A good quality hotel. A solid five. We had a cozy family room with a sea view and 2 balconies. Very tasty food, an excellent choice for every taste. We enjoyed fish and grilled meat. Fruits, vegetables, and desserts are plentiful.
The Starbucks coffee shop operates as part of the all-inclusive program. It was a separate kind of pleasure. But there is decent coffee in all the bars of the hotel! I'm telling you that for sure.
We spent time by the pools and by the sea. Everywhere is good in its own way.
Various activities are organized for children and adults. The disco, of course, will not surpass the disco and concerts in the neighboring hotel, but in general everything is on the level here.
By the way, there is a recreation and accommodation area of 18+. There are no children there. We went for a walk there. It's a bit boring for me, but everything is, as they say, for an amateur.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

We rested at the Belek Beach Resort 5* hotel in June 2023 with the whole family with two small children. Pleasant impressions remained from the rest: everything was comfortable, tasty, clean, caring. There is a desire to return!
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleasantly welcomed and quickly placed in a comfortable room in the 2nd building. The view from the room was of the neighboring hotel and the spa area.
The room is comfortable: it has been renovated, the interior, appliances, furniture, textiles have been updated. Everything worked fine. Cleaning was carried out daily, and a cleaning quality control specialist always came after. The mini bar was replenished daily. The room has a balcony. It has hangers for drying towels and swimsuits, as well as a table and two chairs, lighting. In the evening, music could be heard from neighboring hotels, but if you cover the balcony, it did not interfere and the children quietly fell asleep.
The main restaurant is divided into semantic compartments (vegetables/fruits, cheeses, snacks, hot dishes, grilled, pasta, desserts...). Everyone always found food to their liking. For small children, there are porridges (semolina, rice, buckwheat), yoghurts, fruits, eggs, cottage cheese in the morning. For lunch and dinner: soup, mashed carrots, peas, broccoli, potatoes, pasta, mashed potatoes.
The hotel also offers ala-kart restaurants. There is a snack bar, a burger bar, a Starbucks coffee shop. Tortillas are being prepared. Cocktails, tea, coffee, ayran. Ice cream packed with algida, as well as in a cone of tubs.
There are several pools. Water slides for adults, slides for children, and an area for toddlers.
The beach is also comfortable. Sandy and pebbly. There is a pier. The deck chairs were never occupied in advance. Everyone has always had enough.
Foam parties, water aerobics, and cycling classes were held in the pool.
Live music (saxophone) is played in the pool area in the afternoon (approximately after lunch).
There was also aerobics on the beach, dragon class boat races. There was volleyball, football, ping pong, and other activities. A wonderful animation team: everything is always fun, active, fervent and at the same time not intrusive.
The hotel has mini markets, photographer services, hairdresser, spa, quick tattoo.
Caring specialists from the guest interaction service. We were repeatedly asked if we liked everything, if there were any suggestions. Various issues were resolved very quickly. Thank you for your responsiveness!
The children liked to spend time on the playground, in the kid's club, at the children's disco, in the lunapark (railway, Ferris wheel, trampoline, chain, mini golf).
There are always interesting shows in the amphitheater in the evening. Further activities continue on the stage in the garden. Live music evenings, discos, and karaoke are held there.

I liked the hotel very much, there is something to compare it with and it is very good - the food is delicious, there is a lot of it, it is varied, the service is good, all issues were instantly resolved through whatsapp. The kids' club is love, the girls are Russian-speaking, there is always some kind of movement in the children. I chose between him and dobedan and chose him, trusting the reviews of those who were and did not lose. By the way, the kids' club worked until 23h in the season, which was a discovery for me (I was just leaning towards dobedan because I thought that they work here until 18h). The territory itself is not huge, which is a plus for me, everything is close enough to each other. Yes, there are a lot of sun beds occupied, but you can still find a free one. We have just returned and only with positive impressions.
No rotovirus was picked up (as it was in a number of other hotels), we swam almost only in pools, dived, slurped water, but everything went without consequences))
Child 4.9 was very satisfied, participated in activities in the children's club all the time. I'll bet 10 out of 5!

