Like many other users who have left feedback here, I am a regular customer of the Fashion store. Indeed, everything is fine here, so far so good…As soon as difficult situations arise, as with me, at least the product came with a defect. To which the seller grudgingly agreed at his own expense to re-send the air-conditioned product, but only and exclusively, by Russian Post, and even did it to an incorrect postal address. Based on which, only one conclusion suggests itself - an automatic and indifferent approach to the client ...
P.S. update from 09/11/2024: changes in the part of the correct OPS have not been made (I have no idea on whose side this omission is - the store or the Mail), but I ran and received the order, as I noted earlier, not at my address…

For a very long time I was a regular buyer of clothes on this site, I ordered from 6 things at a time and more at wholesale prices. It has never bothered me that a bulk order is picked up without fitting, since there has never been any cheating with the size... until the last time.
Having ordered a dress of the 46th size from the manufacturer, from whom I already had 2 products of the same size, I was very surprised when I couldn't even fit into it. It turned out that in the chest it is less than 10 centimeters, stated on the website of the size match.
I immediately contacted the manager about the discrepancy between the product and the declared size, and shipped the dress in accordance with the rules of the site.
After some time, the money for the dress was returned to me, but the store refused to refund the money for postage, referring to the fact that this dress simply did not fit me, and not a crooked dress with crooked tailoring, where the bust girth God forbid will fit size 40. By the way, the dress immediately disappeared from the site and did not appear on sale anymore.
Disgusting attitude towards the client, deception and lies! In no case do you order clothes here. You will be deceived and accused that you are to blame for everything and it does not matter what is written on the website in the terms of return! It's your fault!

They sent the order to a completely different address, they convinced me that I had previously picked up orders at some strange address at the other end of Moscow. I give them a screenshot of the sending address, they don't care, they don't listen to me, they argue, you took it there and we sent it there. I've never been there and I haven't taken anything. The address I wrote was ignored, they decided for themselves where they would send it. It says Studenetsky Lane, they sent it to Nikolskaya Street, like I used to pick it up there.
This is generally inadequate, I never want to get involved with such an attitude again and I do not advise you.
The product has not been received yet, I do not know where it is.

They sent it to some strange address, called them, in response they are rude, they claim that I once received it there. I've never been there, even if I were, why there, and not to the address I specified in the order. They promised to send it to the address of residence, a week has passed, today is the last day of storage of the shipment, the parcel was not sent to my address, the request was ignored. The customer service is just boors, they don't care.
Everyone here writes about the terrible interaction with customers, why the owners of the company ignore it is unclear.

came in incomplete configuration. In this model, there is no belt declared by the manufacturer "A belt made of the fabric of the main product is included".
We ask you to send the element of the jacket-belt to our address. Videos and photos are attached.
This is the first message. And so on. To my message that the order was not reported, which means that the manager showed his incompetence and sent a deliberately incomplete order, they write to me that there is no belt.
I don't really like to leave bad reviews, but, apparently, I will have to. The client manager did not even try to solve my problem (in fact, to fix his marriage at work), but simply sent a form for the return of the goods. Although it was possible to write to the manufacturer and ask about the possibility of sewing a part of the product. I called the manufacturer myself. And, lo and behold, the manufacturer sends me a package with the missing part absolutely free of charge. And as an addition, the manager of work with online stores BEAUTY ANNETE said that no one even called them from the Fashion store! That's what customer orientation means. I don't want to work with a Fashion Shop anymore, from the word at all. The attitude to customers is not just to fuck off, but boorish.

The information on the site has become unreliable, it is written in the presence of a thing, in fact it is not available, and the story begins, stretches out in time with the expectation and deception of the buyer in time. They also cheat with delivery, they say one date of dispatch, in fact it is necessary to add another 3-5 days until they inform the transport company.
There are no calls. In the best case, the messenger will respond to the request or by mail.

Unfortunately, Belavka leads you astray when paying (there are 3 options on the site: online payment, upon receipt (an additional fee is charged for this) and payment with a mir card. As it turns out, after the manager calls, payment by mir card is a regular on-line payment, and not upon receipt. The delivery is also very muddy - if something did not suit you, then the shipment is at your expense. In short, many questions arise already at the stage of ordering...

I made an order on 06/21/2022, instead of the promised 3-5 days for formation and dispatch, the parcel was issued after 18 days, and they did not even bother to warn me that there would be a delay until I called 2 times myself, reminding me of myself. I received the product exactly one month later - 07/21/2022. Disappointment again, to put it mildly, the agatti 3890A suit for 4320 rubles. + mail delivery 390 rubles. For size 50, with my parameters OG 100 FROM 82, the suit OG 130 FROM 130 and ABOUT 130 - with the sizes stated in the table OG 100 FROM 86. The fabric is good, the tailoring is excellent, I even had the idea to change it, but for such money I also have to change it, I make a refund. It's a pity that the summer has passed, and I have no money, no suit, only disappointment.

I bought a coat on 07.10.22, the size grid does not match the parameters, so the refund was issued to the recipient on 14.10.22, the money was returned to the card only on 02.11.22, and then only after numerous calls. I lost 1000 rubles on delivery.(the coat cost about 7,398 rubles, 400 rubles for forwarding in advance, 400 rubles for a refund, and only 7,198 rubles were transferred). I will not order any more.

Of course, there are unscrupulous manufacturers among Belarusian manufacturers, so it is better to choose well-known companies. BUT I was very disappointed with the work of the store manager, the last few orders have been sent with long delays, the managers are lying, they write that they sent the order, and when you ask to send the track number, it turns out that they only created an invoice for shipment. In total, it may take 2-3 weeks from the moment of payment to receipt of the order. Provided that the transport company now delivers orders in 2-3 days. Therefore, one star⭐ for the work on sending orders.
