We decided to visit this facility on January 19, 2025.
One of the advantages: warm, non-chlorinated clear water in a 50m competition pool. It is very comfortable and pleasant to swim.
Among the disadvantages: There is no website where you can get answers to questions about where and how to park, which entrance to go to for one-time visits, about the mode of operation, the opportunity to buy season tickets or one-time online visits, etc. Disappointed by the lack of any concept in the design of common areas, it seems that the furniture at the reception and the "stall" with food were moved from somewhere where it is no longer needed. We arranged it as it turned out and settled down on that. There is a complete lack of clear navigation, which is unacceptable in a building of this class with a large crowd of people. It is also unclear why you should change your outdoor shoes in the same place where you put on clean ones, and then walk across the dirty floor to the locker rooms anyway. Why should outdoor shoes be left in bulk near the wardrobe? You can also take it with you in the same package. Changing rooms with a toilet sign are also misleading. It's not clear if you're going to the locker room or the bathroom. You try to find out from the staff, but the visit time is already running. There is no description of how to use the bracelet properly to lock the locker. THE showers STINK OF URINE! This is the main disappointment of visiting the pool. There is also a feeling in the showers that after purchasing expensive thermostatic faucets, everything else was bought with the money left over from the overspent budget: soap baskets and toilet paper holders are designed for domestic use, and not for places with high traffic, especially for those where people walk wet. Special organizers have been developed for such places. Perhaps if the showers were not divided into cubicles, most likely there would be no desire to relieve oneself underfoot, and if they have already done as they have done, then they need to clean more often and better. The staff and management have a lot to work on. The exit from the showers to the pool is strangely organized - there is a high step. This may be a problem for people with disabilities or children. Again, there is no clear navigation where to go to swim - the lobby has a lot of doors, some of which are not signed at all. We followed the wet tracks))). The cameras (possibly for tracking the start and finish), along with the wires, simply lie at the bottom of the competition bowl. Did you forget to mount the bowl at the construction stage?
In general, there is a feeling that the pool is only for athletes and those learning to swim. Then why let everyone else into it? And if you decide to provide paid services, then you need to keep the service at the same level.

It is convenient to swim and train, the pools are large and 50 meters long. Although the paths are not too wide. Not like the ones in the Surganova Water Sports Palace. Water without chlorine. Parking is already open by February 10th! That's where the advantages ended.
Cons: The most important thing is that the shower STINKS of Urine!!!!! VERY MUCH!!!! Administration take action! The pool is international class, but it's an international disgrace.
Hair dryers are cheap and very weak.
Lockers sometimes open spontaneously, it's scary to leave valuables, and there is no separate wardrobe for valuables.
There are not enough signs and it's easy to get lost, you don't know where to go.
In front of the shower there is a huge step 20-30 centimeters high. It's scary to walk myself and I feel sorry for the children, who have to go down and get into the locker room like that.
Please redo the scoreboard with the words "Timekeeping". I've been visiting you for exactly one month, and during that time, no one has redone the sign on the scoreboard, in the wardrobe, or in the pool.

I was with my husband on January 26, 2025.
Positive:
1) It's nice to swim in the 50m pool. Plenty of space, free.
2) The water does not smell of chlorine
3) It is warm in a room with a swimming pool
4) The changing rooms are large and comfortable.
Minuses:
1) The website was not working
2) The woman at the reception did not say hello.
3) The shower smells strongly of cat urine. (apparently it is necessary to clean there more often).(upd: February 2 didn't stink anymore)
4) Hair dryers are very weak, they do not dry the hair at all, they only overheat themselves.
5) A lot of doors, high thresholds. From the pool you go out into the common corridor, which is very cold.

It's easy to get there by public transport, but hard to find. The entrance turned out to be from the Silver Tower. The staff is very polite and friendly. There are a lot of lockers. The showers and toilet are a little further from the entrance/exit to/from the pool, which is very good.
The pool is 50 m warm.
Minuses:
There was no clock in the pool to keep track of time. I had to get out and go to the reader
The session is only 45 minutes.
The hair dryers are weak. It's best to take your own and dry your hair after handing over the bracelet.