We were in November 2024 with my husband and son. The weather was very good, the sea was comfortable. The hotel itself is not too big, but cozy. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily. The territory is well-groomed, there are a lot of cats (which is not surprising), but they are very well-mannered, they do not bother. Several pools, but heated only with slides. The beach is large, clean, sandy, and the entrance to the sea is pleasant. The sun is very soft at this time of year, the tan is even, not burned. There are shops, you can pick up souvenirs, your salon, spa, a very good massage was given to me by a girl named Berevan, a super professional! There are many bars and eateries. Great coffee in the lobby, opposite the reception, there is also a coffee shop, but I didn't like their coffee. A very good bar 24/7, the best bartenders here will prepare any cocktail, even that no one knows. Alcohol is imported, high-quality. The food here is standard for its level. For breakfast, everything is as always: 2-3 types of milk porridge, muesli, omelet, scrambled eggs, roll-off, pancakes (pancakes, not pancakes), pancakes, fruits, vegetables, sweets, onions. There are 2 types of soup for lunch, but they are not very taken, everyone is in line for Russian borscht, a charming Turkish woman pours it, if desired, adds greens, sour cream. There are also snack bars on the beach, pizza, burgers. The food here is very high quality and varied. The animation is standard for Turkey, but in the evenings it gets a little cold, you can't sit for a long time. The hotel staff are guys from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, they know Russian, they are very friendly. Vacationers are mostly Germans, many Anglo-Saxons, 30 percent Russians.
You can also walk around the Suite, they "don't like children under 13", the hotel is very respectable, clean, but ours is better! We are satisfied!

A great place to relax. A family of 2 adults and a child of 12.8 years old. They offered to join the Elite complex. And this is the right choice! The rooms are clean and new. Good afternoon! We visited the hotel as a family , 3 adults and 2 children -5 years old in October for 11 nights. We lived in a two-room room and the second room had its own access to the pool, we really liked it, we recommend it. I liked the compact territory, the competent layout, everything is nearby. The food in the main restaurant and in the cafe on the beach is delicious, desserts are surprisingly small, and the pastries for breakfast were not impressed, I did not like the gozleme tortillas, they were completely tasteless.It seemed that they were specially made so that they would not go after them anymore, the first time they ate such tortillas, how many times they visited different hotels in Turkey. Immediately, the man made pide with different fillings , he liked it very much, it was delicious , it was clear that the man was doing with his soul, trying with all his heart, thank you very much to him!!! Bathrobes, slippers were all there.
You know that the check-out takes place at 12 p.m., but on the day of departure we were allowed to leave the room until 7 p.m. And note, the class is free of charge!!!
Thank you very much. On the last day, we bought up, had dinner and waited for the transfer to the airport.
Regarding adult animation: I liked the Turkish night, Latinos, and zumba well done.
Minuses. I would still make all the pools heated. It is in November that all the pools are on site, not only in the water park.

Children's animation is nonsense, animators have forgotten how to work. Maybe, of course, this is due to the fact that the hotel is closing???? But no one canceled the work. You have to work and give yourself to the end, especially if it concerns children.
I understand that the animators are children themselves, but no one forced them to do this.
The music after the animation is VERY LOUD!!!! Maybe it's from a nearby hotel, I still didn't understand, but it was very annoying.

