You can only have breakfast before 11. There are few people. It's not friendly. There are a lot of staff, but they work slowly. We ordered breakfast, asked to replace the cappuccino with Americano in the breakfast and another Americano. As a result, we paid the full price for breakfast + 2 American (cappuccino was not taken out of breakfast)

It's a big, good restaurant, but there are big disadvantages to the food.
We came for breakfast at 9:30, we wanted to order complex 2, but they said that it was no longer there and we had to come by 8 a.m. to try it. It was cool in the hall, they asked to turn off the air conditioner, but unfortunately they did not wait.
There are many venison dishes on the menu.
Naturally, they came to try deer meat for dinner, the portions are small, the price is not cheap.
We were very surprised when the deer meat salad was seasoned with Chinese sweet and sour sauce bought at the store and cheese, which was served for breakfast.
We ordered pancakes, the feeling that they were deep fried, a lot of oil.
The dishes are not balanced, the ingredients are not thought out, they do not correspond to the concept, name and location of this restaurant.
I do not recommend it!
The only plus is the waiter who served us, a very friendly young man.

Everything, of course, for money. There are several types of routes, including cycling. There is a hotel on the territory where you can relax right on the territory of the Forest. There is a restaurant, a cafe where you can relax and have a snack, souvenir kiosks. It is convenient to get there by scheduled bus.

The nature is very good, there is a place to walk, look at the animals in the valliers.
The rooms in the hotel are old, but clean and well maintained, there is a pool of 25 meters on 4 tracks (hats are required). A grocery store is 2 km from the sanctuary.

If you have been to the big forest before, visited ecotropes, then you may be somewhat disappointed by visiting this place. Of the cons: the restaurant right at the entrance is very noisy; cycling along car paths, for the most part, I wanted separate bike paths; it is unlikely to be possible to see animals in the forest, but paying extra for viewing just in ordinary aviaries is not very interesting; I would like to find separate hiking routes so that at least not by car. If you get there on your own by public transport, it is better to buy tickets with seats. Find out the schedule in advance, and also do not waste time and specify that a regular bus or minibus will arrive (you almost missed the transport). Among the advantages, a bike ride along a well-paved path in a large forest was a pleasure.

Review specifically after visiting the "residence of Santa Claus" - I really wanted to make a fairy tale for the child that he was going to Santa Claus - tell him a poem - get a good gift, as a result: instead of 2 hours of "guided tours" we got at best an hour, but the most striking thing was that when we went there we were warned that the bus will leave at 17:40 - they said not to be late otherwise they will leave. When we arrived, it turned out that there were not 5-6 groups, but 20 groups. Then the most interesting thing begins - the animators simply do not have time to repeat the same thing to the groups, we stood for 5-10 minutes due to the fact that the group in front was still listening to the animators, and another group was already "propping up" us from behind.. everything was so fast that the child did not even have time to catch this "fairy tale" with Santa Claus - in theory the main character - we stayed for 6-7 minutes - and then we were sent. After the whole route - where the animators could not pay close attention to the children - they could not be heard because of the loud music playing and the children were constantly distracted from what they were saying, in the end, at the last animator - they began to invite to receive gifts - before the gifts in the residence were a box of sweets - sweets - the children screamed with joy!! This year's GINGERBREAD!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS? Gingerbread in the form of a Christmas tree!!!! It's just a shame, moreover, I remind you that the tickets cost adults 20, children 15. But that's not all, after such "gifts" the child goes to the bus with tears in his eyes and there is another surprise, there are no seats on the bus for the return trip!!! Or rather, 2 are missing . The girl was naturally given in to the driver's question whether there were enough seats there - he replied: this is the same bus as Yu went there (we went there 7-8 more seats were free.) It turned out that after disembarking from the bus, they picked up a couple more workers - that's why there weren't enough places. I can imagine the faces of other children after this crush, who drove 1000 km there....

We have not been to the Forest for more than 15 years, and I was shocked that now the animals are kept in worse conditions than they were. There are no words at all about the poor bears, only tears! The cage is 5 by 5 meters!!! After all, this is a nature reserve, in nature reserves animals should be kept in a natural environment, but here what is the fact!!! There are more places for them in zoos all over the world! It is horrifying that new restaurants and hotels are being built around, and the Bear enclosure is in terrible condition and insanely small.
