I told her so, that I had already been paid under this power of attorney. She said that, therefore, the specialist made a mistake, and called someone higher up. I read out the text of the power of attorney, which was also rejected. As a result, I did not receive the payment. And it would be nice if they didn't pay me the first time. At that time, I had the opportunity with the owner of the apartment to redo this power of attorney. And so, only after the New Year.
At home, I reread the text of the power of attorney. Yes, it says in general about contacting various organizations that I can apply on behalf of the owner, it does not say specifically about the bank. And there is a general phrase that I can receive the corresponding payments. In the bank, this phrase was attributed to the last organization that was listed.
As a result, I went to another division of the bank, where they paid me everything without any problems.
I concluded for myself that I would not apply to this unit anymore. It was very insulting and unpleasant. Wasted time and nerves.