We had a family vacation with a child in October 2024. We chose the hotel based on the recommendation, so we understood that the rest would be good. Most of the staff are fluent in Russian. The animation team is on top, the child did not leave the miniclub! A clean beach. Delicious ice cream without limits. The food in the main restaurant is quite varied and delicious (pancakes for breakfast and lamb for dinner are a separate respect). Alcoholic cocktails are not tasty (they interfere at random, the proportions are on the eye), but you can ask to pour them in their pure form - they never refused, it was quite good. We did not get to the Ala Kart restaurant (fish restaurant, one-time free admission upon prior reservation), because since October 1, the working hours and service have not changed every day, there were not enough places

Great hotel! We are resting now from 25.07 to 31.07 for the second time (the first in 2021) The hotel has become much better! New water parks, renovated rooms, a new Elite 13+ building are developing, there are more food outlets
We managed to live in both a comfort standard and a family room. Each was wonderful, clean, has everything you need: shampoo, soap, shower gel, conditioner, good hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers, beach bag, etc.

We didn't go to the sea much, often waves, we rested near the pool. The deck chairs are nice and comfortable. The water in the pool is cool. It takes 40 minutes to get to the airport without checking into other hotels. The territory is large in the evenings, there is music, a lot of interesting entertainment for children, in general, the hotel left only positive emotions. There was a check-in situation, but the receptionist, after our indignation, met us halfway and offered another room. Initially, we were offered a room on the ground floor in the farthest wing with a view of the roof and two beds, we asked to change to a room with one bed, and we were offered a room on the 5th floor with a view of the neighboring hotel. I recommend the hotel, my wife and I were satisfied.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but we would not return a second time. They were in November 2024.The food is delicious, the Starbucks coffee shop has been open for the last week, burgers, bars, lots of it..the territory is small, but green.the pools were promised to be heated.but only the slides were heated, and they were not much.It's cold to ride. The most frustrating thing was the check-in. Basically, the view from all the rooms looks sideways at the neighboring hotels or into the walls. There is a trash can from below, or technical rooms, noise, smell.they tried to change it, but after 3 attempts they stayed in their own.It was a long drive from the airport, almost 2 hours. All the hotels were in Belek, but ours turned out to be the last of the 7. We circled around the city, terribly seasick.and in general, the hotel is in complete chaos. Dirt, stink.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel, I do not understand the enthusiastic reviews. The food is solid 4, but without frills. The cocktails are great. The beach is pebbly, there is an entrance from the pier, but it is located sideways on a shoal, there are a lot of people in the sea (see photo), it is not comfortable to swim, there is often mud and foam in the water. But there are always free sun beds, there are a lot of them. Beach towels are issued only in the spa center, you can not change them during the day, at 16:00 they just run out, the towels are already worn out. The water park has old slides with seams, it is unpleasant and traumatic to ride. We went once to an a la carte fish restaurant on the beach, poisoned the whole family. There are a lot of staff, they help with everything, a lot of people speak Russian. The animation team is super. There is a lot of entertainment for children, a great kids club and evening programs.
But the hotel does not pull at 5 at all, my husband gave a rating of 4.1. The Starbucks menu is small, but there is always a queue, I am not a coffee lover-I did not appreciate it. The rooms in the main building are small, there is not enough space for 2 adults and a child of 9 years old. The rooms are cleaned daily, but one day they were not cleaned and the towels were not changed.

