We've been here twice. The first time everything was fine and I liked everything. For the second time, we moved into rooms with a view of the backyard - for 90 thousand, a view of the backyard is not very good. It's the same with the table, they put it near the stairs. The pool is good, but visiting once a day is not very good. The service will go. The staff is friendly. Clear. The territory is weak - there is not much to do there.

A quiet cozy "corner" with its own swimming pool. Nice rooms. The food is delicious. An interesting game room for both children and adults. (The air hockey table is a little tired). Excellent swimming pool and steam room.
A convenient place for holding corporate meetings.

The hotel is great. Everything is at the highest level. There is a large swimming pool, a sauna with good heat, a gym. Good territory. The kitchen, for me, does not correspond to the level of the hotel. You can still cook better. And it takes about an hour to get from the airport. Uphill. I ordered a Yandex taxi. About 1000 tenge was released. I was very surprised by the low cost and the long distance.

A good place to relax. Thoughtful interior design, soft tones. Friendly staff. Delicious cuisine. As they say, the cherry on the cake is the SPA complex - a swimming pool and saunas (both Finnish and Turkish). Keep it at this level! The only drawback is weak WiFi, but this is probably fixable.

The rooms themselves are 5 out of 5 , excellent. Food for 3 , for dinner either dumplings or potatoes with chicken to choose from , you take one, you pay for the other . fishing for 2 , there are no fish, the fishing rods are not in working condition , they took the money and left themselves there was no one to make a claim. Horse riding 3, the horses are tortured and it is a pity to sit on them. Massage , pool for 4 .
Unfortunately, we were very upset and spent 200,000tons per day, except for the suite room and there were no impressions. They say winter is better, you can ski, but we were in the summer, there was no other entertainment

It's a quiet horror. Positive reviews are fake everywhere. It was only in front of me that a woman swore about "excellent nutrition", they feed better in the school cafeteria. I am attaching a photo. The funniest thing is an afternoon snack, they say there will be cakes... They bring two pieces of bread!!!!! Tables are not wiped. There is no buffet. The portions are funny and just disgusting. Instant coffee, I also have to go to the next room to pour myself.
The hotel apparently found fools, they charged us 5,000 per person per hour for the pool, I made a request to the booking office, they told me that the pool was free. I am attaching a screenshot.
They don't give us a razor or an air conditioner in the room, there's not a damn thing, they even gave us a bathrobe for the money!!! I am attaching a photo of the robe. For the number 42000!!!! For this horror.
I asked to bring an iron, they said the laundry is paid!!! Go ahead and pay!!! Rough.
There is no forest around, but it is 4-5 km away. The lake is nearby - a fenced puddle. Cows are walking by in the evening. Everything is paid for. Horseback riding, bike for a fee, to get to the forest for a fee.
I am so offended that I took my parents there from another city after reading these reviews.
