We went with our family in the period from 19-23.05.2024 on a tour of Belarus with a visit to the main sights and castles. We had a lot of fun. Despite a fairly dense and eventful program, everything was clearly and comfortably planned - we inspected the facilities without fuss, there was enough free personal time for walking and sleeping, delicious food in restaurants and cafes, a comfortable air-conditioned bus.
Special thanks to the tour guide Nadezhda - active, positive, responsive and attentive, she constantly and with pleasure told us a lot of interesting information, shared her extensive historical and modern knowledge about her country.
Thank you very much! We will be happy to return to Belarus!

We were in Minsk in August. I liked the city and the whole of Belarus very much. There were both in Khatyn and Brest, Mir and Nesvizh-well-organized excursions. Thanks to the company's staff for these trips and such a detailed and interesting acquaintance with Belarus. But there was one disadvantage: the excursion to Brest consisted of two parts-Brest (it was a pity that there was no free time at all, I wanted to see in the fortress what the tour did not cover, to see the city of Brest itself) and Belovezhskaya Pushcha. If the first part of this trip was informative, then the second was that we were taken by bus to a 400-year-old oak tree (the oak is beautiful, there is no doubt) and taken back to the entrance gate, where those who wished could feed the animals in cages (there were very few who wanted). This part of the trip was just "nothing to talk about", wasted time. To drive 20 minutes to the oak, to stay at the oak for 15 minutes and 20 minutes on the way back, we did not see the forest as such, as well as the meaning of this part of the trip. It would have been better if we had spent it in the Brest Fortress and Brest itself.

The only thing I would like to draw the attention of future tourists is that the electric kettle was only in one hotel during the tour. The hotels are all modest, but this also allows the company not to overcharge for the tour. Such numbers are quite enough for such a blitz in Belarus. The breakfast buffet in all hotels is modest, but quite decent, except for the hotel in Grodno. There was a bad continental breakfast. It would be good for a travel company to change the hotel. All the excursions are very interesting! Very little time is allocated to Lida and Novogrudok, it's a pity, wonderful, historical places. We advise all tourists in Belovezhskaya Pushcha to take an additional paid tour with a visit to the aviaries with animals and the zoological Museum, because the tour, which is included in the price of the tour, is just a short bus ride through the territory of the reserve, outside which, except for the forest, you will not see anything. And you will see a lot of the same forest all 7 days anyway))

I was with my family on a tour of the castles. I would like to thank the guide Yuri: for the fascinating presentation of information, for a great time, for being attentive to requests! The group was large, but Yuri solved all the issues quickly and clearly. Everything is organized according to time, clearly. The guides in the castles convey the story in a very interesting way. For those who are interested in nutrition, I think it was absolutely universal (which is good) for adults and children: borscht, mashed potatoes with cutlet and salad, compote - no one was left hungry. I visited the excursion "Mir Castle and Nesvizh Palace". Despite the gray rain that accompanied the whole journey, the tour was very interesting. The microphone let me down a little, but that didn't stop me from keeping the attention of the whole group throughout the whole road.

We went with the BelIndTravel company on an excursion to Khatyn. Everything was organized precisely on time at the appointed place. The guide conducted a guided tour about the partisan movement during the Nazi occupation of Belarus. The guide's story was interesting, informative and with love for his Homeland.
There was another guide in Khatyn, a young girl. But despite the age, the tour was conducted in such a way that almost everyone in the group cried. Thank you very much for the tour! And thank you to the company for organizing a transfer to Khatyn and an interesting track tour!

After a second call, we found out that we would be staying at the East Time Hotel;
2. When booking a tour, they asked to send prices for optional excursions in order to calculate the budget of the tour - nothing was done.