We had one room in the Elite and two rooms in the main building. All rooms are nice, spacious, with a balcony. The minibar is everywhere, beer is also reported in the Elite. We had a small problem with the air conditioning in our room - everything was immediately fixed. We have no complaints about cleaning, because this is not a very important moment for us on vacation.
The beach is great, the entrance is pebbles. We bought aquashouses at the market next to the hotel and got high. The water is clean and cool. We got into an abnormal heat wave in early June and just escaped by sitting in the sea. There are toilets and showers for body and legs everywhere. Moreover, I was amazed, because I had not seen this in higher-class hotels: there is hot and cold water in the central beach shower, and not only cold as usual. There were enough sun beds for everyone, there were always free ones. Next to us is the Port Nature Hotel - there's just an anthill on the beach, we were very glad that we didn't go there, although we considered this hotel.
They took a boar for four days - there were also problems here, but the wonderful Anna, Yasmina and Nigara settled everything. The only thing that I added to the cabins is a foot watering nearby and a landline phone for communication, as in the same Pine Beach. In principle, we take beach cabins in all hotels, they are not bad here. The cost is 100€ per day. There are no questions about the service at all, all the waiters tried their best, and we did not forget about tips.
The Elite has its own swimming pool and recreation area, we did not use them. There is constant animation in the main pool and a lot of people. If there were not enough sunbeds, they always forgave the staff to help us and the sunbeds showed up. One day we spent the whole day by the pool, there were sun beds next to us, occupied from morning to 5:30 p.m., to which no one came. There is a question of respect and the presence of gray matter in the head of vacationers. There are slides, the children and grandmothers were happy.
About food. Yes, there is not a huge variety here, but the quality of the food is very high! Fresh orange juice for breakfast. The grill is always for lunch and dinner, we ate too much sea bass and dorada. Fridays are fish day, but we didn't notice any difference from the previous days. All the staff is trying, the waiters, the cooks are all as good-natured as possible. The only negative in the main restaurant is the so-called sushist. Who turned the rolls very slowly and put strictly two pieces on everyone's plate. If you ask for more, you put on another one. The rolls were once with fish all the time, and the rest of the days with cucumber. On a fish day, rolls with carrots. I didn't like this moment very much. But in general, the food is excellent, the choice is decent, everything is fresh and delicious. The Elite restaurant sometimes had fish for breakfast, but smoked, not the salted fish we are used to. I didn't like it, my sister was eating.
Starbucks is great! We took coffee, ordered soft drinks, iced tea - just lovely, for this special thanks to the hotel!
We are not very good at pastry, none of us likes sweets. Ice cream is everywhere - in packs by the main pool and distribution in the main restaurant and on the beach. There is also a burger joint on the beach - we ordered it, everything is delicious, you can't say anything. And gozleme! The children were eating, but it was crunching behind their ears.
We rode a banana - $ 15 per person, we did not understand the joke of 5-five-minute riding and sniffing photos at the end. Ride a poor camel on the beach - 20€ per person for 5 minutes too.
There is a lot of entertainment for children, the lunapark is small, pleasant animators are a super hotel for kids, everything is here for them.
I actively recommend the hotel to visit! The price-quality ratio is probably one of the best!

Moreover, it happens in one day) at first there is a lot of everything and tomorrow there is only a little) this year we were delayed from the summer, but apparently because of the large Turkish delegations. But we even caught two shows... nothing special... the usual ones …
About the winter concept, I will say that: the promised children's water park was turned off altogether before our arrival, that is, it did not exist! The luna park stated in the concept also did not work, there was no activity of darts, bocce sports (for whom these activities are important), there are no entertainment events except evening music in the lobby, sometimes karaoke, sometimes quiz, sometimes just live music!
The food was cut very much! That is, there was no smell of the usual Turkish abundance

The hotel is good in principle, but expensive and tired, it's time to make major repairs (in the lobby, in the lobby, it is necessary to replace the broken pan on the column at the exit to the terrace on the right, granite tiles on the floor on the paths in places, because they are laid on old tiles, in the main pool it is necessary to repair windows where water is drained for cleaning (there are a lot of them and the metal edging in many windows is already missing, spoils the view), fungi from the sun by the pool partially need to be replaced with new ones (there are broken ones, without tables on the rod, faded from the sun and old ones) and buy more, because there are definitely not enough of them at children's pools!) Some beach towels are faded (old) and need to be replaced with new ones.
The quality of the food in the hotel is excellent, the only thing I didn't like was how the omelet was cooked (not fried to the end!).
I paid attention to the dishes (plates, forks, knives, spoons) in restaurants, they are tired and need to be replaced with a new one. Sometimes the glasses are not washed in the main restaurant (as they explained to me, the dishwasher washes the glasses, but apparently sometimes the washing of the glasses is poorly controlled) where you pour orange and pomegranate juice (juice from thermo packages, like freshly squeezed. The quality of the juice is good in principle!).
The beach is great, clean, as is the restaurant on the beach (the only negative that I noticed is that one refrigerator with water bottles has a broken handle).
In the children's room on the right (where the climbing behind the grid) it smells damp, capital repairs are required, ventilation and carpet replacement (they hid a heat gun behind the stage, apparently they tried to dry it, but it was useless! The child was not allowed there for the second time, because it is dangerous to breathe such air!!!
Please note that there is only one door to the toilet and shower in the room (see the layout and photo). Also, the hotel has simple (not small and red) ants in the rooms (they are poisoned, of course, but it does not really help). Some towels are tired (old and worn, as well as bathrobes).
The shows at the hotel are good and interesting.
There is a hookah, it costs $ 25, I agreed on $ 20, because I think it does not cost $ 25.
There is always free ice cream, including in packages (as in the store).

