I applied to this department for payment of insurance compensation. I applied by proxy. There are no queues, the staff is generally polite - this is a plus. The second time we looked at the power of attorney, then we started checking the database, we did not see the amount to be paid, there was an insurance error. The third time I came, the same specialist was there. And this time she informed me that the power of attorney was not suitable. That is, it came up 2 times. It didn't fit 3 times. I told her so, that I had already been paid under this power of attorney. She said that, therefore, the specialist made a mistake, and called someone higher up. I read out the text of the power of attorney, which was also rejected. As a result, I did not receive the payment. And it would be nice if they didn't pay me the first time. At that time, I had the opportunity with the owner of the apartment to redo this power of attorney. And so, only after the New Year.
At home, I reread the text of the power of attorney. Yes, it says in general about contacting various organizations that I can apply on behalf of the owner, it does not say specifically about the bank. And there is a general phrase that I can receive the corresponding payments. In the bank, this phrase was attributed to the last organization that was listed.
As a result, I went to another division of the bank, where they paid me everything without any problems.
I concluded for myself that I would not apply to this unit anymore. It was very insulting and unpleasant. Wasted time and nerves.

One of the circles of hell is most likely organized exactly like this department. You unwittingly climb up to splash out all the accumulated negativity in the reviews during this time. The bank is very necessary and useful for such a lively and crowded place, but to make it so tiny is certainly a mockery. On September 10, the ATM did not work. The queue machine was jammed.
