, according to the law "on consumer protection", we know that it is possible to replace an inferior door that has not been used and the packaging has been preserved for 14 days.By law, the seller (firm) does not have the right to reduce the term. To which the sales consultant from the door store said that if we had applied within 2 days, we would have had the door replaced. But more than 7 days have passed and the director refused.
They also did not deliver the goods, we had to urgently go to the store for them because they installed the doors in the apartment, outraged that this could not be, they personally shipped the car, the sellers went to look for the warehouse, it's good that they found it. But we had to spend our time and the time of the people who installed the doors for us.
When the front door was installed, the sales consultant gave the installer's number, he arrived and installed it poorly. I damaged the handle and did not fix the panel on the outside of the frame.
Such a big company, recently opened and earning such a bad reputation.

We asked to remove the cash register. Another specialist came and began to count the cash register. Money was no longer enough for 25 rubles. At the fourth recalculation, the debt fell to 14 rubles. 80 kopecks!!!!. Where did the pennies come from already, it became quite interesting. Then they invited someone and started watching the video. To determine which bills I gave. They said that everything was correct. I was wrong. But that's how much (three figures were announced) we didn't find out because we were sick and tired of it. We paid the last amount and went. They almost hooted after us. But what is not entirely clear. In short, as everywhere else, there will soon be no specialists anywhere at all.

And when I got through, it felt like I was being done a favor. Probably because of the assortment, their profit is already good. Therefore, I decided to make the purchase elsewhere.