The pool itself is beautiful, everything is new.
But there are very long queues in the changing rooms and shower rooms.
There is little time on the wristband: 15 minutes for the locker room before + 45 for swimming + 15 for the locker room after. And these 15 minutes after that are really not enough. I have to dry off quickly and pack my things in order to get out of the turnstile on time. If you come out later, you pay n kopecks for every minute. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant
The showers periodically smell unpleasant. There are a lot of people on the paths. I assume that this is still a stir after the opening.

Review of a visit to the largest water sports complex”
It's a gorgeous complex, one of the best I've seen: two 50-meter bowls, a diving tub, a children's pool, and a gym. From the point of view of infrastructure, it's just a delight. But the management and organization of the process negate the whole impression.
1. Reception and service. The people working at the reception don't know how to properly advise visitors. Bracelets are issued according to an incomprehensible principle, there are no clear instructions. The website states that the swimming pool and gym are open to the public from morning to evening. But in reality, that's just not the case.
2. Gym. I haven't been able to work out properly in three visits. The first time I was told that there was a team there, the second and third — "the hall is occupied by border guards." When I asked, "Can I work out with them at the same time?" they answered "no." It's absurd. And the gym, by the way, is without mirrors — for some reason they think it's okay to practice in front of the wall.
3. Complex organization of bracelets. First, you undress in the gym locker room, then after the gym you pack your things, hand over the bracelet and go to the pool locker room. Why can't access be combined and the process simplified? It's a huge sports complex, and the organization seems to be at the level of a school gym.
4. Children's zone. The attitude towards children is surprising. I wanted to come with my son, but they told me that the pool bowls are occupied by commercial organizations from 16:00 to 20:00, and you can visit only after 20:00. Why not inform about it in advance on the website or in social networks? Why can't we set aside time for regular visitors?
5. General management concerns. The whole process resembles chaos. No one is responsible for the order. Employees walk along the side of the pool in outdoor shoes, checking the presence of caps for visitors. It's absurd. It seems that management has been reduced to zero.
The problem is that this unique facility is suffering from frankly poor management. Invite experts from professional centers such as OlympiaSpa or WorldClass to set up the processes. Why is one of the largest complexes in the country operating with this approach? This is a question not only for the leadership, but also for the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Belarus, which should control such facilities.
Was such a modern facility not built for people? It is very disappointing to see how poor management ruins such an expensive and unique infrastructure. I hope they will pay attention to this review and take action.

My job involves traveling around the city all the time. This facility has been under construction in front of my eyes for about four years and has already become my home. It was interesting to watch such beauty appear in our city. And when I found out that this is not just a swimming pool for competitions and training of athletes, but also for everyone, I had a desire to visit.
The first thing that surprised me was the lack of clear information on the Internet (and where else to look for information in 2025). It turns out that the object does not have a website, unlike such objects as a water park, for example. There are a lot of questions about parking, the cost of admission, schedules, etc. You can only find reviews here, and in the video feed from people who have already visited this pool. This is the main disappointment from the pool, the lack of clear and specific information.
Having visited the pool today, I must say that I was very pleased.
I will not list all the nuances of finding parking, buying a ticket and navigating inside, much has already been said about this, I hope the administration of this facility will address these issues.
As for the water itself, the workout, there are only one advantages. I was in a 50-meter pool, if you know how to swim, then take a visit there. A 25-meter, shallow pool from 0.8 to 1.8 meters in total. I went on a weekday, in the morning. There are not many people, I was swimming alone on the track. The water has a pleasant temperature, and absolutely no smell of chlorine. Everything is very clean, plenty of space, and the showers and changing rooms are very comfortable.
By the way, there is a clock on the side of the 50-meter pool, and I used it to track the time, where to put the bracelet to keep track of the time, I still did not understand, in fact, it is needed as a pass to the locker room and as a key to your locker.
Will I come here again? Yes, of course!

