Overall, I liked it! There are minuses and pluses everywhere, who needs what from a vacation!
We had a late check-in, they settled in without any problems!! The room is standard, TV, safe, balcony, air conditioning, everything works... by the way, the administration reacts very quickly to requests (for example, a forgotten password from a safe)!
We stopped at the hotel at 21:00, we were hungry, the hotels have a late dinner that lasts until 7:00 in the morning)) this is a plus, but we only used this service upon arrival!!
In the morning, a walk around the territory... lots of greenery, pools, but we came to the sea!) there is a pier, you can play in the water, there are no bars in the beach area, but they are there, it takes 1 minute to walk to them)
I liked the kitchen, every day, for 7 days there is something different, there is always fish... there were theme nights, Mexican cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, etc.... we were not hungry))
There is a restoryn alyakart, but it is not needed, the kitchen is good here!
As for the staff, they are smiling, my appearance, as it turned out, looks like a German (the hotel is oriented towards Germans, Poles, British, Russians), maybe because of my appearance I had such an attitude, but hardly, so, the staff is responsive, smiling, the bartenders are friendly, the waiters are prudent! A huge plus for them, a bonus tip from us!
Sea.... It's fucking wonderful... let me like Red more, everything seemed fine to me here, and waves and calm, there was enough of everything!!
Services, in the form of water, and a banana were not used, I will give them)))
The anaimators are funny, if you are not sad in life, then you will find something to do ...!! It's important not to be sad!!

There is a red label whiskey on the bar, balantis... the bartender made good cocktails, but we didn't drink much, the goals of the rest were different)

We had a vacation with children in 2019. I was very pleased with the presence of an aquapark and a separate swimming pool. Most of the staff are Kazakhs, who speak excellent Russian, as a result, they are easy to communicate. The bartender with the name Typhoon was also pleased. An extremely cheerful and sociable guy

A good hotel, a large territory, there is a football field, a playground, swimming pools (indoor heated, it has a very strong smell of chlorine), a connected chain of pools on the street, several slides that open at certain times. Its own beach, large and clean, there is a pier with sun beds, water attractions (for a fee).
The dining room is spacious, the tables are inside and outside, the food is delicious.

There is a gym, but it is small and some simulators did not work. There is a hammam for free. The rooms smelled a little damp, the toilet doors were swollen, they closed badly. The entrance to the sea is very rocky, but the hotel has a shop where you can buy rubber sneakers, many did so. There was constant animation with children in the evenings, and there were various shows for adults. I really liked the fire show. Also belly dancing, Turkish dancing. In general, those who are not spoiled by rest will be satisfied. We liked everything. I'll give you a four only for the number we got. There are a lot of different drinks, cocktails, beer, vodka, whatever you want. There were water slides. The child was riding and so were the adults. Beach towels were provided. The hotel leaves much to be desired.There are flies everywhere! 3-4 stars, not five.there is not much of what a 5-star hotel should be by standards. The hotel is old, renovated, but so (especially noticeable in the room) It's like a new one was smeared on top of the old one. There is mold on the partition in the bathroom (there is not much of it, but it is there). the shower works terribly, then boiling water, then cold water, it is impossible to wash the child, and it is unpleasant to scald yourself. If you are a fan of an unexpected contrasting shower, it will suit you.when the shower is turned off, a separate stream of water flows from the junction (simply because no one cares about the quality of plumbing in this hotel) .at the reception, they said we will send a master to this problem.unknown to him or not, nothing has changed in two weeks. In general, the room is dirty, until you say that the dust on the back is dirty, dirty mirrors, dust layer on the TV, or you will not write much steam.but thanks for the fact that when you insist, everything is cleaned up well.

With all this, the hotel is completely full (there are a lot of Germans, there are also those who are already 4.5 times here. It is unclear what is involved.but everyone is different, someone likes it.I won't even come back here anymore because of the great sea.
