We are customers without complaints, the very fact of having a rental car and the acceptable quality of bicycles (we ride at home all the time, having our own bikes) pleased us. Plus, we lived in the hotel of the national park, so the rental cost 15 rubles a day instead of 15 rubles for three hours. There are bicycles for adults and teenagers, on weekdays when we were (Mon-Tue in the last days of August) there were plenty of free bikes. A day is light, not a day. There is no lighting on the routes, so it was necessary to return the transport at 19.45.
You can ride strictly along the routes, although I, not knowing about it at first, went where I wanted, and no one made comments. But in general, no employees, except for the staff of hotels, ticket offices, rental and cafes, as well as a guide on the bus, were not met.
We ride bicycles often, as a rule, these are rental bicycles, because we ride in different cities. This rental is not with bicycles, but with concrete scrap metal, I have never seen worse: they are not serviced at all, seats... It's better without sitting! 27km of the route was hell with them, no fun, waiting for it to end. The cost is 20 rubles. for three hours, they stood in line for 40 minutes. Already on the way back, we saw that it was possible to rent normal bicycles nearby in the village at a lower price.
The bikes are not bad, but there are also shoals. We took 2 adult strollers. 1 - black Stadler, 2 - yellow Stork. So the first one was more comfortable for me. It is easier to pedal on it and the legs do not get tired too quickly, but at some point the seat began to spin. The second bike is worse for me. The steering wheel was located far from the seat, which was uncomfortable; the pedals had to be turned more often to gain normal speed; and the biggest problem: the chain slipped.
The biggest plus:
Affordable prices
