The prices are small, khinkali is delicious, there are a lot of fillings and broth. Serving khinkali for 20 minutes with a fully filled hall (I think it's fast). The bill includes a 12% service fee.

We arrived an hour before closing time. The waiter started to get nervous and say that the kitchen was closed. Then we just ordered dessert, tea and alcohol, saying that we would not be long-since we live in the hotel opposite. After trying the tea, it turned out to be sour... at first they did not understand ... they re-ordered it again and brought sour, as if citric acid was added to it. Here we already realized that they are doing this on purpose. They ordered boiling water and tea separately, and brought water again with acid. That's how it is-the first time we are faced with such a situation, they did it intentionally.. so that we would probably leave as soon as possible. The waiter refused to try the water at our suggestion.))) We didn't swear... we just understand that this is an offended stupid person, and he will never be higher than a waiter. He didn't break the tea in katati's check)))That evening, he was arguing with another customer… In general, this place made an unpleasant impression, such people need to be fired ... so as not to spoil the reputation of the cafe.
Very tasty food, I also liked the service. We wanted to take two salads together, the waiter warned that they would be big. They are really big! The cheese soup is great. It's just a pity that there is very little choice of soft drinks.

Грузинская кухня как и везде, сложно испортить простые блюда. Что-то более приближенное к европейской лучше не брать. Прикладываю для примера фото пиццы mix.
По поводу сервиса. Столкнулось с опытом общения с здешним администратором. При заказе спросила про размер коктейля Маргарита. Официант ответил, что 0.5. Я удивилась, округлила глаза и еще два раза переспросила. 0.5 так 0.5 - несите. Принесли 0.25. Официант отказался что-то предпринимать, позвали администратора. Пришла хамоватая женщина без формы с неопрятным видом. Начала со мной пререкаться с порога, спросила где я вообще видела Маргариту 0.5. Сказала, что я просто капризничаю и только спустя 10 минут споров согласилась убрать мне из заказа этот коктейль.
Заказывали цезарь, про него вообще забыли

В заключение могу сказать, что место подходит, чтобы зайти днем как в кафешку и перекусить хинкалей в довольно неплохой обстановке (если сравнивать с грузинскими «домашними» ресторанами), но на ресторан точно не тянет. Что забавно, место это нам посоветовала наша уборщица, так что, возможно стоило просто сразу снизить ожидания :)

