I can also note that employees are rude and yell, I work in the service sector myself and have never allowed myself to do this, but this is commonplace here. It also infuriates when there is a large flow of people, only the first three windows are open (the fourth one is specially designed only for receiving parcels) and everyone who does not receive a parcel is allowed through first. This could be understood if there was at least some kind of balance between recipients and others. Literally, a person comes in, half-buys a ticket and is immediately called when they sit for 30-40 minutes to receive it, that's how to UNDERSTAND it? There is also a question for the post office, the door is constantly jamming, the code was not sent, the wrong code was sent. In general, some kind of horror, they are not even worthy of one star, only modern repairs save.
This is our home post office. Great people and great professionals work there.

But otherwise, the situation, as in other post offices, is extremely sad!!!!!: the queue is for an hour or more, the work of accelerated EMS mail is useless. Nothing is delivered at the time. Paid SMS messages are not coming. They don't notify me in any way. It's no good that repairs have been done everywhere! It is unclear why invest money in repairs if everything inside has only started to work worse! I paid 25 rubles for the shipment of docks in an envelope with a total weight of 250 grams approximately by EMS from Minsk to Columns. They were supposed to deliver at 10:00 on the trail. day. But it was delivered at 11 a day later. At the same time, no SMS was paid, no other notification was received! Guys, this money is enough for gasoline to go to the Columns and back! Crazy money for just writing! Therefore, my assessment is as follows. The building and the repair fee are 4+. And for the work of the Belarusian post in general, exactly "0", averaged 2 turned out. Somehow.

Mail is like mail. Pros: electronic queue, enough staff, friendly communication, waiting time depends on the date in the month (after the 20th you can expect longer), a lot of services. Cons: the human factor (they can be sent to the wrong place, which increases the delivery time).
Since the repairs were done and the electronic queue was introduced, everything is not bad. There are a lot of people, of course. The workers have been permanent for many years.
It became much better after the reconstruction. At least aesthetically for visitors and, hopefully, more convenient and comfortable for employees. And so the usual Belpochta branch.
