It applies to all Belarusians. The quality of food is different every day. I tell you: pancakes. In 1 out of 10 pancakes, the fillings will be fine and chicken and mushrooms and mayonnaise and ketchup and everything you need. But the other 9 out of 10 sauces do not exist at all, then if with mushrooms, then there is one mushroom for the whole pancake inside another pancake instead of a normal filling. They would have done all the bad things already, otherwise you hope every time
