I visit this branch of the bank periodically. Unfortunately, long queues and high workload are almost always welcomed in this department. Friendly staff.

the card stopped working, I came here, explained everything, and offered to make a virtual card as a temporary solution while a duplicate card is being made. when I came to pick up the duplicate, I had to wait in line on the couch

There are few people, queues are not collected, the branch, like most others from Belarusbank, does not work on weekends.
However, there is a room next to an ATM and an information kiosk 24h/7dn. Once there was a non-working bill acceptor for several days in a row. In May, I noticed that the information kiosk stopped offering to put currency, only proteins.
Many thanks to the staff of the department! We had to carry out complex manipulations with money, transfers both at the cash desk and at the ATM, everything was done clearly thanks to the excellent work of the staff at the cash desk, in the hall and consultants.
A good office with two floors, I was pleased with the inexpensive waiting time. We can say that there was no queue at all.

I will not say that the service is good, only normal, but it happens so-so. the service is slow and long in line ( If you love your customers so much, then make it so that we don't have to be tense with you, but comfortable

I wrote a statement about the loss of the card and ordered a new one. Several months pass, I notice that I have a write-off about an SMS notification on an old card (to which I wrote a statement about the loss), I came to the bank to sort it out, it turns out that there is a statement about the loss of the card, but the card is not blocked! When asked why the cashier was not blocked, he replied, "I cannot be responsible for others." As a result, I had to pay 7.5 rubles for blocking the card and disabling SMS alerts!!!!
A terrible bank, how could you accept a statement about the loss of a card and not block it, how!?!?!?!?!?!
On June 11, it was written on the website that the bank was open until 5 p.m., at 15.40 the bank was closed and the announcement that it was open until 15.
The consultant, seeing that I came to the counter with my passport, walked away and was absent from the workplace for 10-15 minutes. Another employee explained that he could not help, although he came up twice. And only then did the bank employee give me the previously ordered certificate within a minute, for which I would like to thank her! And the consultant never showed up! Customer orientation is 0. I was in a hurry and came 3 minutes before closing and the doors are already closed (and this is on Saturday, when there are only 4 branches in the city) – apparently they are very afraid to recycle a couple of extra minutes or the guard has a watchman syndrome
I lost an hour of time, only 2 windows were working, two people ahead of me and an hour of waiting.
I ordered an online card, I only needed a ready-made card at the bank, I stood at the window for another half hour.