I swim a lot and everywhere. I don't want to complain, just the facts. This is a good event, there are not enough pools, many people want to take care of themselves. But....for now, for 3 minutes.
The organization of a reception, a wardrobe (with a receipt...), something from the "inexpensive". Does it make sense to change slippers in the common room, where parents are waiting for children, etc...? Despite the fact that the pool is at the Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Physical Education...They're better organized. Why not look at them?
Request entry. This creates a crowd both in the locker room and in the shower...I have to stand in line. It's not okay! And the most fun is the women with the mop cleaning the floor in a shower full of men))))) And this is the 21st century))) Obvious problems with the drain!!
There are a lot of scales in the locker room that don't work (the mechanism from the bracelet) and it's in a new building!!!
Total. The facade is a plus, the pools themselves are a plus, the reception, the shower, the changing rooms, the organization of the entrance and exit, the schedules are a minus.

I really liked the pool. Everything is at the highest level. Very big steps for pensioners and the disabled, what to do???? I ask the administration to bring administrative penalties against the employee. Today, 03/04/2025, the session starts at 11:30. The cashier at the checkout is young. There was no change from 50p, I did not have 2p to help her give the change in large quantities. She said I'd give you change without a ruble. I insisted on paying in full. Which made the cashier's face unhappy. And no, she gave me a ruble in change in small change. On the way back, when handing over the bracelet, one guy and I were refused service, saying that her cash register was closed. And behind us, she gave the check to two guys and took the bracelets. I think this is already biased. I'm taking one star off because of the girl's cashier.

From the common hall there is a separate entrance to the hall with a 25-meter swimming pool and a separate 50-meter one. The watch said that when paying for a 50-meter one, you can not swim in a 25-meter one. Although there are no turnstiles for this in the common hall. We went in and looked at the 25-meter one, and no one stopped us. There is probably a difference in the color of the bracelet on your arm.
At 25m, there were several people on each track. At 50m, half of the tracks were empty, with 1-2 people on the rest.
When we left the pool, they didn't give us our jackets until we returned the bracelets. Although they didn't check anything later, they took my word for it. While we were putting on our shoes, the cleaner drove us out of the chairs to clean the floor under us. In general, everything is new, whole, the water is still clean, but there are some nuances in the service... We'll stay in our old pool for permanent use, and it's quite suitable for periodic long-water sports!

Nice pool. There is nothing beyond incredible equipment, repairs, and design. The water is wet, warm enough, and not too chlorinated. I always got to a fairly unfilled time, 3-4 people per track (50 m). There are no children in 50 m.
It's easy enough to go, come - buy a visit - swim. They give out bracelets that close the lockers, they close exactly as it says on the door)) there is a reader on the wall that you can use to check the rest of the time and which cell you have occupied.
!!!There are no hair dryers, you need to use your own if you dry your hair in less than 3 minutes.
Another disadvantage is the blue lighting of the facade burns out the eyes.

The shower is comfortable, the water pressure allows you to shampoo even very long and thick hair. The 50-meter bowl is good, although it's strange that the wires from the underwater cameras were not hidden under the tiles in any way, but the builders know better, it's probably easier to maintain. There is a clock on the wall to the left of the rescue tower. The steps to the pool are slightly stupid, they are sunk into the wall (this is normal), but they immediately placed a dividing path! What for? I found a piece of construction mix at the bottom of the pool, took it out, but the bottom is a little dirty.

Great pool. One of the best I've been to.
From the nuances:
- The 50-meter tracks are poorly stretched. In an arc all the time.
- There is no timetable for rented tracks to figure out when there are more available tracks.
- The water is warm. It's not hot, but it would be possible to do 0.5-1 degrees less for intensive training.
- Subscriptions are linked to days. : (
- Officially there are sessions, but I am glad that in fact they are not monitored much and the time is purely on the chip. You can't set up a train for a session. :) It would be better to officially create a session-free system for moral peace.

I visited the pool of 25 meters.
My impressions were twofold.
There is an unpleasant smell in the showers, mold in the tile seams. I was on a day off and there were a lot of people. Most of the people are with children. There was a crush in the changing rooms around the hair dryers, which work very poorly. In the pool, no one controlled the number of people on the track. In fact, there was no opportunity to swim on any of the paths, because children who could not swim were splashing around. The pool, as well as the building as a whole, has poor ventilation, which makes it difficult to breathe.
There is a cloakroom in the pool, where only jackets are accepted. Shoes are all left near the wall, but why can't we make at least open cells for this?
Result. I won't go to this pool anymore, as there are a lot of other good pools in the city and suburbs.
The staff is friendly.

