Terrible service! The pool turned out to be paid. 5k per person It is impossible to eat enough food, even if there is more bread) The declared afternoon snack is two toasted toasts. There is no lake nearby, there is a terrible swamp, the sign next to it says that there is fishing, but there is no fishing))) Also, the declared "forest nearby" is in fact 3-5 km from the hotel at least, they did not even try to get there, unlike the "lake". The cost per day is 40k tenge, in fact, 10 thousand will even be a lot. The iron even turned out to be paid. The hotel is frankly lying about Booking, take all the checks, receipts and confirmations It is listed in the payment receipt as "biznes centr germ"