Well, that's the end of my mini vacation in the Republic of Belarus "The whole of Belarus in 7 days" from Belindtravel. To be honest, I have two impressions, but first about the good ones.
I really liked the stories of the guides, the main one was Maria, Olga in Minsk, Svetlana in Novogrudok, very active and open, real professionals in their field. I also wanted to thank the administrator for his help with arranging the transfer, I did not have the opportunity to get to the hotel on my own and he offered the option to travel with a group from the railway station. The tour included delicious breakfasts and lunches, which is very good and convenient. The tour program is very rich and interesting, for 5 excursion days (I do not count the day of arrival and departure, because they are empty) we visited Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Nesvizh, Mir, Brest, Minsk, Grodno, Lida and Novogrudok and other equally interesting places.
Now about the cons, I did not like the organization of the tour itself, starting with Julia's manager, with whom, unfortunately, we did not find a common language, the person absolutely did not want to enter into my position, so I had to re-write to Anastasia's second manager and already book the tour through her, many thanks to her for understanding and help! Also, it later turned out that our bus had a "collection of solyanka" of people who took a tour for 4.5 and 7 days visiting absolutely the same places, just someone came and left 1 day earlier / later with an overnight stay at the hotel. And it is interesting that when booking, they explained to me that there are places only for a 7-day tour, and I, already being in Minsk, it turns out that I just paid for 2 days at the hotel, it feels like I was just already divorced here, because I could safely join the group on the 2nd day of the excursion (sightseeing in Minsk) and on the last day immediately go home without overpaying extra money for accommodation. It turned out to be very incomprehensible and unpleasant, why could others take a tour for 5 days, but not me?
I also did not like and was surprised that the company does not check in at the hotel even upon request, that is, if you go alone, pay ~ 5 thousand more for a single room, although during the conversation it became known that those who wanted to check in together besides me were still 100%. As for the excursions, although the stories of the guides were right on top, I did not like that they did not wait for people from the bus at all, not everyone had left yet, but the guide and part of the group had already left and while the rest were leaving, they had already listened to the beginning. The only one who was waiting for the whole group was the tour guide Svetlana in Novogrudok, who accompanied us in a very beautiful antique themed dress. I also didn't have enough free time, sometimes I had to run straight to see everything I wanted because of this, we didn't always have time to even go to the toilet before leaving.
In general, the program itself is very interesting, the places to visit are simply unique, so if you want to see Belarus, then why not go on an organized bus tour, because it is very convenient, and this or not, the choice is yours. In any case, thank you for organizing the sightseeing tour!

The tour "The whole of Belarus in 5 days" from Belindtravel. Belarus is amazing, which cannot be said about the organization of the tour. According to the tour, check-in at 6 a.m. at the hotel. I arrived the evening before, asked the manager Julia at what time in the morning they would meet other tourists at the station so that I would also go to the train and go to the hotel with them. To which I was told that if I arrived earlier, I would get from the train station to the hotel myself. I do not know the city, I asked Julia for permission to drive to the hotel with other tourists in the morning, but no! There was a THREAT to cancel the tour! The manager threatens the tourist! This was just the beginning. On the first day, they gave us a guide who did nothing but leave us. Come to the square, go for a walk. While the other guides were telling us something, ours was sitting on a bench, and we were wandering aimlessly. Then we were taken to the Stolitsa shopping center to change money to pay for an additional excursion. And... our guide disappeared.... We sat on the square near the Lenin monument for about an hour and waited for her. Thus, we didn't see anything for half a day. Therefore, we hopefully met a new guide, Yuri, in the morning, but as it turned out (from his words), he is not a guide, but an ESCORT! His main goal is to raise money for additional excursions. To explain, to tell tourists clearly and accessible is not about him. Even the driver, after explaining to Yura how to get to the pedestrian street, said that even he did not understand what our escort had said! Thus, we did not have a guide who could tell tourists about the country in an interesting way (and there were 52 people in the group)! Every day, when returning to the hotel, I had to beg to tell about the program of the next day. But in response, there were excuses that I would tell you later. We still haven't figured out what a trade secret it is to know our plan for tomorrow. Breakfast was always at 9 o'clock, check-out after 10 o'clock, we returned to the hotel around 20.30. Imagine a crowd of 52 tourists and 1 manager who handles the check-in. Not to see the city where we arrived (in the morning we load our suitcases again and drive on), the main task is to have time to buy something to eat for dinner. On the final day, the group was caught in torrential rain, but Yuri ran away from us under an umbrella, and we were soaked to the skin. They barely asked him to call the driver (he himself could not guess) so that the bus would come closer. The driver, Pavel Igorevich, finally struck down! I often had to see public transport drivers talking on the phone, but only Pavel Igorevich could write SMS while driving! And in the other hand at that time there were seeds. Belarus is beautiful, but the organization of the tour is the worst.

The guide, who is from the complex itself, Maria umnichka, and many thanks to her, but the organization of this company for two, is given very little time to inspect the entire memorial complex, people run running to catch up to see.. They didn't mention the museum at all and a group of 50 people didn't even get into it, but people come from distant countries and cities!