Приятная атмосфера, быстрое обслуживание, меню по QR коду. Почти весь персонал знает русский язык. Пробовали хинкали, хачапури, оджахури. Все вкусно, порции большие. Рядом отель Ибис, площадь Свободы, ТЦ Галерея.
Прекрасное место для компании в самом центре города. Огромное меню. На английском тоже есть. Широкий выбор хинкалей не оставит никого равнодушным. Советую с местным пивом. Практически всегда полная посадка, но место находят, если немного подождать.
Ordered:
Tom yam with chicken. The broth is salty, spicy, not saturated. Coconut milk was declared. Apart from the taste of salt and sharpness, there is no other word at all. The chicken is rubbery, it does not give in to chewing. 2 spoons were eaten with difficulty.
Rice with fried egg and chicken. When ordering, the waiter asked if there were onions, after answering that they were added green from above, there was a request not to add them because of allergies. As a result, they brought it with onions. Finely chopped red pepper was added to the rice. The dish turned out to be very spicy. The waiter did not warn about this. There were no warnings in the menu on the website, after trying to eat, 85-90% of the dish remained on the plate.
Crunch roll rolls according to the picture in the menu are medium-sized and appetizing. In fact, they are very large, filled with a sauce that tastes like spoiled mayonnaise. Attempts to remove the sauce from the roll did not help, it soaked exactly half and conveyed its musty taste and smell. The roll is very large, it is impossible to eat at once. You need a fork and a knife in order to eat this roll piece by piece. Such a large size is too much, because if you eat with chopsticks and take a bite, then the roll begins to fall apart. The taste of the filling warned against further eating. In total, 1/4 roll was eaten. 7 and 3/4 were returned to the institution.
Fat roll. There was a sauce made of bad mayonnaise, but on top and with a thin strip, it was possible to remove and minimize its damage too! The shrimp is inside with a characteristic aftertaste of waiting a long time before getting into this roll. Not tasty, but physically edible. 3 rolls out of 6 were eaten.
The tea is delicious!) we drank it all.)
After trying to eat all the dishes, we were asked to call the manager. Since it was the first time we came across how bad everything was with every dish that we ordered (except tea). A brunette woman with a square hairstyle came, annoyed that she was called. To a brief dry description of the problems with each dish, the answer was the same: Everyone likes it, you don't like it. The pictures on the menu are just photos, they should not correspond in any way to the dishes that are being prepared. I was nervous and emotional... very unprofessional…A constructive conversation did not work out. She did not comment on the presence of onions in a dish with a declared food allergy when ordering. She made a 10% discount on the total of the check and disappeared very quickly…
10% is added to the prices on the menu in the receipt. No one could explain what it is and for what. Apparently, they immediately add the service to the bill, which is why it is not available in this institution.
As a result, taking into account the addition of 10% to the bill and the subtraction of 10%, almost the same amount came out as on the menu for all dishes.
Lactofiltrum was eaten instead of dinner. We went to bed hungry.
I highly strongly do not recommend visiting this place.
You can hardly eat here. There is no atmosphere of the establishment, as well as no service.
I recommend that the owners of the establishment match the pictures from the menu and the technological maps of the dishes, otherwise, customers will always be disappointed by such a big difference between them. Chefs should check and taste the result of their work, it is unacceptable to serve dishes in such a taste quality. The freshness of the shrimp and the readiness of the chicken should be the responsibility of the chefs. If the manager is not professional in communicating with customers and in working out comments, then there is a suspicion that there is the same problem with working with staff, hence the poor quality of food and service. The feeling that a person was taken on the principle of kinship, not professional qualities. Hiring a professional manager would help solve 99% of the problems.
The staff of the institution should clearly monitor the issue of food allergies. Such a negligent attitude to this issue is unacceptable. Such a situation with a nut allergy can end very badly.
Remove the mandatory 10% fee from the bill. They do not warn about it, it is not written about it in the menu, the client must pay the cost of the dishes on the menu (including VAT) and tips are paid in the amount at the discretion of the client. It makes you feel like you've been robbed of that amount.
Judging by the reviews and my experience, the problems are long-standing and are not being solved. The institution is designed for a tourist who, dissatisfied after visiting, will leave, but new ones will arrive instead…
Место прекрасно. В последний раз был там в 2017. Улучшилось меню, сервис на таком же высоком уровне. Приятный ценник. И отличное расположение — на тихой улочке рядом с площадью Свободы.
Прекрасное обслуживание, отличная атмосфера, вкусная еда. Обслуживающий персонал говорит на английском, грузинском, русском языке. Ждали блюда в соответствии с временем их готовки, напитки и салаты подали быстро. Шашлык был мягкий, в меру прожаренный. Рекомендую.
Был в двух ресторанах их сети. Хинкали --- лучшие в Тбилиси!!!!! За месяц отдыха побывал в этих двух ресторанах 5 раз. Ни разу не подвели!!! Причем,приходили именно поесть. Люля(кабаб) тоже хороший. И хачапури тоже. Кстати, первый раз был в этом ресторане лет семь назад. Тогда ещё удивился названию ресторана. Но, качество и тогда было достойным. Приятного аппетита!
Раньше было отличное место, всегда можно было вкусно покушать. Сегодня когда зашли покушать суп к нему вопросов нет не шедевр конечно, падают без риса, очень мало морепродуктов, на палочке висело 3 криветки, но цезарь это ужас вместо курицы были в поямом смысле угли, когда показали официанту он очень сильно удивился, вообще не понимаю как повар дал такое блюдо вынести в зал, а официант был так удивлен как будто он не видел что выносит угли вместо мяса, сам салат был без вкуса покушали зелень с углями к сожалению.
Вкусный том-ям, вкусные суши, вкусный рамен. Красивая подача. Компетентные и дружелюбные работники помогут с выбором если сложно. Да и что говорить очень вкусное место)
Был в сентябре 2023. Всё понравилось. Обстановка, меню, сервис, обслуживание, качество еды и напитков - на высоте! Цены приемлемые. Всем советую к посещению! Не пожалеете!