Having chosen this hotel for myself, I was once again convinced that it was really a decent accommodation option.
The most important thing in any hotel is the staff, any posh hotel can be spoiled by bad staff and any three-piece can be saved by good staff. Here is the staff who plays in favor of the hotel. Starting with Mr. Heydar Demirhan's guest relief and ending with cooks, cleaners and waiters. You can see how the staff loves their hotel. My daughter had a doctor who wrote about it in advance, on her birthday they brought a compliment rose, a postcard is so nice. Great fellows.
Rooms. The rooms are chic, new, modern. The beds are very comfortable, slept like the dead.
The only drawback is that the toilet and shower handles are not very comfortable, a strong magnet is inconvenient for a small handle. There is a mini-tower, a hairdryer, a safe, everything is free.
Meal. It's amazing!!! Well, it's very tasty!!! A huge selection of meat dishes, fish dishes. Crayfish trout rolls were all there. Ice cream, mountains of fruits, delicious soups, a million different desserts. And by the way, there is not only a lot of food, but it is diverse and very tasty.

It is convenient to let the children go alone and run to the room and to the restaurant - They will not get lost. The territory itself is very beautiful, well-groomed, green. Despite the fact that it was not very big and we flew for the May holidays, the hotel was full, there was no feeling of crowds and jostling in the hotel. It was always comfortable near the pool, on the beach and in restaurants.
It is convenient that leaving the hotel there is a market within walking distance where you can buy everything you need, there is a pharmacy, tarantula rental.
Beach. Sand, but the entrance to the sea is a bit pebbly. With small children, keep in mind.

The beach is sandy and pebbly. The sea at the beginning of October was quite warm and clean. Animation in the hotel is the best thing I've seen. Classes will be found for everyone, both adults and children. For the kids, the children's club organized workshops on clay modeling, painting T-shirts, board games, baked pizza and then ate it themselves, and so on. Football, water polo, darts are organized for children 10 years old. For adults there are volleyball, football, tennis, yoga, Pilates, zumba and many other different activities. In the evenings, cool shows, dancing, magic tricks, DJs.
The rest includes one free visit to the Ala Kart restaurant, the fish restaurant. Quite a decent restaurant. Everything was delicious.
For the kids, 4 carousels and a mini-lunapark and trampolines worked every evening. Animators work with children with love, from the heart! The staff is sooo polite and attentive.
Now I will tell you about the nuances of the hotel, for me they were disadvantages. The biggest fat minus for me is the lack of an iron in the room and an ironing room. In the hotel it is absolutely impossible to iron things yourself. Ironing things in the laundry costs about four euros for one thing! Imagine, families with children come, and it is impossible to iron clothes on their own in any way! At the reception, they threw up their hands, saying that the policy of the hotel. Went crumpled 😔
I also read in the reviews that the bathroom door is made but very uncomfortable. It is impossible to open it from the inside by yourself. There is no lock. I thought people were picking on me. In fact, it pissed me off too. Every trip to the toilet and bathroom brought excitement that I would not get out of there. In addition, in a family of four people, you want to be able to close yourself in the toilet, and not shout that the toilet is occupied.
