Not the biggest Buddha, of course, there are just huge ones, but this one is also very solid, still almost 14 meters high (and this is a sitting joke). The Buddha sits on a lotus throne and the total height of the monument is 24 meters.It belongs to the temple of the White Buddha (Long Shon, the main Buddhist temple of the local area) and was built in 1963. Shakyamuni Buddha is sitting on a raised platform in the middle of a beautiful garden.. To reach it, you need to walk a little along the path, but then you can sit and meditate on the benches.. It's a very peaceful and peaceful place.

A huge monument to the Buddha. Beautiful view of the surrounding nature. Vietnam is wonderful and will not be repeated. I dream of visiting again and again.

The impression is twofold. The place is good in itself, the Buddha is also good, without question, without even delving into Buddhist specifics. The monks smile back, normal people in general. However, everything around the Buddha is littered with waste, the paths below are broken, the peculiarities of Asia, so to speak. It's worth a visit.
