The worst possible attitude towards obtaining a loan for personal subsidiary farming.Two years ago, they tried to take a cultivator, accused them of falsifying documentation, after which they applied to Belarusbank with the same documents, where the loan was approved within an hour.Although we couldn't even apply for loan approval in Belagroprombank in a month.Extremely unqualified specialists in the field of farming.On one of the loans (baler), the bank's employees came to inspect the equipment and were interested in what it looked like and why it was needed.The wide-scope cultivator unit received a response from the employee. *What are you showing me, my grandfather had a cultivator in the village, he doesn't look like that*.As a result of the latter, a refusal was received and an accusation of falsification of documentation (Technical Passport), which was brought directly from the factory.Eternal disputes over land deeds and certificates of residence.You can never apply for a loan the first time, although other banks do it without problems.The staff of the credit department does not try to solve the problem, they just refer to excuses in the style of * Oh, well, I do not know, you need to call Minsk.You probably need to redo the certificate, but I'm not sure * They didn't receive the responsiveness and willingness to help to resolve the problem and started working with another bank, where we are at least welcome.If you don't want to lose your hair from stress, contact another bank.

Yes, you can sit there are places to relax, but after taking a voucher (electronic queue), I waited for almost 1.5 hours, and stayed with the employee for 5 minutes, signing one piece of paper. And this left a negative point ... Why not make it possible to remotely book a visit to record yourself for a certain time, then you will come and confirm that you are there and you do not have to wait 1.5 hours for 5 minutes, because we all work and take 30 minutes off, and you lose three times as much time..