But, while everything is as unclear as possible, the signs are wrong, where there is a 25-meter track, there are 50 meters, if you purchased a ticket to a hall with 50 m tracks, then look for the sign "competition hall" on the way out of the locker room. There is a sign on the children's locker room that says "women's locker room," which means it's also easy to get confused. While the entrance to the locker rooms is through the turnstiles located immediately to the right of the entrance door, you need to approach the girl to exit, she will give you a ticket with a QR code. The water on the 25-meter paths is very warm, the 50-meter ones are cooler, there is no smell of bleach, but there is a smell of plastic.
Good showers, a cafe is open. It is very convenient to get there, the entrance is through the A3 door (entrance for the media).

BUT there are 5 hair dryers for girls! Only 5! Which only buzz, they heat themselves, but almost do not dry. It's obvious who goes not for the first time-they bring their own hair dryers. But there are no outlets-the girls have to turn off these underframes from the sockets and turn on their own. And still 5 girls only dries their hair . There are no outlets.
In 2025, go to the new pool with your hair dryer??? Shtooo??))

We visited the swimming pool + sauna.
They promised a Jacuzzi on the phone, but in fact it doesn't exist, just a small pool with small water cannons in one row (3 people will fit if they rub shoulders against each other) - HORROR.
The sauna is far away, you walk down a cold corridor, and wet, you can fall.
There is even more water in the sauna area and almost no one cleans it.
In the hammam, the water covers the sole of the slippers, you sit in the water and there are only 4 seats for sitting at all - let the rest stand)) 😂
Only the pool is normal.

In response to my complaint, I was told: "Either swim less or carry your hair dryer with you and dry your hair in the lobby!" In the lobby. Where there are no mirrors. My wife and I were in the pool on Sunday evening, and we took a 50m pool at 18:30. There were few people, 2-3 people per track. Cons: The cloakroom attendant with the "watchman" syndrome is clearly not friendly to customers. There are few hooks in the shower. There are no shoe covers at the entrance, which is why the floor in the common hall gets dirty quickly.

The operation of the pool is absolutely not organized. The locker room is small, the queue for the locker room is huge, the whole hall is filled with shoes. There is one person sitting at the reception/ checkout for all operations, and there is another huge queue at the checkout, but when you clear it, the most interesting thing is that you are informed that the pool is full (!) and there are free lanes only after an hour. Today we specially came with a child to see the new international standard swimming pool instead of the Water Sports Palace.
Positive:
The building is modern inside and out - the Chinese did their job perfectly, bravo!
the main 50-meter pool is just a cannon: water, depth, lighting, volume of the hall, stands - everything is fine
in the showers - the shower counters are clean like in a good hotel
and there are few people (11 a.m.)
Cons:
it is unlikely to find the only A3 entrance the first time
the malyutka children's pool turned out to be cold (really cold - 28.5 degrees 14.01.25), in a dark room with a low ceiling. By the way, there is also a 25-meter swimming pool. very uncomfortable, very strange.
The changing rooms are small (there are a lot of lockers, little space), and the hair dryers are weak.
The quality of management does not correspond to either the building or the time. Everything was polite, but the organization of all the processes leaves much to be desired. Well, as a result of such management, there is a service. Our dear, painfully familiar service...
there is no shop, cafe/buffet yet, baths/ steam rooms are not working yet.
There is no information on the A3 entrance or the location of the pools on the official website.
Strange pricing - for some reason, different tickets to different pools, expensive extra minutes (for two with a child, it turned out to be 22 rubles for the main ticket + 20 rubles for an additional one.time)

The overall impression is:
For an adult, swimming their 45 minutes in a 50m pool in a sparsely populated area is a great option.
I don't recommend it with children, there are plenty of other options around the city. And we'll stay in our old pool for permanent use.

This is not a pool, but a mockery!! The cells on the bracelets may simply not be reset, and when you enter the locker room, you will not be able to lock your belongings in any of the cells!!! There are locks for keys, BUT the administration decided to make bracelets that do not work properly!!!
